If you're looking to pad out your video game plushie collection, you can grab an adorable stuffed Korok figure at Amazon for just $30. The description on Amazon notes "limited availability," so you may want to grab it soon if interested.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom - Korok Plushie Little Buddy's official Korok plush stands seven inches tall and features an oversized backpack just like the Koroks found in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. While there's no shortage of official (and unofficial) Legend of Zelda merch out there, it's always fun to discover a new Korok plush. There's also a Korok plushie with a red backpack, but it's temporarily out of stock.
More Nintendo Plushies
Little Buddy Korok isn't the only official Korok plush available at Amazon. Club Mocchi-Mocchi also has a 15-inch stuffed figure of Makar, the friendly Korok sage from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, which is part of a line of other Zelda-themed plushes.

Speaking of video game plushies, you can also grab plushie bundles that include digital codes for games like Ori and the Blind Forest, Shantae, and Super Meat Boy at Best Buy right now. Sony's PlayStation State of Play May Showcase 2024 may have been announced at short notice, but packed within its 35-minute presentation we got a look at a whole host of brand-new PS5 games coming in 2024 and beyond. There were also two new PSV2 games announced here, as well as the surprise return of one of PlayStation's most beloved mascots, Astro Bot.
Whether you missed the showcase or just want a handy round-up of all the trailers again, here's everything that was announced in Sony's State of Play May Showcase.
First up, we got a long-awaited look at Concord, Firewalk's upcoming PvP shooter, both in the form of a cinematic vignette and a proper gameplay trailer (embedded below). Big Guardians of the Galaxy energy, this one. Lots of big guns, lots of colourful moons and planets, and a very chatty cast. Could this be the perfect second course after Helldivers earlier this year? We'll find out when it launches on PS5 and PC on August 23rd 2024.

If you haven’t followed Infinity Nikki, it’s equal parts charming, beautiful, and ambitious. The open-world game is the latest entry of the Nikki series of fashion games by PaperGames, which is very popular in Asia, and Westerners are getting their biggest exposure to it yet with this charming adventure.
The game unfolds on the magical continent of Miraland, and Nikki must save it. Her main power is “styling,” which involves changing clothes from different nations, allowing her to adopt unique abilities. For example, one outfit allows her to float while another cleanses corrupted creatures of demonic energy. The trailer shows one outfit that lets summon a giant flower to glide through the air. Another ability shrinks her to the size of her small companion, Momo, to access tight areas and other locations.
The more outfits you collect, the more abilities Nikki has to solve puzzles and overcome platforming obstacles. But despite the “save the world” premise, Infinity Nikki is billed as a relaxing adventure. You can also catch bugs, go fishing, gather resources to craft new outfits, among other activities.
Infinity Nikki looks wild, and fans can get their first taste of it in a beta test happening during Q3 of this year. The game is coming to PC and PlayStation 5.

At this evening's State of Play, we got another look at Bloober's upcoming Silent Hill 2 remake.
Perhaps learning from its previous combat-focused tease, the Silent Hill 2 Remake team went down the more atmospheric route for this trailer. Gone were the parkouring nurses from yore, and in its place we got crumbling gravestones, creaking floorboards and plenty of fog. After all, this is Silent Hill!
The trailer gave us all a closer look at James, the game's protagonist. He is trying to get to Silent Hill, having received a letter from his deceased wife. "James heads to where they shared so many memories, in the hope of seeing her one more time," the trailer description reads. You can check it out below.

Grinding Gear Game showed off a new gameplay trailer for Path of Exile 2, revealing that the long-awaited sequel will enter early access in late 2024. The trailer also announced the game is heading to PS5.
Path of Exile 2 on console will introduce couch co-op and supports cross-play and cross-progression. Despite Sony not having an official early access program, the game will be playable on the platform when early access begins on PC. As with the first game, Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play action RPG that was first announced a few years ago.

Developer Survios has released the first look at gameplay in its upcoming VR game, Alien: Rogue Incursion, and it turns out, exploring a seemingly abandoned facility in VR looks as terrifying as you'd expect.
The trailer aired during today's PlayStation State of Play as the game is coming to PS VR2, but it's also coming to Meta Quest 3 and Steam (for other PC VR devices) this holiday season. In the trailer, we get a few glimpses of some Xenomorphs, the tracking device we'll be using to avoid said Xenomorphs, and a look at some pods that indicate we might be fighting more than one.
Check it out for yourself in the Alien: Rogue Incursion gameplay trailer below:
In a new PlayStation Blog post, Survios chief product officer TQ Jefferson explains that Alien: Rogue Incursion was developed from the ground up in Unreal Engine 5. Jefferson also shares that the "high tension shooter" tasks players with exploring an "overrun facility on the inhospitable planet Purdan."
"Dynamically spawning and pathing with countless unique possibilities, even we couldn't tell you exactly where and when each Xenomorph will strike, let alone what strategies it might use or if it'll bring some friends," the blog post reads. "While heart-pounding combat is the core of Alien: Rogue Incursion, grabbing your pulse rifle and blasting your way out of every situation is not always the best strategy.
"Constantly hunted by unpredictable and resourceful Xenomorphs, players will often find creativity and a level head to be their greatest weapons, especially when it comes to leveraging the environment to their advantage."
Alien: Rogue Incursion hits VR this holiday season.
Are you going to check out Alien: Rogue Incursion later this year? Let us know in the comments below!

Until Dawn, the 2015 horror adventure game from Supermassive Games, is coming to PlayStation 5 and PC in remake form this fall. We received a new trailer for the beloved game alongside the announcement during today's State of Play presentation.
Until Dawn puts you in control of eight teenagers/young adults who venture up a mountain for a fun night in a secluded cabin. In typical slasher-movie fashion, there is much more than meets the eye regarding this cabin and its surrounding area. Relying heavily on player choice, Until Dawn's narrative uses a system called the Butterfly Effect, where pivotal choices you make have consequences that go far beyond that which you can immediately recognize. The game stars actors like Rami Malek, Hayden Panettiere, Meaghan Martin, and more.
Originally announced as a full remake of the game, the trailer footage does not appear to be a significant step up in terms of visuals, appearing to be more in line with the industry's definition of a remaster. PlayStation's official description says it's been "rebuilt and enhanced for PS5 consoles and PC." Developed by Ballistic Moon, this improved version also boasts new environments, collectibles, and re-cut narrative sequences.
We loved Until Dawn when it arrived on PlayStation 4 in 2015, awarding it a score of 9 out of 10. In the time since Until Dawn's original release, Supermassive has released other games in the genre, including The Dark Pictures Anthology and The Quarry. The studio is currently working on The Casting of Frank Stone, a game set in the Dead by Daylight universe. Until Dawn arrives on PlayStation 5 and PC this fall.

It’s been a long time since we wrote about a new Dynasty Warriors game, but that changes today with the announcement of Dynasty Warriors: Origins, the new release from Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force studio, a team long known for work on the venerable franchise.
The games have an unusual identity and are, in some ways, a genre unto themselves. They almost always feature large-scale battles in which the lead character can sweep through dozens of enemy combatants with a single swing.
That playstyle appears to remain intact if this new trailer is to be believed.
A lot has changed in action gameplay in the years since Dynasty Warriors was at its most popular, but there’s no doubt that the series once had an enthusiastic fanbase.
We’ll see if the series is able to update its gameplay and draw in new fans when it hits PlayStation 5 next year.

Nikki, the stylish heroine behind the Love Nikki: Dress-Up Queen mobile game, is making her console debut in a new, open-world adventure game: Nikki Infinity. Announced during May's PlayStation State of Play, Nikki Infinity transports Nikki and her adorable furry companion Momo to a fantasy world filled with ruins, waterfalls, and plenty of opportunities to dress-up.
Whereas the traditional Love Nikki games are linear experiences in which players select a level and strive to achieve a high-score by dressing Nikki and friends in stylish-yet-situationally-appropriate clothing, Nikki Infinity features a vast open world and boss battles. Throughout her adventure, Nikki will be able to put on various outfits that grant her corresponding abilities, such as fishing, as well as conduct photoshoots while wearing them. Not much has been revealed about Nikki Infinity's story, but it appears Nikki will be traveling once more to Miraland, where she will focus on restoring certain thorn-covered areas to their former glory.
Released internationally in 2017, Love Nikki: Dress-Up Queen is a massively popular Chinese mobile game developed by Paper Studio. But while Western audiences might know Nikki from Dress-Up Queen, it is actually the third entry in the Nikki Up2U series. Infinity Nikki does not yet have a release date or full list of consoles, though its trailers state it will be "cross-platform" and available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Today's State of Play concluded with the reveal of a new Astro Bot game. Unlike the last entry, Astro Bot: Rescue Mission, which was a PS5 launch title and a glorified (but very fun) tech demo for the console, this new game is a full-fledged platforming adventure. It's also got an easy-to-remember name: Astro Bot.
The trailer sees Astro Bot soaring through the galaxy on a Dual Sense-shaped spaceship to explore a variety of vibrant platforming stages set to a smile-inducing soundtrack. He also shows off new abilities like donning gloves that fire springs to grab and swing enemies, soaking water like a sponge to grow gigantic, and, best of all, just a random Parappa the Rappa reference (among other PlayStation franchises). It looks delightful, and we want to play it.
Astro Bot will be available on PlayStation 5 on September 6. Our review of Astro's Playroom can be found here.

The remake of Silent Hill 2 has a new trailer and a release date of October 8. Surprisingly, this news comes during Sony’s State of Play instead of the Silent Hill Transmission airing later tonight.
Regardless, we aren’t complaining about seeing more of Bloober Team’s remake of the PS2 classic. The trailer provides new looks at gameplay and the psychological scares that made the first game so beloved.
Silent Hill 2 is coming to PlayStation 5 as a console exclusive as well as PC.

Capcom has pulled back the curtains on Monster Hunter Wilds, revealing gameplay in a brand new trailer that aired during today's PlayStation State of Play. In this trailer, we watch a monster hunter ride through a treacherous sandstorm on the back of a mount before starting a fight with a lion-like bear creature, and as you might expect, it looks great.
We then watch our hunter fight a rocky toad monster in a cavernous canyon area before three buffalo-esque monsters join the fight. If you've played a Monster Hunter before, you have a good idea of what Wilds looks like – big, flashy, and exciting.
Check it out for yourself in the Monster Hunter Wilds trailer below:
This is our first look at Monster Hunter Wilds since its reveal at The Game Awards 2023 last December. Those with Monster Hunter World and Monster Hunter World: Iceborne save date will get exclusive in-game rewards. The trailer also reiterates that Monster Hunter Wild hits PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC in 2025.
For more, watch the Monster Hunter Wilds reveal trailer from last year.

Sony has announced a new Astro Bot game during tonight's PlayStation State of Play. It's simply called Astro Bot, is once again developed by Sony's Team Asobi, and launches for PlayStation 5 on 6th September.
A charming-enough-looking platformer, this is Astro's first starring role since 2020's PS5 launch title Astro's Playroom.
In the past, Astro has been used as a showcase for Sony's hardware, with Playroom designed to show off the PS5 DualSense, just as 2018's Astro Bot Rescue Mission was built for PlayStation VR.

If its newest trailer is anything to go by, Where Winds Meet looks like it'll scratch your Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice itch with a ton of fast-paced duels against a variety of powerful bosses. The trailer also announces the game is coming to PlayStation 5 in addition to PC.
Developer Everstone Studio dropped a new trailer for the upcoming open-world action-RPG during Sony's latest State of Play presentation, where it put the focus squarely on duels with characters who look like they're going to wallop you at least a few times. One summoned a huge carp into battle while another rained arrows on the protagonist mid-fight, and in all cases, the gameplay was all about fast, furious dueling.
You can check out a new Where Winds Meet trailer below, which is a longer version of what was shown during the State of Play stream.
Where Winds Meet is set in China during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms era. According to the game's official website, you'll "explore a land ravaged by war and territorial disputes, where political intrigue, power struggles, and epic battles shape the course of history. Amidst the chaos, discover a world brimming with cultural richness and prosperity, where heroes rise and legends are born."
Combat, meanwhile, is predicated on a system that draws on different Chinese martial arts techniques. You'll be able to use a variety of different weapons and martial arts styles that play into approaches to battle. Stealth and strategic thinking are also a part of how you'll take on your rivals, according to the website. In the trailer, though, it was all intense one-on-one battles.

Today’s PlayStation State of Play brought a lengthy new trailer for Where Winds Meet, an upcoming action game from Everstone Studio. The Chinese studio describes its project as “Groundbreaking Oriental Wuxia Open World” on its official website. Today’s trailer seems to bear that out, with a number of bombastic and over-the-top scenes featuring high-flying martial arts against the backdrop of rainswept forests, burning castles, and warriors wielding sword and spear.
Today’s video makes it clear that the game is in development for PlayStation 5, but no word yet on a release date.

Infold has officially revealed the Ballad of Antara, a high-fantasy action game, during the latest PlayStation State of Play event.
The trailer opens with a person narrating how things have changed and are no longer the same. As the trailer goes on, we're given glimpses of the world, and the enemy players will fight along the way.

Path of Exile 2 will launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at the same time as PC, with features like couch co-op and full cross-play and cross-progression across platforms, developer Grinding Gear Games has announced.
In a new deep-dive trailer shared exclusively with GameSpot, a shorter version of which appeared as part of Sony's most recent State of Play presentation, Grinding Gear Games revealed all the changes and features players can expect for the PS5 and Xbox version of its ambitious ARPG sequel in order to make it every bit as enjoyable as its PC counterpart.
Those features, most notably, include couch co-op. The entire game is playable with a partner, with each player's HUD and inventory represented on screen at once. Couch co-op partners will either be able to log in with their own account to gain access to all of their existing characters or log in as a guest.
"When we were thinking about what would be a great reason to play Path of Exile on a couch, one of the things we knew a lot of people would enjoy was playing with their friends in co-op," game director Jonathan Rogers said. "This is actually a feature a lot of games just don't bother with anymore, but it's something that I really love personally."
Grinding Gear Games reworked Path of Exile 2's menu and inventory screens into full-screen versions better suited for playing on a big screen when playing solo, and players will be able to fully remap all of their skills to any of the game's 24 keybinds. Console players will also have easy access to learning more about the game's complex stats and mechanics, with a built-in help system that explains the game's various systems with the press of a button.
Path of Exile 2 will be free-to-play and is slated to receive a closed beta on PC and consoles later this year, with a planned early access launch before year's end. Grinding Gear Games is aiming for Path of Exile 2 to be more approachable than the original Path of Exile, which will feature a brand new six-act campaign, skill gem system, 12 character classes, and a new "dual specialise" feature for its infamous Passive Skill Tree. Meanwhile, Grinding Gear Games announced Path of Exile 2 won't replace the original game, promising to offer new expansions in both games going forward.

Today’s State of Play revealed a new fantasy action game called Ballad of Antara. The trailer shows all manner of over-the-top stylish combat against supernatural foes. However, the hero does all of this while carrying a small child on his back.
The game showcases a variety of beautifully rendered locations, though we have little idea of the plot other than the trailer's synopsis:
A faraway land is on the verge of being lost to a conflict from eons ago, and the invasion that followed it. Embark on a perilous journey, seek towering divine creatures, to reclaim the twisted and lost fundamentals of the world.
Regardless of what any of that really means, the action looks good enough to grab our attention. Why is the protagonist lugging this kid around? We’re curious to find out.
Ballad of Antara is coming to PS5 in 2025.

Tonight brings our first proper look at Concord, as part of the latest PlayStation State of Play.
The first new game developed by Sony's Firewalk Studios, Concord is a sci-fi shooter for PlayStation 5 and PC with a beta in July and a full launch on 23rd August.
There's bags of character on show in the game's cinematic reveal trailer - which clearly owes a lot to James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy. Interestingly, Sony has said that each week will bring another small slice of story via a similar vignette, containing deeper dives at the game's characters and ongoing narratives.

Boy! You read that right - God of War Ragnarök is coming to PC.
The news came as part of this evening's State of Play, with Sony adding it will come with its Valhalla DLC included.
The upcoming PC port - which was rumoured to be in the pipeline prior to this evening's announcement - will join other former PlayStation console exclusives such as Days Gone, Horizon Forbidden West and Marvel's Spider-Man, which have all made the transition to an additional platform over recent years.

As part of the PlayStation State of Play event, Sony announced that God of War Ragnarok is headed to PC soon. The game comes to PC on September 19, with Jetpack Interactive handling the PC port.
The game supports unlimited frame rates, along with ultrawide monitor support and DLSS/FSR/XESS. Players can experience Ragnarok at up to 4K on PC. System requirements for Ragnarok on PC will be announced at a later date. The 2018 God of War game is also available on PC.
A PlayStation Blog post confirms players will need a PlayStation Network account for God of War Ragnarok on PC to access all of its features and bonuses.
Ragnarok for PC comes with all post-launch updates, including the new game+ mode and the Valhalla DLC. People who pre-order through Steam or the Epic Game Store before September 19 will get the Kratos Risen Snow armor and the Atreus Risen Snow tunic cosmetic items.
There is also a digital deluxe edition of Ragnarok for PC that comes with the following:
- Full God of War Ragnarok game for PC
- Kratos Darkdale Armor
- Atreus Darkdale Attire (cosmetic)
- Darkdale Blades Handles for the Blades of Chaos
- Darkdale Axe Grip for the Leviathan Axe
- Official God of War Ragnarök Digital Soundtrack
- Dark Horse Digital Mini Artbook
Ragnarok originally launched on PS4 and PS5 in November 2022 and became a huge success. It was Sony's fastest-selling game ever until Helldivers 2, and has sold more than 15 million copies so far.
Ragnarok is just the latest PlayStation game to come to PC. Sony previously brought titles like The Last of Us, Ghost of Tsushima, Days Gone, Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Spider-Man to PC. A PC release for Ragnarok is no surprise, as it's been rumored for weeks now.
While Sony is indeed bringing more of its PlayStation games to PC, the company is not launching new games on PC alongside their console counterparts like Microsoft does. In most cases, Sony waits at least a year before releasing a console game on PC. Exceptions include multiplayer and live-service titles, like Helldivers II.
For more, check out GameSpot's God of War Ragnarok review for the console edition.

PlayStation has formally revealed Concord, the first game from Firewalk Studios, which it acquired in 2023, and it brings a healthy (and comedic dose) of sci-fi to the console's 2024 lineup. Concord is both the start of a new sci-fi IP for PlayStation and a five-versus-five-player multiplayer shooter coming to PlayStation 5 and PC this year.
Before showcasing some third-person shooter gameplay, a vignette setting up the game's world and tone played, and it's here we get a look at its Guardians of the Galaxy-esque action. We see several characters who appear to make up the rag-tag group of heroes we'll be controlling, each with seemingly unique abilities, attempting to capture a special device from someone attempting to escape a rundown locale called Crater City.
Check it out for yourself in the Concord cinematic reveal below:
After this vignette, PlayStation showcased our first look at Concord's gameplay. We get a look at Vale, a sniper, Lennox, a cowboy-esque revolver shooter, Haymar, who uses a magical bow and arrow, Star Child, a brutish shotgun user, and 1-Off, a support character who appears to use support-type elemental moves. The gameplay looks reminiscent of Destiny 2's PvP modes, although brighter in color and more fantastical in visual design.
Check out the Concord gameplay reveal for yourself below:
After the gameplay, some of the Firewalk developers spoke about what players can expect, including deployable gear that can exist throughout a full game (across multiple rounds) and asymmetrical match-ups between players. While the gameplay only showcased five characters, a quick look at the game's roster revealed several more.
Firewalk says every week when you log on to Concord, you'll be treated to a short cutscene vignette teaching you more about the characters.
Firewalk and PlayStation will hold a beta on PS5 and PC this July before the game's simultaneous launch on those platforms on August 23, 2024.

Earlier this month, Sonos announced its first-ever pair of headphones, the Sonos Ace. The announcement came after years of rumors that the premium speaker manufacturer was finally entering the headphone market. The new headphones will offer wireless connectivity, high-quality audio playback, active noise-canceling, and up to 30 hours of battery life--features that position to compete with other high-end over-ear headphones like the Sony WH-1000XM5, Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra, AirPods Max, and Beats Studio Pro.
While the Sonos Ace lacks a few features normally found on Sonos products—specifically, it doesn't integrate with other Sonos Wi-Fi speakers—it does feature built-in spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, and can connect seamlessly to the Sonos Arc soundbar so you can quickly swap to private listening via the headphones. It also supports Bluetooth 5.4 connections and SBC, AAC, and aptX Lossless codecs for high-quality audio playback.
Sonos claims the headphones offer up to 30 hours of battery life, even when you have active noise cancellation on. A fast-charging feature will allow users to get three hours of battery life from a three-minute charge.
The Sonos Ace headphones will launch on June 5 for $449. They will be available in white or black color options, each of which has plush leatherette earcups and a cushioned headband. Both models are up for preorder on Amazon.

Dynasty Warriors Origins, a new entry in the longrunning series developed by Omega Force, is coming to PlayStation 5 in 2025.
Few other details are known, but a brief trailer shown during Sony's most recent State of Play highlight a new, nameless hero decimating hordes of enemies in true Dynasty Warriors fashion. The hero is shown commanding troops, riding on horseback, and wielding multiple different weapons, including a sword, spear, and a bladed-fist weapon. What looks to be a 1v1 boss fight is also shown.

The New York Times, owner of Wordle, is suing a one-man geography-guessing alternative project named Worldle.
Hit puzzle game Wordle was the work of British designer Josh Wardle, until it was bought by The New York Times in 2022 for a seven-figure sum. It's now operated as part of The New York Times' growing games portfolio and is played by millions daily.
The browser-based Worldle, meanwhile, was built and is still run by one man - Seattle-based Kory McDonald, and has around 100,000 players each month.
