So all everyone has really seen, is how it looks on the stalk theme for Invision Forum but not the custom theme that we have running here. Well, without further delay, here is how it looks.

It is with sad news, that I have to report that @way2g00d has decided to retire from staff duties at callofdutyzombies.com 

It was certainly an announcement which took us by surprise, Way has been here since forever (April 2011) and it is with sadness that we move Way into the Veterans usergroup (well deserved though). The site has been through many changes since Way joined and from what I gather this is Way's first topic.

Way has over 5,700 posts on this site since 2011, a high achievement and to be commened, not for posting just for the sake of it but for the content and quality of his posts over the years.

He post back in November 2012, the bus driver quotes from Tranzit and amongst many, many other topics

Way, you'll be missed - I know you be around as a member but it is with sadness that I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the contribution you have made to CoDz and will continue to make for CoDz.

Respect when respect is due.

As promised , here are some front end screenshots.We have fedback some feature requests,

• Reply function so that it nests under the posts entry
• Integration of message to Live/PSN/Steam
• Mic option
• "possibly" integrating achievements

We should be in a position to see some more details in the next few days, the front end of the LFG is near completion and we should be in a position to have at least 2 weeks of testing before 6^th November comes around. I don't have any updated screenshots but should have some over the next few days.

We can, it will work exactly like view new content, just styled differently - you can customise the activity stream however you want to do it, but the default will have the VNC but if a new style. It is better, it's really quite a neat system, it will take a bit of getting used too granted but the feedback from site admins and others that have tested it have been saying "why haven't we had this before".

If you cannot view signatures and you wish to view signatures, please do the following.

Click on Account Settings

Click on Signatures Tab & Then Toggle Can View Signatures.

You can view and edit your signature here as well.

Please ensure you following the CoC relating to signatures (refer to number 7).

A new update to the site is due out in the next few weeks, this is a feature release rather than a "bug" release. Unfortunately, we still have no information relating to User of The Month of Medals but we are working hard to ensure these return soon.

This is a new software / feature released 4.1.0 and brings in some pretty hefty changes, some you'll like, some you may not (at first). Fear not though, I have been using the beta version of it for a few weeks and just put it live on our test site.

So without further ado, what is changing?

New menu

We haven't discussed this as a team yet, whether to go with a double menu (now standard) or a single menu or if we keep this at the top of the site or bring it back to the default location - however it has changed.

View New Content is no more, now replaced with Activity Stream.

The view new content page that everyone is accustomed too, is no longer available in 4.1.0 and has been replaced by Activity Stream. Activityt Stream is pretty powerful and will allow you to create custom stream, it will also allow us to generate a "View New Content" stream similar to how it was before.

However, you'll also be able to reply status updates from within the activity stream.

New Editor features 

You will like the new editor, it works so much better on mobile devices and we can enabled enter for next line instead of paragraph (I'm sure you are all used to the way it works now though?

Whats wrong with signatures?

There is no way on earth that DLC will not be available on previous gen consoles, do you really think ATV would forego that additional income stream? Please do not be so naive.

As it stands, it will be for registered users, but we can allow access to guests. Why registered? Simply to allow messages between players so they can easily access information, to keep "spam" to a minimum and everything else that goes with it.

All the LFG systems I have seen all require registration, I sent a mass mail out to everyone, so maybe garner some more interest from the community.

Great suggestions and I'll look into these, I'm away for a few days (off to Lithuania on Sunday) so I don't have the time just now but I'll be sure to have a look tonight/tomorrow and check on these.

So a little update folk's we have received some screenshots of the admin side of the LFG system.

We expect to receive some screenshots of the front end of the system this week or next and then we'll be able to start some testing hopefully soon after. If you have any specific functions you would like please let us know as now is the time to have them added.
