Alien on Kino????

I was looking around on kino, and if you go to this staircase on one side of the stage. Cant remember which one, Think its the left one though. Theres this capsule and a weird head in it. Ascension connection?

ive also seen this, i think it might be hinting to either an area51 map of possibly a moon map.

reason i say area 51 is because of the txt file that said something along the lines of will never sleep again because of something i saw in a lake. and the fact that one of the know sights where a metor containing 115 is in Groom Lake aka AREA51

It's not an alien, it's either a Nova Gas Zombie or a test monkey. You see the same capslles that it is in on the Kino Der Toten stage.
