Tried it all ready. Went to round 18 without doing a single ritual, got the WW and explored the map and nothing is doing. I literally got the WW without going into a single beast mode and it makes no difference unfortunately.

    Well shit lol

Gonna keep trying T-Virus thread posts lol

  2. My T-Virus levels are too high, I can't stop.  Waterfront is driving me crazy.  Okay check this out:  You're at the entrance to the boxing gym, looking straight at the altar.  Walk right in and immediately walk right and you'll see one of those punching balls suspended in the air, a chain binds it from both the floor and the ceiling.  It moves when you shoot it/knife it.  I want to do many things to do this ball.  Play as the boxer, throw both regular arnies and upgraded arnies, shoot ww bullets at it.  Madness.

I'll post an image later tonight, busy all day.

  3. Well I gave up on the Noire mode so I'm back to ww hunting.  I do believe the sword counter is something.  It's definitive in that it only goes down with head hits.  There are even apothicon words that translate to "head", "gather", etc.  But I am more interested in feeding the A.S something that may be altar related?  My next theory: I want to obtain the Apothicon Servant without even touching anything that's keeper related.  Items, Rituals, PaP, etc.  Let's obtain the A.S and then go through each item location as well as the rituals and sucking up as many keepers as we can along the way.  It would be ideal with multiple players to help keep the  last few zombies safe seeing as we may be going round 15+ without even touching the rituals yet.

  4. It's very simple.  If it is a proper game mechanic, use it all you want and be on your merry-fucking-way.  The flags are a game mechanic.  If people hate on the fact that they are being used to make it easier on Margwa's, then they are just immature haters.  I'd love to see them want to grind through a 3 hour solo game with Margwas everywhere.  The issue arises when you use a game mechanic to your advantage that is NOT supposed to be there i.e all of the barrier glitches/pile up glitches.  It's pretty silly that in previous games people would glitch to the 200's and up and nobody bats an eye but find a loop hole in a coded game mechanic and everybody loses their minds.  (see what I did there)

If you glitch out the Margwa completely, I take the stance that yes you are violating the game's mechanics therefore it should be discredited.  But if you pick up the flag just to have some one on one intimacy with the Margwa to kill him easier then I see nothing wrong with that.  Max ammos aren't even a big deal.  Wall weapons, Gum-balls, etc there honestly isn't even a need for a max ammo that often.  Use the coded game mechanics and you're fine.  As long as you grab the flag only to kill the Margwa without the threat of zombies it's all good.  @mmm chocolate says it pretty well also.  I do believe that Treyarch's opinion on these glitches/bugs should reflect our own.  If they deem it that big of an exploit, they will patch it end of story.  Yes they are slow but I just think they are being thorough.

  5. T-Virus warning

What if we complete the easter egg in Noire mode?  Before any possible steps, even if we have to push the rituals a few rounds up, we get the Noire mode and do everything.  The rituals, sword step, and then the rest of the easter egg.

  6. So as we all know that by crouching underneath a certain photo at the waterfront whilst looking at it and hold square/x, the entire game turns black and white.  Now, my question is, does this last forever?  I've done it and it lasts the whole game while I've heard that some peoples have come back to color after a few rounds.  Is this another easter egg we have to solve?

  7. Whenever you get a head hit on a zombie, the counter goes down.  But the lower the counter goes, the faster your sword depletes which the difficult part.  Lowest I've seen anybody get it down to is 3.  Also, zombies die too quick sometimes and it makes it difficult so my theory was what if we got to round 45 (or higher, until we know that the sword is no longer one hit) and popped a killing time gumball to freeze up a horde and try for it.

As for your cocoons, I haven't even seen these things so until I do, I'm going to leave that in my T-Virus pile of theories lol

  8. I really like your Jet Li theory however I believe in our zombie-verse, it is incorrect.  As Rictofen, usually near the beginning of the game, he will say "Even if a part of you dies, each and every time".  Instead of getting stronger, I believe he is getting weaker.  Where the possible ending to this story will end in one of two ways: Rictofen will successfully kill all versions of himself which in turn will kill him and possibly even stop the infection from happening.  Or, it could end where Rictofen somehow transcends into an incredible position of power but instead of misusing like we know he likes to do, he will just use it to end the infection.  Knowing Treyarch, I'm probably incredibly wrong because they are unpredictable schemers.

  9. I was very interested in the sword counters this whole week but sadly I was not able to do it.  It is difficult.  I believe the best way to do it is a high round so that the zombies don't instantly die.

In SOE we often use the sword for various steps in the easter egg in a way that doesn't kill but as to "give it away".  We give our swords to the keepers in a figurative way.  My thinking is that maybe when the counter hits zero we can infuse the sword somehow with the ww.  Just speculations.

What if we got to a high round, popped a killing time gumball, and go to ham on zombies?  Could we use the arch ovum circles to keep the swords going?  Will it count?  All these questions.  Great work on the other threads guys, lots of theories and ideas but I want to focus on something a little more concrete which is that sword counter.  Anybody want to make a killing time gumball lobby and use them all up for this? lol

Any of the above is not correct. Once I knew how to duplicate zombies, and figured out how to use beast modes to have PaP and sword by round 2, I've religiously ran the same path every game.

Rituals: Easy Street - Footlight - Canal - Waterfront (I do this 100% of my games.)

I have had every single WW name before. So if your saying I should always be getting Nar-Ullaqua just based on that info, that is incorrect.

edit: As I've played with my strategy I can't confirm the order I always place my egg except that Waterfront is the last place I put it in every game. Or where I kill and collect heart from margwa. As of recently though, I generally kill margwa in junction and spawns from footlight. And I have been starting my egg in canal - footlight - rift after I've collected 2nd worm from footlight.

    I agree with chaos,

I've ran the EXACT same path as well.

Mine was: I started the ritual at East Street, then completed the waterfront ritual (OBTAINED THE HEART), completed the canals and then the Burlesque.  I did this exact sequence so many times and my gun name has varied.  Also, I don't believe the egg affects the gun name.  Why don't we try building the ww without even using the egg? Then we repeat the exact same sequence with the egg.  We need more people testing in solo matches to see if we can narrow down a definitive guide to reproducing the gun name we want every single time if the conditions are met.

  11. Add me on xbone if y'all need help hunting: Habeeb Alahad

Theory: There just has to be a way to upgrade it.  Why have a new name for the gun, new animation, new ammo count only to not have it exist?

I believe the margwa heads are indeed linked to the gun.  However, I came up with something else.  If you go to the area outside the Burlesque, you will see a fuckton of newspapers that are in latin.  All of the bold phrases are related to pain, grand pain, etc.  When you wield the A.S, you make a commitment.  What better commitment than pain, or better yet, death?

Theory: With the margwa head, and the A.S, allow a Margwa to down you?

Theory: Pain.  How do we cause pain with the gun? The purple icons that appear in the unlimited beast mode part of the EE cause pain upon contact.  Why are those there?  Could that be a step?  I know that there was one that is unreachable.  What if we shot the A.S at those purple things?

    To be tested:

I'm going to try out my theories on how to obtain the Margwa gun names.  I'm going to try building the gun 2 or 3 times under the same exact conditions to see if the names vary or not.

Traps?  Killing keepers with traps maybe.  Traps are kind of dead and seeing as easter eggs in the past never use them I'm reluctant to heavily test them.  However, the traps are margwa related since it's a margwa heart.  The heart on the trap is red.  Upgraded A.S is red.  Correlation?

  12. Wow it has been years since I've used this forum.  I thought it was dead but thank god I remembered to come back.  So anyways, I'm guessing inactivity caused me to lose my ranks, bummer.  Can anyone tell me the ranks on the forums/the ribbons? How can I earn them?

So I'm on xbox one, my gt is: Habeeb Alahad

I was heavily involved in Black ops 1 zombies easter eggs, high rounds, challenges, etc.  I miss having a solid, strong team to do high rounds or any easter egg related things.  So hopefully I can play with some of you, and if way2g00 is still on these forums, you suck :p
