  1. Last night, my friend Clint and I got together in a game with 2 other random guys on Call of the Dead and (somewhat) started the easter egg. The other 2 didnt even want to do it until we brought it up, and still they didnt want to start until AFTER 15 for some odd stupid reason. After 3 hours of these idiots trying to figure out the lighthouse switches, they both get mad at it and quit. The entire time, I was trying to tell them just to stand down and let me do the dials, but it just didnt sink in. I guess they didnt trust me (since it was my first time doing the Co-Op egg) After this game, my friend and I go in with just us 2, finish the easter egg on round 9 with no Crawlers and we got it done in like 5 minutes. At this point, I just wanted to go back and scream at the randoms we were with. Thing is, they HAVE done it before. it was our first time! I feel like I wasted 4 hours on something that only needed to take 5 minutes.... (Wasnt sure if this should go in COTD or not. It kinda applys to all Easter Eggs. DONT DO THEM WITH RANDOMS)
  2. I am officially doing this a LOT more now. I like not having Jugg. Its intense! Plus I can still get decently far on the maps I have tried it with. Ascension, Call of the Dead, and Moon are pretty easy without Jugg. Dogs made Der Riese pretty difficult.
  3. Yo, Whats up. Recently, while messing around on Ascension, I had to go a long time without Jugg (doing a closed door-free perk thing) and I finally do get it on round 20, but after this game I started to play other levels without Jugg to see how well I could do. I do pretty good. I can go round 20-25, but its not really EASY. It takes a lot more thinking and reaction, making it a lot harder. Honestly I like how it makes the game a lot shorter, but more intense and hard. Its ideal for people like me who COULD go really far, but dont really have the time. Plus its cool to have another free perk slot from it, and it kinda takes some pressure off. I am starting to get really used to it now too. Theres so many cutbacks I've never had to rely on before. It works good with my room-to-room running strategies. Its fun. Any thoughts on going in without Jugg? Its actually really easy on Moon.

  5. I did this again last night (only to 40 though) just to prove a point to myself. I used ONLY the 1911 and MP5K. I bought Revive, Guarded it for one Monkey Round and got Free Jugg (The luckiest thing that can happen at that early point) and then just got rid of Revive on the Next Monkey Round. It made using non-Upgraded Non-WonderWeapons a lot easier lol. Honestly, I COULD have went and upgraded, used the Box, all that, since Jugg isnt required to be open, but I didnt. I would have gone for more perks before this, but Jugg was enough. Eventually I got tired, and I knew it could easily be done, so I stopped. The 1911 is only useful during insta kill, but I kept it anyway.
  6. Just wanted to add, you can crouch-walk under the Flogger as well. not necessary to be Prone. A friend and I developed a strategy on Shi No Numa where one person holds out the room right Next to the Doc's Quarters, while the other person runs (literally) back and forth in front of the Initial Box Spawn. Works pretty well.
  7. Its probobly gonna be a good long time before I try anymore high round runs. I gotta clear out a good chunk of my day to do them too. It sucks when you get to round 50 and then friends call and want to hang out, or yoy get called into work last minute. Once you get to 50 its all the same anyway, Just more Zombies, especially on Ascension. Oh, and I might not do videos yet. My camera is wack. Full batteries only last about 3 minutes in it. Not enough time to make a Legit video. I was going to record a minute of my game before my death, but I suddenly had to quit right away and only had time for a couple pics. I may try Kino this weekend. Using the O'l "SuperKiting" strategy on the stage. Not too different from Ascension. (SuperKiting is my term for the Kino spot on the stage where you just run very tight circles around the podium stairs. Waaaaay more reliable than the regular stage kiting route.) Last time I got far on Kino I just ran around the map, waited for a mob to round up behind me, and hit a Trap. Point Spam the MP40. Nothing special. (Cept no T-Gun. WonderWeapons are definately not required for Kino and Ascension)
  8. Whats up. I started playing Ascension earlier today and decided to go for a high round run. Got to 63. Its not Fantastic, compared to other high rounds I have been seeing, but its impressive for me lol. I usually lack the concentration to go for that long, but I actually made really good time on this game. it took only about 4 and a half hours, With 5 to 10 minute breaks every 10 rounds (And slowly, the breaks became less frequent). Honestly it wasnt even that legit of a game. It had no challenge at all. I got Gersch devices, T-Gun and Ray Gun before the first Teddy Bear (didnt get the first teddy actually) And then from about 23 onward, it was just Build em up & knock em down, over and over. On Around 30 I had to start using traps. I had a system going. Trap first, then ZC Blast, then trap, then ZC blast. I never went over 4 cannon shots per round, and on every round after the 1st post monkey round I would throw a Gersch after using my 4 shots. I had Revive, Jugg, Stamin-Up and Flopper. The only perk I lost the entire time was Flopper. I just let it go. The other 3 are easy to hold from one spot. I stopped using my Ray Gun alltogether after 35 or so. After 50 I used it like a point maker gun, since it didnt make Crawlers anymore. My points rarely fell below, or went far above 40,000 at any given time untill near the end of the game. Monkeys didnt seem as hard as they used to either. EVENTUALLY, I was FORCED to quit. I easily could have gone a lot farther. I didnt even get to "use" my Quick Revive lol. OH! and heres the best news! I got my POS camera working! (Kinda the real reason I am making this topic XD) Heres my pics: Moments before my death End Score
  9. Time can be another factor. I have quit mid-game many-a-time just because someone I was planning to play with before shows up and invites me to a game. I'll send a message saying "My bad' or some Sht, but I wont really feel bad about it. I got nothing against the randoms, I would just rather play with someone I know I play well with. I can fly solo in a Co-Op game, its usually what I do with randoms, but with close friends theres like an unspoken cooperation that you cant get with randoms.
  10. I meant it started with Randoms. Its just a technicality. Anyway, Moon is just a bad map for randoms, unless you are lucky. Meeting bad players isnt as big of a deal on the older maps, because if you are good, you can handle lowsy players. The farthest I am willing to go dragging my team along is 20. If by 20 I still have 3 teammates constantly going down and not really contributing at all, I will just quit and let them figure it out themselves. I think Five is the funnest map with random people. If they are good, you dont have to worry, and if they are bad, Five is an intense map for reviving missions.
  11. My best game online on moon WAS with Randoms. It was me, a close homie, and 2 randoms. The randoms died in area 51 and my friend and I got Jugg. They Rage quit, and we went on past 30 with little trouble.
  12. I think if they could do this, they would also need to make the Zombie AI upgrade was well. I mean, if your weapons get stronger and stronger, and the zombies just get stronger and stronger, The rounds would definately not get as dramatically harder. The only thing they even do to the zombies to make them harder is up their life, even with the Bosses. They need to make a "thinking" type of zombie, that does different things based on the round/how the Players react. It would make things a lot harder, and open up the option for super-powered weapons. The current Zombie AI couldnt handle stronger weapons. It can barely handle the "Circle" tactic. Oh, I would just love an update in the Zombie AI that made them Anti-Circle. IMagine running around the stage on Kino and have the zombies cut you off from the other direction, even with a full train. That would be TIIIIIGHT!
  13. I like the Care Package idea. Not for crushing, but for being able to use a wide variety of different killing methods! They need to add more Perks and Equipment centered around Weaponry. I can imagine how crazy games could be with a more customizable arsenal. It would be so cool to see a "WonderMine" deal or something (Like a Bouncing Betty that explodes into a Wunderwaffe chain Lightning shot lol)
  14. I found the Max Ammo trick with George to be pretty reliable. Takes a LOT of Flopping sometimes if you lose your WunderWaffe and then get a new one (no more than 1 round though. Flopping on 43 took about 20 minutes to kill the round) I find the WunderWaffe, while using this strategy, is in itself a Trap. A Trap you can get Ammo and Points from. It seems like George will always cause a Max Ammo to drop right as you get to your last Clip. Thats just how it kept happening, once I reached 3 shots remaining, an ammo dropped right after. (There was one time where I got to my last shot, so I Flopped to save it, and the Flop dropped a Nuke, and the Nuke made a zombie drop an Ammo)
  15. I played Moon with Random players ONCE, then never again. Same goes for Shangri-La... On CotD, I am usually the person who is messing with George, so I dont have a problem with that Lol. (though I dont repeatedly make him Mad, I make him mad once and keep him mad for a while) Moon is pretty bad with Randoms, just because of the Teleporter. other than that, who cares? Once you have PaP and Jugg, you can survive for a good long while. Shangri-La is just a pain when it comes to upgrading, but I can deal with it, since I have Jugg. I voted Moon. You HAVE to have good friends playing to even hope to have a 30-40+ run on Moon, or be flying Solo, or let your partners die when they dont listen.
  16. Favorite Wall GUN: I like the FG42, because of Ammo Count, Control, and its nice placement. Gewehr is a close second. It has the Upgraded Carbine's power, butmore ammo and you dont have to shoot it automatic, and with Double Tap, it doesnt "jam" at all. Favorite Wall WEAPON: Bouncing Betty!!! (Kicks the BLack Ops Claymores' ass!)
  17. I dont think so. Blast one you get NO points (or like 10 per hit, I never payed attention to that) and the SECOND Shot gets points. Not sure how many. I am gonna see if it drops 50-50 points, like dogs.
  18. ONe thing beats the Thundergun Point Cap. Killing Multiple Dogs with it. you always get 100 points per dog killed with the thundergun.
  19. Yeah the Fal is dope. I like all the Semi-Auto Weapons. I wish Der Riese had the M1 Garand, But I guess the M14 in other maps is very close. The EPC WN is the only 3 round burst I like (Mostly cuz its upgraded). The non Upgraded ones, G11 and M16, would be a lot better if they upgraded and stayed 3 round burst. More controllable than a mindless spray, while gaining upgraded power. Off Topic question, but has anyone played zombies tripping? It feels like you are on an entirely different level than the zombies, like everything happens really slow and you dont even have to think about it (A friend and I got to round 37 on Der Riese tripping, and neither of us really had any idea what was going on after some point lol)
  20. I like to use QEDs if I am not the team member using the hacker (which is rare. I either get it first, or simultaniousley with someone else). They are fun to experiment with, and grant an extra challenge, and who really needs to hack a Max Ammo when you can just get unlimited Ammo Via wall gun hacking. Try a Zombie Run using the Recieving Bay, Tunnel 6 and Tunnel 11. Hack the PM63, M16 and MPL/M14. Nothing the QED can do to you will really mess you up (besides downing you, or teleporting you to a bad place, which SHOULDNT mess you up if you are running this path and have 1 or 2 people running the Dome or Labs.) If you get a Red Ammo, you can just buy more ammo, if you get red points, you can easily get enough for anything you need quickly, and a red Fire Sale doesnt matter at all. Moon is so open for a plethora of different strategies. Diversity is what makes this map awsome, there is so many ways to get really far on that map. I hope they make more maps like Moon in the future. Just a personal thought; I dont think Smoke or Predator Missiles would work very well in Zombies o-o. Smoke MAYBE, but a Predator missile would just slow you down/get you killed/would be blocked off by some sort of ceiling included in the maps. Maybe it would work in a mostly-outdoor map like Ascension.
  21. Anyone know whats up with points when using the thundergun? I shoot a single zombie with it, and I get a solid 50 points. I blow away an entire horde of 24 and I only make like 200 points. (A little off topic, but the talk of kiting full mobs and using thunderguns made me think of this)
  22. No, it was that the zombies kept spawning. I have had the zombie stuck in a place before, but this was literally an endless round.
  23. Moon just made things confusing. Maybe I should have kept the TacticalEquipment thing out, since it only applies to a theoretical Shifting envirionment. And the topic does say that its you're favorite combination of what EXISTS already. Underwater BS hasnt happened (yet?) So its void at this point, But neither a hacking device or a PES would ever work very well underwater (Seriousley, a pressure suit in a high pressure environment? Daaaaangerous!) lol. Lets have fun with this. For every "Class" you put, make a real one, and make up your own "impossible" combination (Ex. Beyond Black Ops limitations) Just share what you WOULD use VS What you COULD use. Perk1: JuggerNog -- Body Armor (MW3) Perk2: Deadshot Daiquiri -- Mule Kick Perk3: Double Tap -- M2 Flamethrower (Perk. WaW) Perk4: Mule Kick -- Bouncing Bettyx2 (Perk. WaW) Weapon1: EPC WN -- Ray Gun W/Tactical Knife (its a pistol after all) Weapon2: WunderWaffe DG3 JZ -- Type 99 Weapon3: 420 Impeller -- UMP45 Knife: Sickle -- Buck Knife W/Diamond Blade Lethal Grenade: Semtex -- DECOYS! (Imagine Zombies running to your primary like a monkey XD) Tactical Grenade: Gersch Device -- Elemental Grenades (1/12 chance of producing Fire/Ice/Wind/Electricity/Light/Shadow direct OR indirect affects) LethalEquipment: Bouncing Betty -- IED (Improvised Explosive Device. Scavenger-able) TacticalEquipment: Hacker -- Boxing glove on a spring?
  24. I've never had a Negative QED affect either. There was one, but it wasnt BAD and it was my friend's QED, but it made him mad. He threw a QED at a mob behind him in the dome, and I am on a collision coarse with his train, so I start unloading my PaP Ray Gun. His QED goes off RIGHT ON TOP OF ME, and alluva sudden my character "resets" his Ray Gun and we hear Samantha yell "SUPRISE". It took a few moments, but soon he realized that his QED replaced my Ray Gun with another Ray Gun (the gun he was trying soooo hard to get the entire game lol) That was off topic, but it was a funny story.
  25. Last night, while playing Der Riese with my friend, I finally realized exactly what it is about (other people's) kiting that annoys me so much. I kill too fast to be a compatible player with kiters, because they will just keep running and running their little circles, not firing off a single bullet until the flow of zombies stops completely. This makes things boring for the people who killed their zombies on sight, as the kiters will horde up every zombie before shooting. There was atleast 6 times in this particular game where I ran to the bridge and shot my Wunderwaffe at the trains being built in the courtyard, followed by the phrase "Hurry the F up already!!" Honestly, is it really that hard to kill WHILE you are kiting? I mean really, I do it, so it cant be that F'in difficult. (Sorry if ya dont care to read my complaining, I just wanted to point this out, and how annoying it is.)
