  1. Take into consideration the temporal loops and the shangri la loading screen then it seems plausable that the gang were transported from Shangri-La to Area 51. I think everything after Der Riese is interlinked through time, and the cracks that have evidently formed in time and space.

  2. I think the Nacht Der Untoten loading screen is a collaboration of the germans and russians across time. That's what I'm guessing.

    I have a feeling that the man in the NDU Loading Screen is Pavel Gorki, Lev Kravechenko's cousin and a man at the Massacre at Der Riese. He own the company GKM, which, according to Black Ops intel, "funnels the Soviet chemical weapon NOVA6 into North Vietnam and Laos using commercial cargo planes." And we know that the Russians were Kravchenko and Dragovish, who were working with Cuba. As you can see, below, there is a man looking at crates with the Hammer and Sickle (RUS), writing saying Cuba and Vietnam.

    That makes sense, but going all the way back to 1943. The war didn't end till 1945. So the germans at Der Riese could have made contact.

  3. You make a good point Humble Soldier, but I have to respectfully disagree. In FIVE, the teleporters are powered by 115, thus exposing them through that. In Cotd, there is 115 on the ship and all over, that was the whole reason George wanted to go there in the first place (it's also where Richthofen performed his experiments with 115, so the radioactive part would still be there).

    PaP is powered by 115, as are the wunder weapons, and the special grenades. Zombies can't be formed without 115 being present in the first place. The zombies couldn't exactly follow them if they time traveled, so they were already there at Cotd. And FIVE, they had 115 located in the labs and were experimenting with wunder weapons and teleporters, of which they couldn't do without 115 in the first place.

    Not to mention that 115 is radioactive, therefore the rocks don't have to be there. The radiation would still be present for a long time.

    I agree but I think considering what happened at Der Riese, and the loading screen for ascension. Some of the Zombies went with them. Consider the fabric of reality being torn by the Wunderwaffe, then consider what happened at Ascension, Shangri- La (The place is being destroyed or transported in the loading screen) and in five the zombies followed you through the teleporters. So logically it may explain the speed of which the infection spread. It spread through time. And remember Sam was in control.

    Oh and I thought The Five teleporters were powered by 114. I heard it somewhere on here.

    As for 935 scientists being part of ascension, this more or less confirms how they got their hands on the designs for the same Thundergun many thought Maxis had designed. Unless they were collaborating across time as I once suspected - Nacht Der Untoten loading screen kinda gave me that idea.

  4. Retain some elements but I do agree, return to some of the eerie nazi elements. Maps like Verruckt, Der Riese should return to mix things up. 935 remnants that survived The Giant's downfall. Or have old abandoned facilities. Personally I like the idea of having zombies spawning in the map.

    As for training, I have done it. But I tend to just explore the maps. It may be suicidal but certainly makes things tight and interesing. Camping and Training are too boring for me.

    A lot of people had a go at me for suggesting this but I think some of the zombies should slightly faster, they are undead enfused with 115 like our gang, surely they should be more faster or something. At times you can just outwalk them. But like I said just some of them. The Ai should also reflect each type and the enviroment, like with ascension.

  5. A good idea brains for you, and I would love to see a map in England. With the debacle of London 2012 olympics, I've been reading Echo of the Reich by James Becker, in which he depicts a future version of Die Glocke, The bell being used to not blow up london, but unleash a hell of a lot of radiation on the city. It is stopped in the end, but I also learnt some other things I didn't know about the Real Der Riese, and the Henge. It's a interesting read, considering that many consider that Die Glocke ended up in South America.

    Anyway, i would love to see a zombie map in my home country of England. That would be epic...

    there is some similarity i believe. maybe the pendant is something that come out during the 80's section of the game....?

    I also suspected he looks a little like Mason. Remember Mason was brainwashed, so he could be a shadow of his self.... his descent could be witnessed through the flashbacks.

    Has to be number of times I went down. I don't like going down period.

    To an extent, i agree but as long as I have kills and enough points, I'm happy. I tend to judge on the lateness of which i get rid of my wall weapons, and sometimes I can go entire games with them. I've also learned, I'm not a camper, if I have a thompson and Fg-42, I prefer to run and gun. But do try different weapons such as the Carbine, its a surpisingly decent weapon.

  8. It's a thought out theory, but I don't believe Maxis wants control of the dead, no Richtofen wants that. As for Abracadvre, i just think thats Sam feeling everything her army of the dead go through. She thinks its a game. Maxis wanted to stop him, and blowing up the Earth seemed logical at the time.

    As for Ascension taking place after moon, i doubt it because it creates a paradox, now I believe paradoxes caused the Der Riese outbreak to spread through time via quantum rupturing etc etc. But I don't think Ascension came after moon, simply because the characters in Ascension are teleported to Siberia(I think) after freeing Gersch, then in shangrila, another quantum tear opens and throws them to Area 51. If you think its goes Ascension, Moon, Shangri-La, Call of the Dead... it just doesnt make sense im afraid.

    But it's a good effort, and you spent some time on this it seems, so keep it up.

  9. There's another quote on Moon that Sam says when a teammate starts killing zombies:

    Don’t kill the zombies, he’ll just gain power when you do”

    What if we never actually killed the zombies in the maps, what would happen? This certainly explains how the zombies get stronger ever round.

    I do also believe Takeo will prove to be a rather interesting in BO II, particularly because of his quote at the end of the EE in Moon.

    "I vow to hunt down the remnants of Group 935, and kill every last one of them!"

    This is what I believe, he will have the more significant role, and remember the others are still suffering from mind control. They could still be under Richtofens control, to some extent.

  10. I just had a random thought, Dempsey quotes having a 5 year old child and sticking with the theme of decendants of the main characters; what if the girl in the poster was Dempsey's kid?

    What I was thinking, that this child, then had another child. Or something along those lines. I actually made a post about it in another thread. But it would be interesting to see what they do with this.

  11. Certainly a larger map, and focus could make things more interesting. It seems the video itself has more or less been uncovered completely. Certainly the idea suggested by ExpertCoah is something I would be for. What i do possibly see is an enhancement of zombie mechanics, if the areas are to be larger.

  13. My 'Stottinmad Strategem' as I call it, involves creating gaps in the horde, and using them to worm my way through, if theres no room, I simply turn and run the other way. In most cases, only one zombies attempts to cut me off, so removing it is easy.

    My one speciality that has only failed me a few times, is Wallhugging. It works on Der Riese. I literally, 'hug' the walls. It worked on WaW Der Riese, there was a hug horde, coming across the thompson bridge, and heading into the type100 room, so I ran beside the wall, practically touching it, and didn't get hit. Although if, I'm red, I tend to just run for my life, I'm lucky to say the least.

  14. I'm pretty sure I heard somewhere that Tank Dempsey refers to a daughter or child. I can't confirm this but it might be on this site somewhere. I'll update this post if I can find a reference.

    yeah he say's it on Moon when you buy the M16, so maybe the girl holding the shotgun and severed zombie head is his daughter?

    I thought he had a son, not a daughter? But I guess there's never been any real confirmation for that.

    Bare in mind Denpsey time travelled in 1945. If the child is five years old then I'm guessing in 2012, they would be around 70 or something. Is it possible that this child had a child themselves. I'm probably wrong, but its an interesting thing to consider, that this girl may in fact be his grandaughter. Possibly.

    Zombies incorperated in the campaign.

    Woods, Bowman, Mason, and Hudson in zombies

    New perks

    Maps: Hell, Area 51,Planet 115 [a planet made of 115 with alien inhabitants], and Dark Side [ dark side of the moon].

    Wall Guns - i agree, I want more wall weapons, since there the only weapons I buy, hell bring back my Thompson, FG42, and Type100! because they are my personal favourites.

    I'm not a big fan of the wonder weapons, but it would be interesting to see what kind of weapons they make, and whether or not they take fan weapons and find away to incorporate them into the game. Personally I'd be jumping for joy if my Tarr115 got put into Black Ops 2

    New guns - If it's post-apocalyptic, the weapons will be very unique I think.

    Reznov, would be my candidate. Need I say more.

    Zombie easter eggs in the campaign would be nice, and fun to look for maybe.

    I don't know how they could do this, if its set in 2012, unless they do a map set around the time of Black Ops campaign, but do a zombies spin on it.

    Hell would be an interesting map, what if it was built of our groups memories, from aspects of Verruckt, Der Riese, SNN, Ascension, Kino, Moon, Shang, all rolled into one. Only more scarier and hellish.

    Area51 has more or less been done, but they could do an expansion map. I wanted area51 to be a standalone map, I just thought the moon was too much of a jump, but hey, let's see what happens.

    Planet 115 - A good idea, although I can't see how they could build this kind of map though.

    The darkside of moon, probably won't be used, but it could be, depending on whether the gang go straight back to Earth

    In other words, I agree, these a some interesting ideas.
