I want to buy an old black ops dlc (appart from Rezurrection) but which one do you think is the best?
Ive played Shangri La once, which was great, but I never experienced Call of the Dead and Ascencion.
What do you think is the best dlc, and why?

A long time ago, even before the second world war, a german scientist wanted to make from electicity something living.
All the other scientists were laughing at him, and told him that it was impossible.
But he wanted to prove he could do it.
And so, when the second world war began, he found a way to do it.
The only thing he missed was a huge ammount of electricity.
The nazi's were very interresting is his project, in his new "wunder waffe", and so they gave him a place were he could catch lighting.
A castle in Germany's recently anschlussed Austria.
He placed antennae and devices everywhere, and he succeed: He catched lightning....
He insert it into a human subject........and he did it....... his "electric man" was created.
But the electric man, who was forced to be the subject for this project, became crazy and killed all the people in the castle.
With a lot of effort, the German's succeed to enprison him, but they were aware that it was impossible to use him as a weapon in the battlefields, because he would not only kill all the Allies, but also all the Germans.
So the Electric Man was prisonned in a generator, doomed to enpower the German devices in that area.
Till one day, when the Allies were at the winning hand, the Americans attacked the castle.
After a intense fight, the Germans lose, and the Americans toke in the castle.
They found the Electric Man, and bought him to a secret base in the north west of the USA: Northen Hemisphere.
They gave him the nickname "Avogadro" and discovered that it's mind was broken and it only wanted chaos and death.
So the Americans locked him up in a power generator, just like the Germans did, forced to enpower the devices in that area.
But then, the zombie apocalypse started.....

If you look at the scene where it shows the close up of the green portal-map thing, the dragon's head is actually stone, not sure if this is before or after activation but it's stone then.
You're right, didn't saw that.
But what else can the dragon head mean?
A symbol for this map maybe?
-
Oh and that dragon head you see at the very beginning of the trailer, thats probably the sign on the wall where the dragon comes out. (like the dog head where the big hell hound came out in MotD).
-
The trailer impressed me, but do you know what impressed me the most?
The findings that people already discovered in only this trailer.
Really good findings guys, keep on that good work!
-
But the steps, that isn't something which is on an ordinary crate, right?
With the release of Eisendrache, we could check if this is a normal texture for the bo3 box, or only for the Giant.
If it is only for the Giant, it could be really steps for an Easter Egg
-
Ah okay, I searched verruckt grave stone on google but I didn't find anything, so I thought this guy really discovered something new.
About the radios, I have done the ones in Kino, Der Riese and Origins.
Next week is my birthday, and I will buy rezurrection then, so then I can do the ones of Verruckt, Shi No Numa and Moon too.
And that TV in the farmhouse in Tranzit, wasn't it supposed to do something as well?
I hold the button X (on xbox) long time but there didn't happened anything.

On the video Treyarch released last month named "nikolai memories" or something someone called Alex Simpkin commented something very interesting:
"I have found a new easter egg on waw zombies!!! If you go on the map verruckt and you go to the grave stone with blood on it there is a crack on one side it is the side where the blood is. If you get a rifle with a scope and zoom in though the gap by awkwardly persitioning on the floor by lying down there are actually books in there!!! There is one book that is open though and it goes along like this: To any avent of a critical faillure you are instructed to take your cyanide tablet that's included in your field operations kit that in the event you have misplaced yours, there are several methods that will accomplish the same task, field operation 935. Then it said something that was faded but if you guys can work it out that will be much appreciated. Ask if you wanna share this or make a video and remember to give credit because I have worked hard to find this.
Hope this helps with the massive hidden easter egg in waw! Enjoy"I don't know if he is telling the truth, but because I don't have verrückt, I can't check it if its true.
Can someone who has this map take a look at this?
And remember, like this guy said, credit him if you wanna make a video or something about it, because he is the one who found it.

HAHAHAHA! Been there, done that. And you really should have recorded that because it would be one of the few times someone had that much fun playing Tranzit! ;) LOL! Jk. I actually used to love Tranzit...before I played anything else on console (as opposed to iOS, where I started.)
It's actually my favourite map (I'm someone from the bo2 generation, so I haven't experienced the bo1 and waw hype, however, I REALLY love the old maps too, more than the other bo2 and bo3 maps, except Origins).
If I play with friends, the funniest thing to do is Tranzit.
You get situations like this:
"The bus honks it leaves!"
"I will buy a box weapop one more time, before it leaves"
"No no, the bus leaves, quick!"
"Too late, what should I do"
"Run after the bus"
"Awww, what are those creatures in the mist, get of me"
"Use knife, use knife...."
I just have so much fun with it, unlike many others :)

I can't say I have! But that's a pretty huge graphic glitch! Wow.
Yeah, it looked awesome.
At that moment I thought: "Shall I take a picture of it?
Nah, we are having much fun now and at this moment I don't care about posting it on CoDZ."
Well, you understand, now I feel really sorry for not making a picture or video of it.

Welcome back, @BlindBusDrivr !
I have heard quite some people talking about an old CODZ site.
What happened with that one and why is it replaced by this one?
-
Yesterday I played Tranzit with two friends, local split screen.
So, we build the NAVtable in the cornfield, under the pylon, piece by piece, and once it was finished, me and another friend left the cornfield and went to the power station, while one friend was staying there.
He killed some zombies, I guess 20 or some, and then, the whole cornfield disappeared.
From the pylon you could see the road, and even further, you could see the Prototype.
But you still couldn't walk on the places where the corn once was, like there was an invisible wall.
This has to be a glitch, since we didn't do anything special and it just happened.
But did this once happen to someone else?

Cheers @Lenne
Google Translate ~ This is an indication that Richtofen not really malicious.
I also think that the letters before look like "S T A"? and either an F or an E afterwards. It's just really hard to make out.
Thanks for the info & short translate course Lenne!
You also see the word "STA" at the right side of the poster
However, wouldn't know what STAZEICHENE means

Maybe the Summoring Key could be a key to enter or exit the MPD

Thanks

I think that the Samantha of the Origins ending is the Samantha of WaW-BO.
After the ending of Buried, Maxis go to search her (whatever ending you choose) in the dimension of Origins. Meanwhile, Primis issued Samantha. Maxis get him, and find Eddie (a richtofen from another dimension), we don't know why, but I think that Eddie is like the companion of Samantha, we know that she kept sequalae from Agartha (Maxis in The Giant :"the only thing she saids, was to say his name", the name of the Great Old One in Agartha). I think Maxis brought Eddie to cure Samantha while playing with her.
The Great Old One....is he a good or bad god?
Does he emprison Samantha or try to free her?

Who is the frozen one?
Some think he is the Mexican subject, some say it is a god (I guess an Acient god, because he looks kinda mean).
Anyway, the most interesting thing about him I think is the moon in his eye.
Thats also one of the most notable things about him on the Der Eisendrache poster.
And with that rocket I wouldn't be suprised if the map after Der Eisendrache would be moon.
-
Just aquestion, but how do I add pictures to a topic?
-
I like this loading screen idea.
I like the old map or comic book loading screens from bo1 more than the new MotD, Origins and SoE ones.

That still a mystery, but some leaks say she is an alien, and got enormous power...
I think she is a normal german girl, or well, was.
The Acient Gods never tried to capture her, till she was teleported into the MPD.
That device did something to her, gave her a special power, and when Maxis or Richthofen toke her place in the MPD and kicked her out, the Acient gods immediate tried to emprison her.
They wanted that special power that was given from the MPD to Samantha.
-
And why do the Acoent God want to capture Samantha and Eddie?
Or is that still a mystery

The Ancient Gods are Gods from Lovecraft litteratury. They are the bad forces (also know by Apothicon), like Nyarlathotep (Shadowman/Mr.Rapt), Arnie (the creature in the sky of SoE) etc...
They have capture Samantha in Agartha after the Moon EE in Black Ops. After Primis rescue Samantha, these Ancients Gods search her, but Maxis and Samantha was hidden with Eddie in a house which was like a sanctuary, where Gods Ancients can't enter. But the Apothicon (Ancients Gods) manage to "bribe" (I don't know how to explain it...) Samantha and Eddie. When the children were controlled by Ancients Gods (because they were "bribe"), they left the house, and went to the Ancients Gods.
But there is "Black Sun", which are the good forces, they are : Archon (keeper of SoE), Templar (keeper of Origins), and Primis (but I think there will be others characters in this group in future DLC), Black Sun are under "control" of Vril-Ya. They have to stop the Ancients Gods.
That part of what happened between Origins and SoE/The Giant and that house with chrildren I never understood.
Thanks for the explaination.

All my friends who are good in CoDZ don't like the raygun either, but I don't understand that.
I admit, you don't earn many points of it, and you can get self damage.
But if you are carefull and pack a punch it, I think its a very nice weapon on high rounds.

Great theory dude !
The only thing that I can disagree is that the radios of The Giant are just from differents universes (to show us the "dimensional breaches" who has been oppend since Origins, because of all the paradoxes caused by the Ancients Gods and Primis).
I think that you forgot something, in fact, at the end of the Origins main EE, Primis go with Maxis in Agartha to rescue Samantha, who was emprisoned by the Ancients Gods
The ancient gods? I never heard of them before. Is it them who emprison Samantha? Are they the residents of Agartha, the hollow earth? Are they the Vrill Ya?
