Theory on the whisper's coming from the hellounds

This is just a theory that I think kind of make's sense.

I did some research on nazi's recently and found out that nazi scientist's were teaching dogs (german Shepard's Specifically) to speak. They were getting close to success but they had lost the war before they could finish, but it is said that some dogs could actually speak a little bit german before the war was over. Kino der toten takes place quite a few years after the war and the dogs would have died by then, but kino takes place in germany, perhaps the dogs went to hell but were sent back like the zombies were, but possibly the dogs may have still had there soul inside thier bodies. Nazi's would have probably been teaching the dogs german not english, perhaps the whispers are from the dogs souls and they are hard to understand because they are whispering very fast but also because it is in German.

That makes sense I suppose, not sure if true but logical, and the digs went to Aether not hell.
