  1. As I said, I'm not saying completely go away from those type, but make two if that's what they're wanting to do. Let's be honest, we saw very little gameplay from the CoDZL trailer. Not to mention I would have known not to activate the song when I started playing ;)

  2. I liked 115 and Abracadavre. After that, the Seigman songs went downhill. The beginning of Paredolia was alright, but then when it went to "I might try to.." whatever it all went downhill. Coming Home was dreadful. I never activate that song. Though I do occasionally trick a newb into getting downed by the excavator to activated Nightmare.

  3. In the secret song on Kino, 115, part of the lyrics say "Everything dies, look to the skies, to see the end of all creation again."

Does anyone think this could be a hint toward the rockets being launched at earth on Moon?

  5. A few questions I have:

    1. How do we know R doesn't know what Kino is? Radios don't say that. He seems to realize what it is in the solo loading screen. In the recently released music video from 3arc, Dempsey says "Where are we" but R says "When are we"

    2. Casimir mechanism is in Moon and Ascension. Ascension happened, which means Five happened.

I think we all need to remember a very important fact that probably skewed the story a bit. Kino was supposed to be map pack 4 for WaW. Activision said no, so they had to remodel it to make it in the 60s, the time of Black Ops. I'm sure y'all have seen the concept drawings for Kino where it looks like an active facility.

  6. I know some of the devs read this board, so if you see this, please consider this. Can we go back to how the trailers for the maps used to be? They had a little commentary from the characters at the beginning, then went into the EE song and showed gameplay. Don't get me wrong, I love Jimmy giving us a breakdown of the map, and I don't want that to leave. I just like the older trailers (through Kino) way more than any of the other cheesy trailers that y'all put out. Let the trailer get people pumped. Having a commentator who is not one of the characters talk in what seems to be a poke at the movies of the 60s is annoying. For instance, Ascension and CotD. I felt like I was going to see some movie at the drive in and this was some preview. It didn't excite me. It showed me some of the map, but that's it. I want the song flowing through me so I'm excited to start playing the map. Shangri-la's was okay with the "In the Jungle" song, but still doesn't compare to the WaW trailers, along with Kino.

So in conclusion, can you go back to the original way the trailers were made? Does anyone else agree with me?

  8. If you are going to buy the map packs, Elite saves you money. Period. Not to mention they have a lot of extras thrown in. Is it perfect? By no means. It has its issues that it's working through. It's its first year. It'll get better.

Now on the zombie side of things with Elite, I bet it'll be just like now. With the subscription, you'll get the maps early. It'll probably be like "January: 1 MP Map, 1 Zombie Map February: 2 MP Maps March: 1 MP Map DLC Released to non premiums April: 1 MP Map, 1 Zombie Map, etc." So you get them the same time period as we did with Black Ops DLC, but you'll get them earlier(and cheaper in the end) than non-premiums.

So though all of you whine and complain, in the end you'll understand that this is the only way to get the maps early and cheaper and you'll get a subscription in the end.

  9. I liked the Moon Easter Egg but there was one problem. It was obvious there was more. One thing I liked about the DR EE was that it was random. It was just out there. No one really went looking for it. Now I know it's impossible now to have a map that people aren't looking for stuff on, but what if there was a big secret.

For instance, let's say you do like Moon and have an EE. When completed, you get the achievement and everything, making it seem like it's complete. Don't screw up and say there are 250G available and only list 150G. Be extremely smart about this. Then let there be a very VERY small thing you do that activates a much larger, more complicated EE. For instance, what if there was a bottle on the ground. There are always bottles on the ground. What if you could knife the bottle a few times toward a hole in the wall and it slip in, starting another EE. It would take a while to find and people would freak out when it happened.

I guess what I want is for more difficulty. Now with that said, I still believe we are missing something on CotD. "Shoot everything and you'll see some really interesting things happen." Well did we ever find this? I don't think so.

Also, I like 4 player EEs. They take coordination. Solo can be fun, but I like the teamwork aspect and I get to do it with my friends.

I also think they should add more small EEs in the maps, including notes, radios, etc.

There's a lot they can still do with this game. We'll see where they go with it.

  10. So there is a lot of little hints thrown into MW3 surprisingly, and I believe I may have found some zombie information. On the multiplayer map Underground, there is a graffiti on one of the walls of a man. The picture is red and is near the back of the map. Now it looks like just decoration until you go up close to it. The picture is a demonic looking man with horns, but he's in a doctor's suit. Well now that Richtofen is in the Aether, he is sort of demonic. And with it being a doctor suit, that just tells me that we'll be headed to England at one point.

Also, there is a picture in one of the maps of Samantha holding a teddy bear.

  11. I think it's "Call of the Dead. Here's my reasoning. On the other maps, the word or phrase on the bottom would be the title of the map. "Survive" is way too basic. Also, as someone else mentioned, how would "Call of the Dead: Survive" look and sound? Not very good.

Also, many of you are searching for any little thing. The bars are there for the decoration. It's the style they use. Take it as it is. The poster isn't the mystery man egg, it's an advertisement.
