Activision: West and Zampella wanted to steal IW..

Say what, say what?!

That's what Activision is saying apparently.. :P

Here's the article guys :]

"So Activision is counter-suing Jason West and Vincent Zampella. We've told you about EA's snarky commentary on the situation, but let's get down to brass tacks. What the hell is going on here? Espionage, betrayal and backstabbing, that's what!

According to Activision's new 23-page complaint, "West and Zampella's misdeeds formed an unlawful pattern and practice of conduct that was designed to steal the [infinity Ward] studio, which is one of Activision's most valuable assets -- at the expense of Activision and its shareholders and for their own personal financial gain."

The two men are accused of going "on a secret trip by private jet to Northern California, arranged by their Hollywood agent, to meet with the most senior executives of Activision's closest competitor." Who's in Northern California? EA is in Northern California. Makes that lack of a comment thing even a bigger slap in the face, doesn't it?

West and Zampella's lawyer has called these accusations a load of crap, but not in so many words. Actually, in many, many more words."

Wow..well..awesome? Haha

Here's the link to the EA slap in the face to Activison..

you know, everyone complains about IW and the glitches and crap and just hate on them when b4 they were fanboys. If ppl would read up on all this they would see that IW did not want to push out mw2 the way they did. Actvision forced them to, they had a very hardcore schedule to keep, contracts, they got the game done w/ like 5 days left on the schedule, or something like that, but that is because Actv forced them too. They even said how it was burning out the ppl working on it, and they wanted to take alot longer, but Actv isn't about that, they just wanna pump out games to make $$$. If you read the whole lawsuit it explains alot about what everyone else is complaining about and blaming on IW, I feel bad for those guys, horrible work environment.

Yeah, in the lawsuit they said "IW was pushed at break-neck speeds to finish" But hopefully Jason and Vince win this thing and get the rights to the modern warfare series so they can start their own studio without activison hovering over their shoulders. Jason and Vinces lawyers said they are going to make an important announcement soon, thats obviously going to be them announcing a new studio.

Wow, im good. Sure enough, they formed a new studio. Respawn Entertainment. I cant wait for activison to lose the rights to Modern Warfare :D

The only bad part is EA :/ But the good part about EA is that Respawn Entertainment is only partly owned by EA :D
