The Lurk - A Creature that follows players around. All you can hear is whispers. When the map becomes foggy it means the whisper has spawned. You will never be able to see the Lurk but you will be able to mark it's position by observing the Fog around you. If the fog moves in an unnatural way or you begin to hear whispers it means the lurk is nearby. Once you kill the lurk the fog will go away and you will win a max ammo....What is the Lurk? An experiment gone wrong? or a lost soul.....

 

Toxic Crawlers - A new version of the Nova crawler. Unlike the first and the second models of the Nova crawler, This nova crawler is a bit more green. it has bloody scratch marks over it's head and it's mouth is covered by a medical mask. When the Toxic Crawler hits you a small skull will appear on your screen. You are now temporarily poisoned and will loose health gradually. It goes away though once you go down or if you just wait long enough. Moving at normal speed or Standing still will make the poison effect go away quicker but running will deplete your health faster.

 

Hoard of Crawlers - Every 5 rounds you will hear a gargled Laughter. Then from all areas Mini crawlers appear and attack. These crawlers resemble the Nova crawlers but they do not have the leaping capabilities or the Gas ability. They are easy to kill however these crawlers spawn without any delay. They will attack for 1 full minute. The history and former identities of these crawlers is a sad tale. the playgrounds are empty now........

 

The Chameleon - A Zombie that seems to be Mutating. It's arms and face are covered in scales and it's eyes are blood red. This zombie can Blend in to it's surroundings just by being near them. When it blends in all you can see are it's red eyes. It spawns in with the other zombies but you will only ever face 4 of them in any one round. They prefer to sneak from behind. When you look at them they will go invisible, When you look away they will become visible. 

 

Test Subjects - ( Day of the Dead original script ) Test subjects are Zombies wearing all orange. They wear Orange Helmets and orange vests. They also carry a pistol or a revolver. These undead were once part of an experiment in an attempt to train the dead to protect the living. They automatically shoot anything that is not wearing Orange. They are ranged attackers and thanks to their vests they can take more damage. Their attack power is equivalent to that of a Campaign enemy. every 5 rounds an alarm will go off and summon these undead soldiers. There may be a way of taming these creatures if you are clever, perhaps even get them to fight for you.

 

The Banshee - A Zombie that spawns is after emitting a loud unearthly screech. It has long black hair, It's bones are visible, and it's mostly naked. It will spawn in every few round among the common undead and attempt to Kill all players. It will first target one player in specific and will wait till that player is alone before attacking. If players are together then it will run away. it will also run away if bullets are being shot in it's direction. Rounds will still change even if the Banshee is still alive when the last zombie dies. Once a player gets separated from the group it will appear running at tranzit bus chase speed and attack that one player. It also has the ability to drag players away once they are down. When it does this it is at it's most vulnerable. 

 

The Eel - A Giant Creature that can be found swimming underneath the map. Sometimes the Eel will stop right underneath an area and will electrocute any player or zombie that is in the Room at the time. You can tell which room the Eel is currently passing under by looking at the ground through the floor. When the Eel stops you will have a few seconds to Exit the area before it electrocutes you. The Eel was originally captured by scientists and placed in the aquarium for research. After the undead appeared it became mutated by the 115 and became a much more horrific creature. It now lurks under the water waiting for it's next victim. the A.T.L.A.N.T.I.S facility.......

THE EEEEEEL!!!

These are some really nice Ideas.

Just one thing: With the chameleon, it might as well just always be cloaking. Why does it matter if it is visible when you look away? It's still invisible to you because you aren't looking at it. It's like Schrödinger's zombie.

I really like that you have a little backstory for some. Even in the actual zombies maps there is sometimes stuff that has no explanation or origin story. It adds a lot of character. (Who the hell is the astronaut??)
