  3. Hi everyone who likes zombie mode! We already know that when we kill a zombie using a knife, we sometimes rush to the zombie. Recently I heard that the distance for rushing is sometimes very long. So our group investigated the distance. And we also thought about the application of it. It was found that when we kill a zombie using a knife, the rush distance can become very long. It was confirmed that the distance is from an end to end at the first room at Der Riese as shown in our video. We thought that this may be able to apply to other situation. 1. Moving at marshy place on Shangri-la. It could move smoothly and fastly there. 2. Passing through of the spear trap at Shangri-la. It could pass through smoothly without acting the trap. 3. Passing through of the current trap at kino der toten. It could pass through smoothly without the influence of the trap. 4. Passing through of the fire trap at kino der toten. Although it could pass through smoothly at most distance of the trap without the influence of the trap, it was downed at end of the trap because the rushing distance was short.   4. I have investigated the shrieker's health for each round. I would like to report it. The shrieker's health was measured by a default knife. The knife can give a damage of 150 point. I measured the health using it until R27. Although the health will be the multiple of 150, I think that the default knife can be used to measure the health, as that is enough larger than 150 point. This means small error bar. The approximation was obtained by the measured values. This method is the same to the measurement for number of zombies for each round. Figure shows the shrieker's health for each round. The result indicates that the shrieker's health is proportional to the cube of round. If this data has been reported by someone, I’m sorry for it. Our group always discusses about various questions for zombie mode. We investigate such questions.

  15. I have various challenges for zombie mode. Today I have the first room challenge with 3 friends at Call Of The Dead. The challenge is to go each round without open doors. We have achived to 23R. I believe that this is a world record. The movie is as follows. 0eceAVLH97c We have spent for about 3.5 hours to achieve to 23R with 3 ppl in COTD. For this video from 05:56 to 06:08, we show that the doors are not opened in the first room. I obtained a strategy by playing this challenge. I would like to introduce it. Map : Call Of The Dead Player : 3 players Rule : Players have to go each round without open doors at the first room. From 1R to 6R, each person can kill zombies easily. After 7R, a person has to do train to aggregate zombies at the open space front of a barricade. A person attracts George A. Romero near the quick revive. A person at the narrow passage bring zombies to the open space. The delivery of zombies will complete in 2 times after zombies begin to appear. But there are various zombie's speed at less than 10R. So a bit care is required in order to revive. After 10R, zombie's speed is almost the same. You can see the strategy at from 02:13 to 03:01 at the video. In this map, it is difficult to revive. Reviving is a key to advance a round. When a person is down, 2 person has to cooperate to rivive. One person aggreagates zombies and another peoson rivives the down person. At this time, each person has to carefully check the position of zombies. Also you can see it from the video. You can revive easily by it. ^^ Now we have a project. The project is to make a new ranking system for various challenges. Please give us your idea and information.

For "Individual solo high rounds - each map" and "No power challenge every map", that is a nice idea. The ranking will include it with an evidence of a scene at end of the game.   22. Do you know First Room Challenge at zombie mode? Recently I have known it. That is to go each round without open doors at each map. Actually that is so difficult. So I have practiced a lot. Recently I have been able to obtain a result at kino der toten with 4 people who are my friends. Achieved round is 20R. The movie is here. nUJHFL7aDOo Although it is very difficult to play the challenge, I’m very interesting to play it. Here I introduce our strategy for the first room challenge at kino der toten. This strategy is for 4 people. From 1R to 13R, each person can keep each barricade because there are 4 barricades in the first room. When some persons are down, one person aggregates zombies while other one revives. When the round achieves 10R, the all zombie speed is almost the same. So I think that it is difficult to revive at less than 10R. After 14R, it is difficult to keep each barricade. So a person who is Tank Dempsey aggregates zombies by train, because Dempsey is easy to attract zombies. One person keeps a barricade near an entrance of the stage and 2 persons keep a barricade at the second floor. When Dempsey is down, as most zombies go to an entrance of the stage, 2 persons who stay the second floor can revive easily Dempsey. After Dempsey could be revived, he has all zombies by train again. When I played the first room challenge at kino der toten, I thought that hellhound’s round is very very difficult. It is difficult to revive people. Therefore we thought the strategy for reviving at hellhound’s round. Hellhounds aim each person. At this time, when hellhounds for a person are killed, the person can have a short time to revive. We can revive using this. You can see it at above movie. Hellhound’s health is 1 shot of Olympia for 1st hellhound’s round, 2 shots for 2nd and 3rd hellhound’s round. After 4th hellhound’s round, 3 shot of Olympia is necessary to kill one hellhound. For the first room challenge, unfortunately the result isn’t reflected to the ranking of zombie map. So I would like to make a database of ranking for the first room challenge by reports from movies and/or photographs at youtube and others. How about this project? If such ranking has already existed, please let me know. When this project is going well, I would like to make various rankings. .
