Thule Society excavation? What about the Illuminati?

In Origins, I was wondering if we would see some references to the Thule Society. I know from 1917-1919 the Thule Society was being formed.

A brief overview of the Thule Society- The Society was a German “Aryan” Occultist organization that studied the origins of the Aryan race. It was established in 1917 by Walter Nauhaus, a wounded German WW1 veteran. He was a Berlin Art student who was connected to another secret society known as the Germanenorden (Order of Teutons) and his Thule Society was meant to be the Munich Branch of the Germanenorden. By 1918, due to some discrepancies, Nauhaus’ Munich Branch of the Germanenorden became its own society. And thus, the Thule society was born.

The society’s primary focus was the origin of the Aryan Race. They believed that the Aryan Race came from the mythical Greco-Roman island of Thule, hence the name. Later, the society was supposedly intergraded with the Nazi party and helped fuel the Nazi’s Occult interest. Other members on CODz in the past have made threads connecting this Society to the Vril and the Vril’ya. Therefore, I am trying not to be redundant in this post and sorry if I am repeating well known information.

As far as I know Group 935 wasn’t founded yet and it would take years before the German’s Workers Party became the Nazis we all know today. So who is leading this excavation or more importantly, WHO is interested in it?

Could it be possible that in our Zombies universe, this German excavation could be spearheaded by the Thule Society or helped lead to the society’s creation?

Could the Thule Society have created Group 935? Group 935 worked with the Nazis, who were also influenced by the Thule Society. Could the Thule Society be pulling the strings?

I think it is entirely possible that the Thule Society could have taken interest in the newly discovered element 115 and the mysterious ruins found at this excavation site.

And for the heck of it….. why not the Illuminati? Could they be involved in some way?

Although I do have a theory that connects the illuminati to the MPD and the true controller of the zombies (but that is for another time).

We know Richtofen is a part of the organization and could it be possible that he could have aided them here?

A shot in the dark but why not- What if there is some rivalry between the Thule Society and the Illuminati?

And Maxis pledged his allegiance to the Thules and Richtofen the Illuminati?

I was having very similar thoughts during my massive binge-ucation marathon I went on tonight, about the Thule/Vril societies and their involvement with Origins. I really like your concepts regarding Ricthofen and the Illuminati and I feel inspired to share a few ideas of my own.

I've wound up postulating several ideas/theories (retrospectively spoken at 6:30AM) so I separated them with fancy lines made of equal signs. Enjoy.

================================================================================

Just on the simplest observation of the similarities between Dr. Schuster's (sp?) name and of Dr. Schumann (a project lead developing the Jenseitsflugmaschine or "Other World Flight Machine"), I can't help but think (and hope) that we may have some parallels drawn between Dr. Maxis/Sophia and Dr. Haushofer/Maria Orzich. This entire scenario seems to fit with the timeline and the locale of Origins so I hope things will be ....fleshed ...out.

===============================================================================

One idea is that we are going to find out that the Original Crew are going to be downed pilots, based on the Red Baron/Richtofen theory, as well as it seems somewhat plausible given all of the planes seen flying around in the trailer for Origins... if the "metal man" somehow lost his shit and started attacking everyone indiscriminately, we may have our motive for our hero's having teamed up in the first place..

===============================================================================

Also a somewhat out of place idea I had would be to do with Glanum, the original four characters, and the Mausoleum of the Julii. Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glanum My idea would be that the O4 would be discovered to be the actual people on the Mausoleum, with a prophecy detailing them as the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse (since let's face it, they pretty much gave Earth the ol' giant stone Obelisk right in her Great Rift, if ya get what I'm saying.) Another part of this theory is that the Mausoleum of Julii has four faces....the North Face, East Face, West Face and South Face, which we could match up to the O4's characters geography with a little imagination (and even less imagination if we were to use the Mexican who had his spleen removed at Ricthofen's pleasure.)

Unfortunately the big disproving fact of this one is the explicitly stated "Northern France" where Glanum is Southern.)

=================================================================================

And here's my final, most compelling theory. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saint-Jean-de-Livet The Wikipedia page doesn't say much except for a couple key facts - the geographic location: Northern France and more specifically the region: Normandy (which obviously, which would act as the gateway to the allied victory of WW2.) OK so what? Well my friends, to quote "How Stuff Works" Youtube videos (STDWYTK)....ahem.......Here's where it gets crazy:

Firstly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calvados Look on the right side of the page. You'll see a red flag with two gold lions on it. The Coat of Arms for Calvados, as well as the flag representing the old Normandy province. Sound familiar? Die Rise, on either side of the spawn room door? How about Buried, on the doors leading into the haunted/witches/gold-digger's house. These aren't your run of the mill hints Treyarch is dropping, these are in-your-god-damn-face-or-just-within-your-perepheral-vision hints. So what does this indicate? To me, in Calvados, possibly, lies the gateway to Argatha as hinted to by the lions being on or beside doors...or perhaps it just indicates that Origins will open the gates to your mind's eye... I don't know... But what I do know, is that blowing up the Earth in Moon was absolutely unexpected and totally f'ing awesome, so my hopes are skyrocketing....

Secondly: http://www.ancient-wisdom.co.uk/metallurgy.htm Scroll down to "The metallic ‘tubes’ from Saint-Jean de Livet." This basically details some 65 million tubes discovered in Saint-Jean de Livet that could not have been formed naturally... this, given in context with the other information on this webpage leads me to believe this is the type of conspiratorial thinking Treyarch would inspire us to do... maybe we will end up with more questions than answers for once

Thirdly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bayeux_Tapestry "During the Second World War Heinrich Himmler coveted the work regarding it as "Important for our glorious and cultured Germanic history" ~Wikipedia Quote.

And if you'd like to read some guy's conspiratorial rant: http://removetheveil.com/strike-zone-1/ (which includes those pictures from the Dark Knight Rises which predict the Sandy Hook Shootings, but also interestingly enough he makes mention of the Templar Knights and their downfall, and it being 700 years to the date before Normandy/D-Day... interesting, if not a questionable read.

Also we have our Illuminati links with the Dukes of Normandy (them Duke boys are at it again... ) and their ties to William the Conquerer and thus the bloodline leading to the Throne of England.

Also I have one interesting piece of information I found:

"NASA's solar observatory twin probes STEREO have gone far enough into space to capture the Moon's transit of the Sun. The spacecraft captured the Moon in a video as a dark disc racing across the Sun's face. When the Moon eclipses the sun as seen from Earth, it's described as an occultation rather than a transit. An occultation occurs when an object in the sky obscures or completely blocks the view of another object.

Read more: http://www.ehow.com/about_6559892_sun-t ... z2bf8XrfnE"

Let me reiterate: When the Moon's TranZit is across the Sun it's called an OCCULTATION. Moon Tranzit Occult. It's either the lack of sleep or my mind is blown.

Well the more that I think about it, the less we really know about the origins of Group 935. Maxis was clearly around at this time, creating weapons like the M1916CXS (Mauser) back in 1915. But the real question is who's pulling the strings, as you have basically asked. The Thule Society wasn't formed until 1917, Vril Society in 1925. He could've been working for the government, who knows. But I do think that the founding of this Element back in World War I led, whether largely or not, to the foundation of these secret societies. I'll provide a quote from a popular conspiracy website:

Following military defeat of the First World War, certain occult secret societies emerged in Germany intent upon discovering clues to the existence of ancient lost civilizations that once flourished on this planet; civilizations that reportedly possessed remarkable, almost magical technologies that allowed them mastery of the seas and the skies and even inter-stellar space travel.

So we must ask, could this emergence be a result of the founding of the Element? I would say most likely. As for Group 935, we have no true date of when the creation was. For all we know, Maxis had created the society long ago and was working solo or with minimal people at the time. Zombies were around at this time, which we know because of the Letter from the Field main image and the letter written by Dempsey, mentioning a mysterious plague. With all of this, I'm now hard-pressed to believe that Group 935 was created in the late 1930's like previously believed. And if it was, it's simply an adaptation from a previously existing group, like you suggest.
