  1. Hey Way2g00 I changed my vote to 21-30 hours thought I'd let you know. Good luck man!!!!!!!!! I guess that means I'll have to wait on survival with you though...
  2. Also do you think I should do it in video form, written form, or both? I have an hd camera which should do well enough although I could consider getting a capture card. This question is directed towards everybody not just Tom.
  3. Yeah dude the worst feeling is not knowing when a juggernaut round is. When you're not expecting it you get so nervous. But when you know when they are you can properly prepare for them.
  4. No those are great tips Tom thanks! I changed my thinking and thought I could make guides for some of the maps people really struggle on, like bootleg, hardhat, or downturn. I just made my first "guide" which tells when all the juggernaut rounds are. It's more just a sampling than anything else. But I will give basic and advanced tips on how to deal with all types of enemies and situations, Ideas about how to camp, loop, deal with juggernauts and many other things.
  5. Here is a list of when all the juggernaut & Helicopter rounds occur and what they include. (if my memory serves me correctly) Tier 1: Easy Round 6- only 2 helicopters Round 10- a single juggernaut Round 15- only 2 juggernauts Round 20- Only 3 Juggernauts Rounds 23-25 each have a helicopter Round 26- 3 juggernauts and a bunch of people Rounds 27-29- have 1 helicopter Round 30- Same as 26 but harder Rounds 31-33- have 1 helicopter Round 34- Juggernaut Round Rounds 36-37- have 1 helicopter Round 38- Juggernaut Round. This pattern keeps repeating for every round thereafter. Tier2: Medium Round 6- 2 helicopters and people Round 9- 1 Juggernaut and people Round 12- 2 Juggernauts and people Round 15- 2 helicopters and people Round 18- 2 juggernauts and people Round 21- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 24- 3 helicopters and people Round 27- 3 juggernauts and people Round 30- 3 helicopters and people Round 33- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 36- 3 helicopters and people Round 39- 3 Juggernauts and people This pattern keeps repeating until defeat Tier 3: Hard Tier 3 gets harder faster than tier 4 but is easier after that. Round 5- 1 Juggernaut, 1 helicopter, and people. Round 10- 2 Juggernauts, 1 helicopter, and people Round 15- 3 Juggernauts, 1 helicopter, and people Round 19- 3 helicopters and people Round 21- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 23- 3 helicopters and people Round 25- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 27- 3 helicopters and people Round 29- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 31- 3 Helicopters and people Round 33- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 35- 3 Helicopters and people Round 37- 3 Juggernauts and people Round 39- 3 Helicopters and people This pattern repeats until you cannot survive. Tier 4: Insane Round 6: 1 Juggernaut, 1 helicopter, and people Round 11: 2 Juggernauts, 1 helicopter, and people Round 16: 2 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and People Round 19: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 22: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 25: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 28: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 31: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 34: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 37: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people Round 40: 3 Juggernauts, 2 helicopters, and people This pattern repeats until you die, which is likely pretty early on considering the difficulty. That's my first Survival Guide, started it off simple. More will soon follow, and I hope this helped.
  6. Lol. 34 isn't even a juggernaut round though how did you guys lose?
  7. If you need to take a break all you have to do is leave a helicopter at the end of the round and run into a building where it can't kill you. The round will never end and you can take as long a break as you want. You can also use this helicopter to run around the map and buy various things if the map is too big.
  8. I was playing survival the other day on Seatown with Spyrunite, and the game was going fine. We were in the mid 20s I believe when something really weird happened. He started shooting at walls, jumped out of the camping room, and doing all kinds of weird things. Then Spyrunite gets downed. He asks me if I have self revive. I'm like, say what?!? It turns out that he was seeing something completely different on his screen than I was on mine. Since I was hosting, what I saw was actually happening. It was pointless to continue so I killed myself and the game ended. The same thing has happened to me two other times. One time was on interchange on round 34, my highest round there, and this happened when I was off host. It says he goes down, but I was down. Then he dies and it says host ended game. Since he "ended" the game the score didn't record on the leaderboards. I was pissed. Has this happened to any other CoDz survival players?
  9. The silverback is still at 40. I only managed to get to 41 so I'm not sure what happens at 50. But the game has major flaws which I listed in another thread about this.
  10. Yeah looking for randoms is usually pretty depressing and its all luck. I think I should have enough friends who play survival now that I don't have to look for them again but you never know.
  11. Yes but I would do it on the xbox because of this. (I said 31 to 40 hrs.)
  12. Well what I was saying was if you are going for 50+ with however many people, you will most likely all settle down into your own train or run a full map loop, which gets repetive. And I will also add that the color of the zombies also gets old after a while adding to the repitiveness. And where does survival get lame? It keeps getting harder and harder, unlike zombies which steadies out around 40. I'm just trying to show you a different perspective, I know where you are coming from with zombies but I'm trying to explain how survival is good. Like if you play survival, a shotgun or pistol only challenge is really fun, as compared to a shotgun challenge on zombies which will get old after a while. And you don't have to pick your favorite gun in survival, I use different guns for different maps and depending on what mood I'm in. I still love zombies but I love survival as well. And the final thing, where you're not "doing as much" in survival is completely false. I have to do way more things in survival to survive than I do in zombies. In zombies I can grab a wall gun and run loops or camp. In survival people are shooting you so you have to worry about that. You need to buy ammo, equipment, and killstreaks in between rounds. You have to worry about juggernauts and helicopters. If someone gets downed YOU have to revive them. You can't let them die and you can't count on someone else to do it. There are so many more things to worry about in survival than in zombies.
  13. I just don't see how it gets repetitive though, as many people said it does. I pretty much agree with everything else people have said but repetitive? Not at all. So many of my IRL friends say that zombies is boring and repetitive, and I agree it gets really repetitive. Survival mode hasn't been repetitive yet though.
  14. Not only are there too many unanswered questions in the storyline, but zombies is just so damn popular to throw out the window. There would be a worlwide uproar if zombies doesn't ever make a return.
  15. I hear everyone say that the app crashes, yet mine hasn't crashed a single time yet.
  16. Start Rampage It is definitely less repetitive than zombies imho. (except Dead Ops) How are there any ways that it is more repetitive than zombies? Don't get me wrong zombies is great but it does get repetitive if you are going for a high round. You do the same exact loop, train, or whatever for hours on end. Survival gets hard very fast and doesn't take long at all. It's an action packed game that is different every time. Plus if someone goes down you HAVE to revive them. This is possibly one of my favorite parts of the game. Revives are always different and crazy, especially with people shooting at you. Getting shot at makes it super fun, you can't just run far away and be totally safe. For me it does compete with zombies but they are totally different games that shouldn't really be compared together. Plus, survival is in its infancy and zombies has been in the making for 3 years. End Rampage
  17. About half my high rounds are from randoms, who are now on my friends list. What I do is keep looking until a find a level 50 who has a mic or if I'm desparate someone lvl. 40+ who has a mic and talks. Ask them what map they want and if they say an easy one then don't play with them. At the beginning ask them what their strategy is. If they don't have one, chances are they aren't too good. However, it is possible to coach someone less experienced through a map and get far on it. But randoms are always a chance. You have to get lucky or just have a lot of time. I have spent up to an hour finding someone good. If I still haven't found anyone, I play solo for fun not to get far.
  18. That's not entirely true. On solo pretty much all you can do is run loops around the map and you have to run loops on the 30+ Juggernaut rounds. And it is possible to do all day you just need to practice
  19. I was all excited about Dead Ops, and it sucks. I drop hit the nuke button, then I die, then the nuke falls. The cosmic silverback goes for everything after rounds and will deliberately kill you. Barrels blow up and kill you in one hit and the abominable martyrs kill you from miles away. The firepower fate absolutely sucks, it's probably the worst one. It just has so many flaws it's ridiculous. And on the regular zombies I can't even figure out how to fire an automatic weapon. A little help with this please?
  20. Here is my updated list. These are all co-op I don't play solo too much. Resistance: 38 Village: 25ish Interchange: 34 Underground: 34 Dome: 30 Seatown: 49 Mission: 31 Carbon: 30 Bootleg: 41 Fallen: 37 Hardhat: 37 Outpost: 26 Lockdown: 31 Arkaden: 31 Downturn: 31 Bakaara: 34 All I need is 30+ on Outpost and Village and I've been to 30 on every map :D
  21. I understand the part about it being to much effort, but what would be wrong with putting in a lot of work to make a strategy guide for each map?
  22. What would be wrong with doing a guide for every map?
  23. Definitely not. I have maybe spent 5 hours apiece on each easter egg on moon, SL, and CotD, but I have spent at least 150 to 200 hours playing dead ops. Heck I would rather have a dead ops 2 than an extra zombies map. It would be totally worth it IMO
  24. Well I would definitely make one that has general facts, tips, and need to know things. I would also cover a strategy for each map with pictures and maybe videos. Basically a walk through of each map and how to handle different situations. It would be a lot though
  25. My Rounds are Co-op: seatown-49 bootleg-41 hardhat-37 fallen-37 bakaara-34 Solo: fallen 33 (9th legit in world) and bakaara-25
