  1. Hey guys.

    Was playing TranZit today, a few people on my team had navcards and I had something weird.

    I had a navcard, but on top of it was a piece of paper.

    The piece of paper was slightly askew compared to the navcard so that it didn't entirely cover it up.

    I didn't manage to grab a picture (only camera around was my Android tablet, slow as absolute balls with a lock on screen) before the game was over.

    (That'll teach me for trying to tolerate crossed bones players...)

    Does anybody know what this is?

    I've never seen it until now (after the recent PS3 update which shows the word 'NEW' on the Zombies Globe)

    Sorry if I'm behind and this is well known (well, it can't be, it's fairly recent) but I don't monitor this forum anymore.

  2. THE ASTROUANTS WERE THE WORST ADDITION EVER.

    If you keep killing them,

    they spawn every God damn round.

    You run through the dual doors between rooms,

    the SOBs in there and you couldn't see him,

    Bam. Game over.

    WHY DO THEY SPAWN SO f#@!ING OFTEN?!

    Total overkill.

  3. //the firesale flag is initialized to false in the start of the game.

    set_zombie_var( "zombie_powerup_fire_sale_on", false );

    //shows that an alternate power up is used if chest is not moved.

    else if( powerup == "fire_sale" &&

    ( level.zombie_vars["zombie_powerup_fire_sale_on"] == true ||

    level.chest_moves

    {

    powerup = get_next_powerup();

    }

    && is Logical AND operator and || is a Logical OR operator in C# and when either of conditions evaluates to true the statement following this condition is executed. In this case even if the fire sale drop is going to spawn if the box is not moved, the next power up is chosen.

    If you want more detail, Read this..

    In C#

    T= True F= False

    T && T = T

    T && F = F

    F && T = F

    F && F = F

    T || T = T

    T || F = T

    F || T = T

    F || F = F

    In our case it was

    T && (T||F)

    simplifies to

    T && (T)

    = T

    Regards,

    way~

    EXCELLENT POST.

    Entirely factual and consice as possible with logical support.

    Referenced to further material for clarity.

    Stock Stackoverflow answer!

  4. TL:DR

    If your really too lazy to read a paragraph, then don't post. TL;DR should be saved for when you really don't want to sift through around 20-30 minutes worth of reading, not something that takes 20-30 SECONDS of it. GTFO. Now.

    A paragraph???

    Split it into 3 or 4 paragraphs and I will read it.

    Stop trying to start a flame war.

    Actually,

    I think you we're trying to start a flame war,

    with the whole "TL:DR".

    Why bother posting if you didn't read it?

    WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM US?!

    D:

    (And I would know,

    because I'm a pro flame war starter.)

  5. If that's what you extrapolated,

    My magical powers tell me that you get an F average in English.

    Wow... just F***ing wow, his grammer is completely irrelevant to anything

    Wow, you fail even harder.

    Did I mention grammar?

    No, I mentioned extrapolation.

    :facepalm::facepalm::facepalm:

    You average an F -

  6. I'm thinking of making a App Emulation of the Terminal

    (Just cutting huge chunks of C++ from the Game Coding,

    And using a C - Python interface to program it).

    I don't want to start anything however,

    if it can't be integrated into a web browser (and hosted on the site).

    I'm looking into web2py, but I think I'll have to resort to Java instead.

  7. There's no wind resistance,

    so all our bullets should be extra deadly.

    ;)

    Don't bother trying to throw a frag grenade.

    Dolphin Diving isn't a good idea either.

    The thundergun won't even work.

    (There has to be some limit to the change of gameplay that the gravity influences.

    People get angry if classic game elements are changed.

    I would find it damn exciting however.

    I personally expect that the outside parts of the map (on the moons surface),

    will just make your character slow,

    like the Shi No Numa swamps.)

    WAIT A MINUTE.

    Look at the picture advertising the map!

    You can see zombies floating around!

    I doubt they would depict something like that,

    only to have it absent from the game!!

    WWeeeh, low gravity is going to be epic!

  8. Stop being so sensitive Anti Earth... We brought hard evidence to the table and you rejected it... Fenny,

    Clarke died in 1968 and was hiding in Kowloon. "Five" takes place in 1963.

    Wow, you're a troll.

    You wasted a 1000 Litres of your breath,

    complaining that Clarke couldn't be in FIVE because he was already dead.

    You've just switched your story.

    Thief has blue eyes.

    Clarke has brown eyes.

    You're wrong. Again.

    The Thief has blue eyes on the PC.

    His face looks entirely different on PC vs Console.

    Have a look at his eye colour in the pictures I posted.

    Thief is an electrician.

    You're wrong. Again.

    How many electricians' wear labcoats?

    A picture label in the CODE says he is an electrician.

    Obviously you've never programmed before.

    The Code also says that Der Riese is a factory.

    Since you've chosen to repeat all your apparent 'counter - arguments' that are supposed

    to be so lengthy in number,

    I'll repeat all the true evidance, and well see how they balance out?

    ________________________________

    Clarke was a scientist - Thief is a scientist (evidant from labcoat)

    Clarke is covered in equations - Thief has identical equations

    (It was suggested the equations were a re-used texture. Not true, because the Thief has

    unique equations on his labcoat, which Clarke is not seen wearing during the campaign.

    Thus, it's not a re-use. It's an original - use)

    Clarke and the Thief share the same hairline, and hair colour.

    Clarke and the Thief have hair in nearly the exact same places, except the Clarke's is trimmed

    at the high sides.

    (However, this is just a hair style. If you grew Clarke's hair, you get the Thiefs. SPOT on)

    Clarke has a mustache and goatee combination. Thief has visible stubble in the exact same spots.

    Clarke has a hidden collection of stashed guns. The Thief steals your guns, and runs away with them.

    Clarke died. The Thief is a re-animation

    -- He has glowing, yellow eyes

    -- His sash says 'Living Dead' in illuminati cypher

    -- He re-spawns after you kill him. Think about it.

    Clarke's corpse fell a long way, the spine would have damaged. The Thief is always buckled over.

    Clarke helped developed Nova6. Thief appears in FIVE at the same trigger as the Nova6 zombies.

    Clarke is featured in the Mission 'Numbers', which also featured floating red numbers.

    Clarke knew the secret of the numbers.

    QUOTE = "Oh yes, the numbers... They're the key too" HEADSHOT

    The Thief is followed by a trail of red numbers.

    Were the numbers the key to re-animation?

    Clarke was shot in the side of the head, straight into hair.

    Hence, the Theif's hair covers the wound.

    Clarke mentions escaping the Ural Mountains with "Lazarus".

    Lazarus was a friend of Jesus' whom was brought back to Life.

    This biblical reference ties in with the Thief's resurrection.

    _________

    I have more evidence.

    I don't know why I bother arguing over the Thief,

    with somebody who has probably never even managed to reach him before.

  9. Something similiar happened to me (I suspect),

    but on Call of The Dead

    Playing quite early in the game, about round 6.

    I'd opened up the area to the light house, but not anywhere further than that.

    I was standing on that little island where Quick Revive is.

    There was NO WAY a zombie could hit me from behind, because I had not opened that area.

    I got hit once by something I couldn't see.

    I paniced and jumped and looked down, there was nothing there.

    I got hit again and got downed

    >>.

  10. it is obviously not a big part of the story... but you can hear it once the power is turned on and it is around the lighthouse... you DO NOT have to complete the easter egg.

    Yes...

    That's re-iteration....

    Plus,

    I disagree.

    I don't think it's an elephant at all.

    Through both sound and logic

    (why would they put an elephant noise in an ambient loop full of construction noises?

    Eggs aren't supposed to be so common / repetitive.)
