New Black Ops 3 "Ember" Trailer

With the official Black Ops 3 reveal just three days away, fans around the world would have been forgiven for not expecting to hear much more, if anything from our friends over at Treyarch until the big day on the 26th of April. However, Treyarch have been making a habit of doing things out of the ordinary, GKNova 6 and more recently the Snapchat viral are clear examples of this, and so with just three days remaining until we get the official reveal, Treyarch have released yet another teaser trailer for us to sink our teeth into. Titled "Ember", the new teaser focuses on the use of a mixture of both archive footage and live action film to draw us into the moral argument of when science goes too far, and whether or not the government could be hiding just how advanced the technology we have really is. It also seemed to gravitate upon the year 2065, 50 years into our future, which has sparked speculation about whether this could be the year that Black Ops 3 will be set.

Watch the "Ember" trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bfr053KdD6w&list=PLZeek85Kuka2o8JkicDxLOh47frrPi10X&index=1

One thing is clear; as always Treyarch are going all out to get everyone as hyped as possible before the release of the next game in the Call of Duty series. We only have to wait three more days until we get to see exactly what Treyarch have installed for us over the coming weeks.

Amidst the dark and eerie night
A choice to make – to run or fight?
      The undead horde approaches fast
Armed with weapons, till the very last
In Call of Duty: World at War - Zombies
The battle for survival never ceases
A test of skill, courage and wits
As waves of zombies just never quits
Blood-soaked grounds and a burning sky
The stakes are high, the danger nigh
But in this game, we rise above
To conquer the undead with brute, tough love
With finger on the trigger and heart in hand
We face the terror, and take a stand
For in this game, we live or die
With Call of Duty: World at War - Zombies, we must survive.

and later released worldwide on December 14, 2011.
The game features the same gameplay mechanics as its predecessor, with players fighting off waves of zombies as they try to survive for as long as possible. The game also includes a new storyline set in a Cold War-era Pentagon, with the characters from the original Zombies mode returning to fight off the undead.
The game allows for up to four players to play together via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and also includes a single-player mode with a new leaderboard system to track high scores.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – Zombies received mixed reviews upon release, with critics praising the game's addictive gameplay and multiplayer functionality, but criticizing the graphics and lack of content compared to the console versions of the game. Despite this, the game was a commercial success, with over a million downloads in its first week of release.

    • Ark: Survival Ascended developer Studio Wildcard has announced it's indefinitely delaying the release of the dinosaur survival remaster's enhanced The Center expansion, just days before its planned 28th February release. Ark: Survival Ascended - the controversial full-price Unreal Engine 5 remaster of 2015's Ark: Survival Evolved - has been plagued with delays since its announcement last year. First, the remaster's launch was shifted from August to October - a release it eventually managed to hit on PC, albeit with the Xbox Series X/S version getting a last-minute delay to mid-November and the PS5 release arriving later still - while Ascended's various expansion remasters, originally due to launch alongside the base game, have now slipped a number of times. In January, Wildcard announced its Scorched Earth expansion remaster, initially delayed to December 2023 and then moved to March 2024, would now be releasing in April, while its Aberration and Ragnarok map remasters - previously delayed to "Q1 2024" - were now on track to arrive in July and September 2024 respectively. Amid all this furious roadmap revision, there was a bright spot in that the enhanced version of Ark's The Center map would now be coming to Ascended a couple of months earlier than listed in December. The Center's release was later pinned down to 28th February, but once again it's all change. Read more View the full article
    • Disney Dreamlight Valley's first major content update of 2024 arrives this Wednesday, 28th February, introducing Monsters, Inc.'s Sully and Mike Wazowski to the village - and ahead of its arrival, developer Gameloft has detailed everything this week's free patch will bring. Mike and Sulley arrive as part of what Gameloft is officially calling the Laugh Floor Update, and both make their Dreamlight Valley debut via a new playable Realm - giving players the chance to experience a day-in-the-life at Monsters, Inc. before the duo become available as villagers - each with their own friendship quests and associated rewards. Other features coming in this week's Laugh Floor Update, as detailed in Gameloft's newly shared patch notes, include more avatar customisation options - ranging from new skin tones and special eye contacts to new ear styles - plus an expansion to Scrooge McDuck's shop, meaning players will see more items to spend their in-game gold on each day.
