EE diverging storylines & and the color of the tower?

HI i am hear to talk abut the story line we all know if you help maxis it will be an orangey color. if you help richtofen it will be a blueish color.if you do the other EE in a different game it will change to the color of the newly done EE. but if you do both EE in the same game it will glow both blue and orange? (all so has enyone tested doing different steps for maxis & at the same time bye turning on & off the power if it works it will make doing both easier if possible?) so are there 3 different story possibility(nothing hapend in this reality-dr richtofen useing a QED) a 3 split timeline ? (legend of zelda much?)or do you need to do both in one game to get the real story or to complete the rest of the EE if there is one b/c if you do one EE in a different game from the other it just changes color not add color so it doesn't exactly "save" does it? and the beams going from the lamps to the tower are not saved. do we have to replant are turbines/emp are portals to get them back and then start looking for more of the EE? what do you guys think :?:

Interesting idea. Ive still yet to do either side of it. Another Failed attempt last night due to the lack of EMP's :x . Blew through my last 30K from the bank trying to get them. Something always seems to go wrong when i attempt the EE this time around.
