My IDEAS: Pack-a-Perk and New Perk WONDER POTION

Recommended Posts

Basically, Pack a Perk (or a another name that someone could think of ) is a machine which upgrades perks when you upgrade the perk it will cost you the same price as the un-upgraded perk's price,I think this would be a great addition as later rounds can get a little boring.

these I think are logical suggestions for the upgrades for the perks:

Juggernog: Faster health regeneration

Speed Cola: Faster when switching between weapons, throwing grenades, knifing (kind of like scout pro),I don't think that faster ADS would be too useful.

Quick Revive: When you are downed you have Mustang and Sallys (like solo) to help your team mates revive you (I Haven't thought of some think for solo if it was that)

or longer time to be revived when downed

or even faster revive time (like the speed of capturing your own care package)

PHD Flopper: Reduced Trap Damage

Stamin-Up: Unlimited Sprint

NEW PERK suggested by Johnny Reklaw

Bonus Timer perk, a perk that when the drinker gets a power-up (Death Machine, 2x, Insta-kill, etc) it causes the bonus to last longer. instead of the 30 seconds, maybe a minute. For Max Ammo, this could give a shot 15-30 second period where players lose no ammo out of their count (reloading is still necessary). The nuke would be instantaneous instead of having a delay in killing all zombies on the map. Potentially this nuke could delay any new spawning zombies for a few seconds for the team to regroup. Same with Carpenter...it rebuilds even when torn down for 10-15 seconds to give the team time to group up, get everyone up, maybe buy a perk or 2...

Upgraded: this gives the player the option to "hoard" power-ups. Instead of picking up a power up, the player can hold onto it and access it in his inventory. Potentially left on the D-Pad (XBOX) where killstreaks go. you can only use them in order (like killstreaks), and if you go down you lose them.

I haven't thought of the upgrade for Double Tap because it is more unlikely to be featured in the next map compared to the others, but you guys can maybe suggest the upgrade. And if you like my ideas or could suggest other upgrades for each perk that would be great and i will put them down in in my original post crediting you, so make this topic grow!

And Lastly my idea for a new perk Wonder Potion, When you drink this you will be able to gain access to a wonder weapon from the mystery box,

eg so in this situation before you get the wonder potion, your teammate gets the thunder gun which is the wonder weapon specific to that map,

then you get wonder potion and you have the chance to get another different wonder weapon not specific to that map Winters Howl, WonderWaffe and a new wonder weapon like a Harpoon gun maybe.Once you get a wonder weapon you can not get another one.

If you have the wonder weapon already specific to that map, you cannot get the wonder potion, as you have already got a wonder weapon.

When you upgrade the wonder potion you can have both slots for wonder grenades and it makes all of them accessible eg so on ascension if you upgrade the wonder potion you be able to get a monkey bomb from the mystery box, as you couldn't before

My suggested price would be 5000 - 6000 points,I don't think with the price this will be overpowered

again I suggested this because zombies can get a little boring at high rounds and you normally end up with the last person surviving to be the guy with the wonder weapon and that is all due to him having luck on the mystery box, which is annoying

REMEMBER this is my own opinion, please don't flame on me, these are just suggestions

Upgrade to Speed Cola: Aim down sights faster, faster switch time between guns...nothing worse than going down while waiting for your character to ready his LMG....

I like the wonder potion idea...though I'm worried about the overpoweredness that might cause. It sounds fun, but with all the Wonder Weapons out (Potentially 4 out) might not give the zombies a fair chance. Much like the Ammo-Matic, it could give a chance for even the most intermediate player to reach higher levels. The only Con I see is Ammo, but on a map like Ascension, carefully placed TG or Zeus shots can finish rounds quickly without a lot of Ammo consumption.

I would also like to upgrade grenades, secondary grenades, and claymores.

Thanks for your comment, I really like your Bonus Timer Perk idea,I think its a good concept to replace the ammomatic, without being too overpowered. And I now think a faster ADS would be a useful upgrade beacuse it would have a greater impact on LMGs compared to other guns, like an LMG person with staminup.

About the wonder potion being too overpowered maybe you have to reach a certain level or a ceratain objective to gain access to the wonder potion, or maybe even the pack a perk machine. I was thinking round 25 or 30 which would seperate skilled players and unskilled players much like having the wonder potion where everyone could have a wonder gun so you have an almost equal chance of dying than anyone else. Or you could just always nerf the difficulty of the zombies.
