  1. Just because there at a russian base don't mean its still not nazi germany related, this is nazi zombies keep that in mind lol

Its a United States Moon Base, if the leaked info is true and pack a punch is at Area 51, which requires a teleporter to get back and forth from then its the most logical Nationality (meaning where the map is i.e. Shi-no-numa= Japan and Five= America, even though the moon is an international location) for the Map. Although there is the off chance that it is a Soviet Facility.

  2. Also is there a floating pyramid on the meanwhile image? looks like it could be, and also the picture under it looks like there is a pyramid there to maybe crash land a pyramid? which would fit with the Shangri la loading screen of the pyramids being sucked into a black hole!!

    Good eye!

    Didnt notice that

  3. I was talking about the three gun perk with someone else on a different forum. There are a lot of pros of it, but there is also one very big con that could probably cost you the game. What if you get cornered, which looks to be very easy from the concept art, and you try to get out your mustang and sally or whatever oh-shit! gun they have, but you can't get it in time because you have to go through another gun? But a way they could counteract this is to put the third gun on the d-pad. If that were the case, I'd be down with it. But if not, I think it would just be a waste of points.

I think, and this is especially if there is no special round/special round doesn't give you max ammo, it could be a perk that lets you carry 3x as much ammo. That would be far and away my favorite perk in the game, if that were the case (besides Juggernog, of course). PaP twice would be very good, as well. I could use my HK until Round 50. :D

Just because you have more than two guns to cycle though doesn't mean "costing you the game", back in W@W on Shi-no-numa i used the multi-weapon glitch to get upwards of ten guns out of the box at once and still survived until round 45.

If anything its a blessing rather than a curse.

  4. THEORY

This is supposedly where it all ends, meaning that all the items Richtofen (the Golden Rod from Call of the Dead, the Focusing Stone from Shangri-la) will finally be used for one last Easter egg, but your guess is as good as mine what our prize will be for completing it.

I also remember from reading Carbons interview with Jimmy and i recall that Jimmy hinted on diffrent weapons depending on what area of the map you were on. So could this mean you can find only certain wonder weapons in specific area of the map?

I cant wait for this map.

  5. Im sorry if someone else posted this theory or something similar to it, but i have an idea what that "something" is you get from the monkeys......

From the new trailer we have seen that monkey bombs make a return, but who says they have to come from the random box? It could be possible that a monkey will have to drop the monkey bomb when you kill it.

The achievement could simply be stating that you get a power up from one of them like they show in the multiplexer trailer. Again this is just a theory.

  6. Well, since there havent been that many posters advertising each zombie map, I have come to the conclusion that A7X is the easter egg, and 45 Grave is the ending song. They still have to give credit for that i think. So when you lose (zombies rip your brains out) 45 Grave's song plays, perhpas i am right, perhaps i am wrong

Hmm....... didn't think of that.

  7. So, the poster lists A7X and 45 Grave as music contributers. Most of us know who A7X is, but who is this 45 Grave? I did a little research and came up with this:

"45 Grave is an American punk rock band from Los Angeles, California formed in 1979. The original group broke up in 1985 but vocalist Dinah Cancer subsequently revived the band. 45 Grave are noted as one of the first bands to mix punk rock with horror-themed lyrics, thereby positioning them as progenitors of the horror punk subgenre. Their unique appearance and morbid theatricality also distinguished them as innovators of goth rock as well as "deathrock," a term used to identify a subgenre of punk rock incorporating horror elements and spooky atmospherics." (Wikipedia)

What exactly does their music sound like you ask?

    Well heres a youtube video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtICCGcmWGM

If this is the band the poster is referencing then, their music fits the build: Horror-Rock, from the era that this is suppose to be set in.

Its odd though, two MUSIC EASTER EGGS? Maybe each time you start the game, the songs are switched out at random so its not the same old song every time you activate it, or is there just two songs on the map itself?

If you want to expand on this go ahead.

  8. Max Ammo: A must in the later rounds, depending on the map and how well you can work with traps.

Insta Kill: It's good in the later rounds, but early on I'd say before round twenty five or so it's quite useless. You get more points shooting than knifing all together.

Double Points: A must in the early rounds, and somewhere in the middle. Early it's good for gaining points fast to buy things. And in the middle if you were to go down and you needed your stuff back.

Nuke: Depends on the situation. If you're in a pinch then I'd take it, otherwise it's not necessary.

Fire Sale: When you are constantly trying to get a good gun, yea it's good. Otherwise it's kind of just okay once you have what you need. If you are trying to do the "I need more ammo, so I'll toss my gun in to buy for it again" thing then it's perfect.

Bonfire Sale: Kind of lame that it was only in Five. Whatev, I guess. I never PaP before round twenty anymore anyways.

Carpenter: Prolongs the round, helps somewhat if you need a quick breather.

Perk Bottle: Good, but it'd be pointless now because the point of getting a free Perk was because you saved the ones you had from the Monkeys.

Death Machine: A good "Save your ammo, teammates! I got this." power up. It's okay in the later rounds, but it slows you down like no other.

As for new Power Ups, I can't really see anything cool happening aside from...

Guardian Angel: A drop that only appears if you're in a round with at least one teammate down and out of the game. Picking this up would bring said player or said players if there were more than one down back to life During the round. That way if you were to have a crawler, it saves the annoyance of spawning back the next round with nothing and then immediately going down a second later because you're useless to your team.

AmmoMatic: Not what you may be thinking, but in the sense of like a Death Machine where you can just go all out on Ammo without essentially waisting any. It'll give all players a sudden reloaded clip of their gun and you can spray your balls off for ten to twenty seconds; each time being different on how long it lasts. Once it's gone you go back to what you had, but be careful for it ending when you have no ammo! :3

I like the ideas, [brains] for u!

  9. Maybe they did finish the easter egg...who knows? What if the end of the mystery man easter egg has something to do with Call of the Dead and they didn't want anybody to know anything about Call of the Dead until it's release because it was something that nobody would have expected thus ruining the surprise...talk about a run-on sentence.

Anyway, let's say that Call of the Dead is really involved with the story of Group 935? We already know that it involves element 115. Also the perks and wonder weapons were made by Dr. Maxis and Richtofen so they definetely might be mentioned in Call of the Dead.

Maybe they added the finishing touches to the easter egg and we teleport somewhere after Ascension and it all ties into Call of the Dead (because it's a map that takes place in the present?) I love this stuff...it gets my mind workin and it gets me pumped!!! I love Treyarch and I can understand those who love Infinity Ward but MAN!!! Treyarch are REALLY listening to us!

Could it be possible that the Easter Egg has been extended? (Personally i think its done, but you never know)

I re-checked the easter egg, and i found that Dempsey was saying things i haven't heard from him (or anyone) before.

"Great that did something" (throwing the gersh)

    "Two down" (activating the power)

I was running it in solo and couldn't finish it. I dont remember any sayings referencing the egg itself.

If anyone wants to run it inbox me for my GT

  10. What the heck has this got to do with nazi zombies? The whole reason nazi zombies is so good is because of the story, what did treyarch just abandon the story we are so engrossed in???

Or is it the fact Treyarch dont know where to take the story next? Hell theres enough threads out there that could write the story for the next 10 map packs, so wtf is this all about? No vet has ever asked for george remero or buffy, jeez treyarch.

In my opion the giant easter egg in Ascension WAS the end to the Nazi Zombie story, as much as i hate to say it. Although no one person knows what we did to Sam when we opened the kaiser mechanism and shot the **** out of it, for all we know we could have killed her and thus the story is complete. The whole point of the story was to find the source of the element 115 and Dr. Maxis (Der Riese/Shi No Numa), and once we discovered that Sam was controlling the zombies the objective became to stop her (Kino/Ascension). Although PuLsE brings up a good point, there were people who liked Five (eventhough it was terrible), So this could be the end, or just a break....... Only time will tell
