For the traditional sniper

Cold blooded is standard issue for any traditional sniper class

Flak jacket and Tac mask keep you relatively safe from grenades and tacticals + if an enemy hacks one of your betties and you trigger it, it won't kill you right away because you're using flak jacket

KAP40 with extended clip is a great secondary for when you encounter enemies on your way to your sniper perch/spot

Yup. B23R + Fast mags is probably my favorite secondary in the game.
