  1. Not true, much of the zombie community praised the idea of buildables, the bus, and LOTS of features in BO2.

Also, compair nact to Mob of the dead. Which one, honestly, is more entertaining to play? Three rooms, maybe one perk, a mystery box and that's it. Or an extensive map filled with mystery, traps, demonic skulls, planes, electric chairs, perks, giant guard zombies.

If you look through my posts you can clearly see that I never complained about buildables or the bus....  I said I LIKED transit so I don't really get your point on that one......

And in my opinion if you added JUG to NACHT it would be 100,000 times better than mob of the dead........    I mean NACHT is a better map right now without jug....

MOB OF THE DEAD just plain out sucks! That's why a lot of old school zombie players like myself don't play BO2 zombies...

Because every map besides transit and nuketown absolutely blew.....  I know a lot of people that say the same thing and on the other hand I know a lot of people who hated transit and said it was garbage and they just avoid BO2 zombies all together...

BO2 zombies is not zombies, it's turned into something else!

  2. Look, once advanced warfare launches it's first DLC that's trayarch's official start time! That's when their main focus becomes COD 2015 (IDK what number it is… Damn… Let's see…BO2 was 9…Ghosts is 10…) Cod 12 yeah…

Once that first map pack is released trayarch isn't going to have time to build another BS DLC of old map packs. Honestly If anyone TRUELY needs to play old zombie maps they should just get BO1…

Also, as for your formula you must understand that the population today expects more things to do then 10 electric traps and a power switch for the O4 perks only. It needs a LOT of new features: Buildables, new perks, new gimics, mechanisms, wonder weapons, and things to keep us PLENTY occupied until the next DLC, and if that means elemental staffs, which BTW are actually very cool and have helped us understand 115 even more-so then before, then so be it… This overworked trayarch with the old engine, hopefully the next engine will work easier for them.

You said:  Also, as for your formula you must understand that the population today expects more things to do

I replied: Yeah 7 to 12 year olds! That's who the BO2 zombie maps are catered for....

  3. I'm all for this idea.....  I've been wishing for this to happen for a long time now..... Especially since they have been releasing all of these weapon customization packs!

I personally think TREYARCH should release some free zombie maps for all of us loyal customers who have been buying DLC for zombies since 2009! But I know that will never happen!!

I think if they released a ZOMBIES pack with like 4 to 5 maps I would probably pay $15.....  If the maps were good that is... On the other hand if the maps were anything like DIE RISE, MOB OF THE DEAD, BURRIED or ORIGINS then I definitely would not buy whatsoever! They would have to release REAL zombies maps with the WAW/BO1 formula to get my attention.....

Please TREYARCH, leave the MAGICAL STAFFS in The Elder Scrolls.... STOP RUINING ZOMBIES

    My OPINION

  4. For some reason that black sheep is always DLC 3….

    -Shangri la

    -buried

    -awakening

(WAW didn't have 4 dlcs so it doesn't count)

    That's funny.....   I didn't even notice that!!!!

I actually do like extinction though...   POINT OF CONTACT was good....   NIGHTFALL was good......   MAYDAY was good......

    AWAKENING= straight garbage....

On the fence about buying the next ghosts DLC

[tab][/tab]Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and Jay, as I'm sure most of you are aware we as zombies players follow a basic set of rules that have been passed down through the ages or for five years at least. I thought that I would utilize the great minds in the forum to transcribe the rules in to a neat list, or ten zomb commandments if you will. So please leave your suggestions and call out if you think a fellow member has a good idea. I'll kick it off with a few of my own.(These are not finalized, just getting things stared.)

    • Thou shalt not covet thy teammate's window, nor their kills, nor any thing that is thy teammate's.
    • Thou shalt not take more than one turn one the box while others are waiting. Once per cycle!
    • Those who dedicate time to construct traps or weaponry may claim ownership.
    • Thou shall not Glitch. The road less traveled will always be more rewarding.

I would say: Thou shall not glitch. Glitches are for b()tches!

  6. I wish all maps had PHD Flopper. It makes Mustang and Sally so much more fun.

But assuming Kino had both Staminup and PHD Flopper, I would have a hard time choosing only four perks. I guess I'd run with jugg, PHD, and Mule Kick, and Speed Cola. Yeah that sounds about right. But it would work better if Kino was one of those maps where you can obtain more than just four perks.

Yeah....   I usually run jug, phd, stamin up & speed cola.....      but yeah I agree with you....  I think it would make STANG n SALLY way more useful on kino

  7. I had a somewhat interesting idea the other night and figured I would once again share it with you guys.

I speedrun Resident Evil 2 on occasion and was challenged a few days ago to do so and while I was doing it, it occurred to me that the wires you find in the questioning room that allow you to link up shutters for either of the two rooms of your choosing could be integrated into Zombies.

Would it not be cool to have this feature in zombies? Now, those of you who haven't had the pleasure of playing RE2, these wires are used to block zombies from entering the windows for a short period of time (it's actually activated through story progression but not too far into the story). For instance, imagine being in the PaP room on Tranzit for 10 or so rounds, without having to worry about any of the windows down there? Or how cool would it be to have those 10 rounds, later into the game, yet have the ability to hold inside the bus station?

This item is in no way overpowered, 10 rounds go by so quick that it would best be saved for a round that begins to be your limit, then you have the challenge of one entrance, no exit, but room to maneuver and possibly escape if you have the skill. There would still be a good challenge of having all zombies pour through one space, reloads would have to be perfectly timed or you would have a problem.

One of my favorite things about the map Five is the last couple of seconds before the defcon doors open in the PaP room, where all the zombies come running at you, it would be that experience spanned out over a few rounds.

And to finish, perhaps an extra bit of usefulness would be having the wires eventually short out, exposing the window once again, EXCEPT now you have an ungrounded current running through the window, leaving it to damage zombies slightly as they now can climb through the space, almost in a way, lowering their durability just a little bit. The con being, you now have to build one board at a time or risk taking too much damage yourself, much like the MOTD door near the Wardens office, making it harder to close the area off mid round.

All this would be great for the next game, I understand with the traps and buildables we already have, this would make the game way too easy. But with the new game, should come new traps and this, to me, is perfectly balanced and useful, used into a  farther rounds could make a real good tool.

It's a shame what they have done to Resident Evil! I grew up with those games.....   Resident Evil 1 was the first PS1 game I ever got...

Then over the years I bought and played through countless times pretty much every one that came out until after RE4.....

And RE4 really wasn't a Resident Evil at all....   RE4 is when is franchise started to slip. Resident Evil Remake on the Game Cube in my opinion is probably one of the best!

I hate how CAPCOM have totally abandoned their loyal customers, they just changed it way too much!!!!

I heard Shinji Mikami is making a new game though, hopefully he can bring survival horror back......

  8.

If you do end up buying ghosts don't buy the 3rd map pack because that extinction map "awakening" is really, really fruity in my opinion

Is the Buried of Extinction, mate.

There's always a black sheep in the group.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    AGREED!!

  9. I'm actually pi$$ed at TREYARCH for releasing all these weapon camo packs in multiplayer.....

Come on TREYARCH, give us some new ZOMBIE maps!!!

Just don't make them fruity like DIE RISE, MOB OF THE DEAD, BURIED AND ORGINS...

You have to go back to that BO1 simple formula that everyone liked!!

    Just my opinion

  10. This really isn't an exact answer to your question but....

I was so pumped for BO2 zombies and I ultimately feel like I was let down....

I liked tranzit  but thought it was just too big for 4 players! If someone went down they most of the time just left the game because you would be to far away to revive them....  Coming from someone who mostly plays with randoms....

After that I honestly hated every DLC that was released!

I think they just got waaayyyy off track and added a bunch of stuff that no one really wants...  And god the maps were just terrible! I remember playing die rise for the first time just thinking to myself " wtf is this "??? who the f..k wants to play in some crammed ass maze with no room to run trains? I thought die rise was just atrocious!! I honestly thought at that point that TREYARCH had fired and re-hired a new zombies team because zombies just didn't seem like zombies anymore...

I mean personally I like open maps where you and every one else have room do go off and do your own things without getting in each others way....   CALL OF THE DEAD was my favorite map MINUS George, I always just avoided him and I never had a problem....

Continuing on I thought MOB OF THE DEAD sucked....  the first time I tried it and I turned into a ghost I immediately backed out and thought "OKAY, they have ruined zombies" I mean it's fruity! who wants that?

After that every map just got worse and worse...

BURIED, a big oversized goof wandering around and a witch in some haunted house??     I WANT TO KILL ZOMBIES!!!! not play in some fairytale....

ORIGINS, now this map I just feel they completely blew wrong out of the water....  Yes it was big and open but god the crap they put in it.... GIANT ROBOTS? MAGICAL STAFFS?  TREYARCH no offence but you really screwed up on BO2 zombies..

I was actually hoping the last map pack was gonna be the black ops maps re-made with grief...

I really wanted to see KINO with grief

And I also wanted to see a KINO with STAMIN UP and PHD FLOPPER added to it...

One last thing I want to point out:   the ranking system     I loved the ranking system but the one complaint I have is that you could never look at anyone else's stats other than your own....   you could be in a pre-game lobby and look at your own stats but couldn't see anyone else's....  now how does that make any sence  treyarch?

  11. I personally think they need to do something with the weapon damage!!! It just gets way to hard to kill zombies on higher rounds....

They need to do PACK A PUNCH  in multiple levels...

    PAP level 1= rounds 10 to 20

    PAP level 2= rounds 20 to 30

    PAP level 3= rounds 30 to 40

and so on and so on.....

that way as you progress on you can just continue to upgrade your weapons and get a little more damage
