Maybe they are hinting at the moon again.. because like I said there is a dark crescent moon in the middle circle of the poster with a white lighter moon face next to it.

ALSO let me point out that they could be talking about the polar auroras!

Yeah can someone do that please! Please please pull the raw images out for the poster. People keep saying its a Mayan 52 year calendar , when the ONLY pictures of a mayan 52 year calendar I find are ROUND. So how is this a calender? It does have a moon face in the center with one kinda to its side .. I need a cleared pic.

The writing is a lot clearer too. Can anyone translate the Spanish now? I know some one translated the bottom half for me already... But what about the other writing

What confuses me is the connection between an Aztec calendar and Laos. They are from opposite sides of the world.

What confuses me is people are even saying aztec calendernat all! The poster next to the vault with the locked up heroes .. The one with the torn pieces.. Looks nothing like an Aztec calendar . Google it..

The poster has a circle in the middle of it with a half moon..

I've been trying to figure out what that posterr next to the vault is of and what it says..

And it looks nowhere near like a Mayan or Aztec calendar..

I've been trying to get people to post up pics clear pics of the scraps of torn poster with the numbers on it so I can piece it back into the main poster with like Photoshop.

They are just number so they really would not say ne thing, but they are deff the pieces torn off , I thinks that's it, although I heard sum were that the poster is actuall a mayan type calendar, don't know how tru that is , but it would add insight to the temple/ruins in the loadin screen...clue..????.

ok this does have to do with the dials, if u look on the map there are pieces from each color torn off. these pieces of paper have the numbers to the dials at the lighthousse on them. they are at the locations on the paintings. for instance if u go to stamainup there is a life ring wit the blue number 6 in it. it has to do wit the easter egg , for people who really tried to do it the real way.

Has anyone pieced the pieces back where they go on the poster by the heroes to see what it would say?

Ok so if four paintings are of the four morse radio locations.. Is that agreeable with everyone ? anyone have a better theory?

If not let's move on to what the torn poster says.

There are 4 paintings depicting different parts of the map.

There is one to the far left of the door the trapped characters are in. The other three are in the room above , where flopper is.

The one above the table that the batteries are on is showing the power switch room from the perspective of the mystery box at the end of the ship.

The painting in the corner, with the bed frame leaned against it, is showint the small building where stamina is located.

The last painting, by the doorway going to the stairs, is showing the containers between the cranes......i think. Something bout it is not quite rite. Im playing solo now and am gonna check it out better.

What importance, if any, do these 4 locations on the map have? 4 locations, 4 characters??????

So the picture I thought was of the ship actually is a picture of the building that the lighthouse is connected to. And the where the heroes are trapped.. and where the picture is actually hanging lol

The picture on the left side of the wall next to the trapped heroes.. I turned the contrast and brightness way up and now it looks like part of the ship? Why is there a picture on the wallof part of the ship??

In one of the radios on CotD, Richtofen says that he thinks he killed the "specimen from Mexico".

Mexico, you say?

That would explain the writing in Spanish part, but what exactly does that writing mean? (I mean a legit translation, not an internet translation of sentence fragments) Who was this person, and where do they fit in to the story, if at all?

As for the map itself, I read in another thread that the map is of Mayan Origin? Possibly another Central/South American nation? This could be a clue to our jungle map, or perhaps it in some way outlines the location of the map, similar to the boards in Der Riese.

Thanks Dusty! Thats what I was talking about.. piecing the small parts back into the poster to read what the whole thing says! And I'm not entirely sure its a "map" but I dont know what else to call it? I'll take a picture of it with my phone and upload it for people to see... gimme a few..

Ok maybe someone can confirm this too.. or maybe has noticed it.. maybe it means something? Maybe not...

I was bored and playing around just on wave one knifing george a bunch of times as soon as he starts popping out of the water to see how many hits I could get in.

Well I usually manage like 3 or 4 knifes before he gets mad and starts swinging back..

So I pull out my pistol and shoot him... and where the bullets hit him they look like they spark or on fire.. no big deal.. i really didn't notice at first caue I thought it was just part of his transformation or what not.

So i continue on foolin around.. I keep dying trying to knife him lol.. and I start over and continue on.. thats when I start noticing that after I knife him a couple times.. maybe 3 times.. that when I shoot zombies it does the same thing.. Where the bullets hit the zombies it looks like sparks or small fire.

So to test it out..

I shoot the zombies without knifing george first = no sparks where the bullets hit them. In fact you cant even tell where the bullets hit.

I knife George a bunch of times, a get in that electrical field of his = Sparks wherever the bullets hit the zombies or George and you can clearly tell where the bullets hit.

Anyone care to try this and tell me I'm not seeing things? lol

then where exactly is George coming from when you start the level? He's just chillen in the bottom of the lake? Laying there?

If you watch closely.. the water starts to bubble and electrify first.. then as he gets closer it blows up and then he appears walking in to shore. And the water starts bubbling electricity again.

Obviously the water is kinda funky and far fetched because its shallow or waist deep to your character because you can walk around in it.. and the zombies can crawl around in it when the have no legs.

When you get downed you can see under the water to..

Anyhow... George appears walking or rising up from it.. and also walks back into it and descends when you kill him??

Anyhow 3arc likes to have a semi deep storyline.. it just seems kinda jank they would overlook something as simple as "where the hell does george come from in the beginning?"

I think the answer is still yet to be found...

whats interesting is that there is the spanish writing there to begin with..

the - d jano looks like a signature of whoever wrote it..

its spanish writing in Siberia?? Weird to me.. its gotta mean something pertaining to the story or map obviously

Ok the painting or picture on the left? What the heck is it? Can anyone tell? You can make out something faintly thats there but I cant for the life of me figure out what its supposed to be..

And the "map" or whatever the heck it is.. Has anyone bothered taking a picture of it and then kinda piecing the torn pieces of it together to see what it might say?

It obviously has something written in spanish along the bottom right corner that says "juntos Poder?" and then I can make out what looks like "Sera de Nosotros" and then - D Jano?

or something to that nature.. maybe someone can get a good pic of both the weird painting on the left and the map thing zoomed in with a scope.

The first line of the intel is also a clue.

It says a racket that is a loud noise occurs below the lighthouse when the lighthouse beam gets rattled or becomes unstable (that point when the pack-a-punch is about to respawn). This noise might be movements of some sort near the bottom of the lighthouse leading to the underground passageway.

In another posting people are hearing/picking up what they say are rocks grinding open inthere headsets/headphones. And describing it like a cave opening. But they say they can't tell if it's random or not. I wonder if they are hearing it when the lighthouse lights starts going funky! I can't remember which board I read that on.
