So after some googling "Receiving Area" I came across the Apollo 11 Dining Area, apparently docked near the receiving area. http://www.archive.org/details/S69-40306 Possibly the lobby-like area with the green/red doors? Found some more stuff:

Apparently the Lunar Receiving Lab is where they quarantined astronauts and other space stuff from space and stuff before they docked on earth, and they also ate in it, for some, I don't know. WAIT. 115 IS ON THE MOON. AND THAT IS SPACE ROCKS, AND SPACE ROCKS NEED TO BE QUARANTINED TO BE STUDIED ON EARTH, BECAUSE SPACE IS GROSS.

WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?

Let's face it, space is rough, and all the 115 these guys inhaled and how much Takeo threw up on peoples shoes is a disgustingly large amount. Wanna know how bad that would that smell? SO BAD, that we have to get put away for possible future experiments, or, for it to be possible to be shipped back to earth, we need to become quarantined in Cryo, and, Cryo sleep is super good for STUDYING PEOPLE? So, in the end, our heroes turned out to be experiemnts once more, until Tank beats up a monkey who is wielding a tazer to make a failed attempt at escaping. Again.
