When You Die.. Cinematic Conclusion???

At the end of playing Zombies and its game over it redirects you to this cinematic conclusion that shows up with a bunch of visuals flashing and changing???? What is this? Does it pertain to the zombies story? Or is it like a reintroduction to blacks ops story? I dont understand this? What is its meaning?

Just scenes from campaign. Except for CotD in solo, that actually does pertain.

Yeah it's just a loading screen. Happens when loading or doing anything in the game.

It's a bit too annoying after oh I don't know a million times. It's too flashy for me. But whatever.
