So does that confirm that its got nothing to do with it? Is it saying that they know something? Or is it a double bluff?

It means Tacitus.com is the name of a real life company who's re-launch has collided horribly with the BO2 Viral Campaign leading many people to believe they are linked with Treyarch. That phrase is their confirmation. After getting tonnes of emails and such-like the guy who runs it is trying to shout out that his business is nothing to do with Black Ops 2.

Its already been comfirmed by FPSRussia it has nothing to do with that, plus the creator of site said no so there u go
