Did anyone download this game from the Xbox Live marketplace

I used to have this game for Xbox 360 and PS3, but both times the disc got fucked up. I take care of my games very much but there seems to be a curse on me with having the disc of COD: WAW. So, i was thinking why not download it??.. but then the price KILLED ME. 40 bucks? for i game i spent 160 bucks on TWICE??? FUCK THAT.

I know a way to gameshare on Xbox Live like Playstation Network.. , I'm not a hacker I just don't want to spend anymore of my hard earned money on World at War again..
