Why Cant We PAP The Sliquifier?

I don't think any big wonder weapons should be upgradeable, just my opinion. Seems a bit too op, even just for ammo.

Well, the same theory could be applied to the Thunder cannon or zap guns. I just dont think you can PaP anything you make, only get from the box (so far). But then again the slicky goes to the box after you pick it up from the table, so what does this mean?
