At this point you will have to shoot the Focusing crystal above the mud maze, with your Fractalizer. The beam will bounce and eventually end up hitting the element 115 meteorite, above the main temple, shrinking it.

Move up the stairs, the PaP will be missing and a dialog will play. You will have to place the dynamite in the wall's hole. Once ended, water will push you away.
