Can't hear any voices throughout game -- solo

Hey guys; have been playing solo on Moon a lot lately; and I have noticed that the I can't hear the lady that announces the excavator's coming down's voice at all. I also noticed the character does not speak at all. I also cannot hear the "secret song" when I activate it. I have all of my audio settings to the max (SFX, Voice, Music, etc.)

Thanks so much to anyone who can help; cause this is really effecting me when I play!

this would happen to me anytime i was playing a solo game and i got disconnected from XBL at some point during the game. it sucks and i wasnt ever able to find a fix for it, i just got better internet and now i dont ever get disconnected anymore. sorry for no solution, but that is the reason why

LOL When I was playing I was getting disconnected too; but thought it had nothing to do with the problem. Well I guess I will have to keep checking to make sure I am signed in.
