CotD teleporter is Russian?

Sorry if it's been posted before but has anyone noticed how like the sickle and hammer are on the door that the 4 characters are behind? And the ship seems to be comparable to the Russians ships in Project Nova and Discovery.

The sickle and hammer are on the door the characters are behind? How have I not noticed this? Maybe meleeing the door with the sickle prompts a different quest?

Have not noticed the Hammer and Sickle, but did notice (and posted prior) the controls on the fuse panel are in Russian. Sickle, eh....

He is saying that he thinks that the ship is Russian. It is, that's why it is in Siberia. I believe that it is still using the German teleporting technology that richtofen somehow replicated

by know i hope that its obvious that CoTD was a Russian outpost for experimental weaponry/teleportation etc. and possibly for group 935, illuminati also
