Billy Handsome all the way. I just really like the characters that are a little bit insane.

No and Edward speaks when you get the SVU, but only Stu can hear him.
Well, same applied for Green Run, right? Up until you chose Maxis over Richtofen, he would talk to Stu. Maxis speaks to the whole group, which would make sense as to why I thought it was only him.
So, is this (possibly) the first step set in stone, much like Green Run? The one where you decide who's side to take? In green run, turn power off; Maxis. Keep it on; Richtofen
Watch samdaman118 on Youtube. He has 4 steps posted already.

Can you get a thermal DSR? I know you can't with the barrett. I think we're forgetting there are TWO sides to the EE; If you get the SVU, Maxis speaks and if you get the DSR/Barrett, Richtofen speaks. So maybe the SVU Is the Maxis weapon? Just a thought.
Not that it matters but isn't the SVU & DSR German in origin? I may need to re-watch some XboxAhoy. I think the Barrett's american but i'm no expert. Again, off topic just would be coincidental.. It could have been the XPR/Ballista..

Have you upgraded it enough to see all the possible attachments for it. It might be possible to get a thermal sight. The thermal sight could allow you to see EE items when looking through it.
Like objects emmiting energy?
Exactly. Thermal energy is a form of energy that is not visible to the naked eye, but if you have thermal optics you can see it.

I had the same idea i attempted a few things but school is a bit more pressing at the moment so had to stop but i have a video about it...maybe the tiles will be highlighted with the whos who perk or maybe you need to shoot out energy sources for those gold symbols on the ground while in your whos who form
In your video the teddy bears were glowing when in Who's Who. You should check the dragon's mouth to see if the balls are glowing. Shooting them might do something that we aren't able to see in human form.
-
Im pretty sure he's talking about the TVs? They make random bleeping sounds every so often right?
After all, Maxis uses electronic devices to communicate with the survivors.
I haven't tried this yet though
One thing I don't get is: why the SVU??? What's so special about it!?
The SVU is the easiest sniper to obtain. This makes getting the quote much easier. It might work with other snipers, I don't really know though.

If the real you dies when you're Who's Who mode, does the ghost die as well? Because if not, this could definitely be a step in the right direction.
Your human self can die. When that happens your ghost self goes into a human state.
-
That's a great theory, especially for your first one.
There are some gold tiles I found that another user shows light up. The tiles always appear bright for me (majhong tiles).
It's not my first theory. It's just the first one I did research on.

PM me your Youtube channel.

I stopped riding the bus a long time ago.

Thanks that helps alot infact. So heres where im upto.
1. Four players are needed.
2. Four players each need a piece of the flinger.
3. 1 player also needs to get the sniper.
4. All players head to flinger room and build the flinger (this done with power OFF gave me some new dialoge but due to characters talking i couldnt hear properly)
Next step iim going to try is either
Shoot the two balls
Or
Have each player stand on one of the four good luck symbols.
Having to re do all steps due to 2 players dropping out so need to find myself 2 new team mates :-(
I would love to help you, but I don't have the map yet . I also will be doing Edward's side when I do get it.

So when you buy the SVU off the wall Edward tells you to find and destroy errant energy fields that Maxis is using. This got me thinking because Edward specifically said ERRANT energy fields. I didn't know what errant ment so I looked up the deffinition. This gave me a few deffinitions, but the one that stood out the most said, "deviating from the regular or proper course." I then looked up energy which said, "an adequate or abundant amount or power." I came up with the conclusion that errant enegy is a source of power that has deviated from its regular or proper course. I then typed in errant energy to see what energy sources can deviate from the proper course. I didn't get much. I did however get a website called http://www.sparksoflightenergy.com. This website talked about spirals of errant energy. The first thing I thought of was the balls of light on TranZit. I continued to read and it said that before you can find these spirals of errant you must first reach a higher state of being. This higher state of being is actually achieveable on Die Rise. So what I'm thinking is that you need to use the Who's Who perk and find these errant energy fields. You may then need to destroy them with the SVU or possibly any sniper rifle. This is my first time putting actual research into one of my theorys so if I didn't put enough research in or if I didn't give enough information please go easy on me.

Place the Flinger at the edge of the hole in the wall where you built it. Use it to fling to the radio tower on the roof. I hope that answers your question.
-
Has anyone tried to sliquify the radio tower by the dragons? I was thinking this would help Edward eliminate Maxis' ability to talk to the crew. I would test this myself, but I don't have the map pack yet.
-
This has been fixed. Now zombie will only die if zombies are damaged. Also you don't need to damage zombies for the bus to kill them now.
I haven't gotten the fix yet. I left a zombie chasing after me while going to Pack-a-Punch my M1911, and the zombie finally died after 4 minutes of hitting portal after portal. Not once did I damage him. Maybe the bus eventually caught up to him, who knows.
Okay, so I was just playing solo to see if they hotfixed this bug yet. The thing is that I don't know if they tried to fix it and fucked up or if they didn't do anything yet. It seems that when you don't have Juggernog zombies respawn and after you buy it they don't. I'm not 100% sure if this is true though. I only tried this twice and both times they stopped respawning after I bought Juggernog, but two tests isn't enough to give a deffinate answer. If anyone else notices this as well please reply to this post.
-
How exactly is it game breaking? I'm not trying to egg you on or anything, just curious.
It's game breaking for solo at the very least. It takes even more time to get set up now. You also don't even need to kill zombies for high rounds any more.
-
I can't help being be pissed at Treyarc right now. I want to beat my solo round, but I can't force myself to deal with the massive amount of wasted time to get set up. Thanks for breaking solo TranZit and the leaderboards Treyarc.
-
Check the TranZit Discussion section the thread about it should be towards the top.
-
Hello everone this is my first thread on this section of the forum. I just wanted to share my theory on why Treyarc added the Red Insta-kill and how it may be more usefull in Die Rise than it is in TranZit. So basically when you obtain the Red Insta-kill you are able to walk into zombes and instantly kill them for a short time (about 18 seconds). The reason I think they added this is because IGN talked about Die Rise and how the map had alot of narrow hallways. So wouldn't the Red Insta-kill help us move through the map a bit more easily like the Baby Gun did in Black Ops 1? Just a little theory, let me know what you think.
-
Okay, so I was just in a game with KeredNomrah69 and RequixEclipse. It turns out that Liam's theory on how the Red Insta-kill is obtained was false. I tried it three times playing as misty and got nothing. The strange thing is that KeredNomrah69 who was playing as Marlton got the green puff of smoke after killing zombies on Insta-kill and for the two Insta-kills after I had the Red Insta-kill. On the first Red Insta-kill I didn't knife at all and I still had it for the second one we got. On the second Red Insta-kill I knifed and lost it. My theory is that when you get the Red Insta-kill you can't knife or you'll lose it. Keep testing everyone we still are not 100% sure how to obtain the Red Insta-kill and keep it.
-
It sucks, yes, but we will adapt to it eventually. I mean, we all hated it back in Black Ops when we found out our crawlers would either die or respawn if we took too long. Now, it's just second nature to make sure they don't do either of those things.
We'll manage.
We don't need to manage. This to me is game breaking and needs to be hotfixed ASAP.
-
I just went into theater and checked my perspective from this game. I had no second red Insta-kill logo.
-
Was everyone on the Team able to see it, Or Just Misty. It seemed to me as if Misty was the Character that saw it in both Videos. Don't know if theirs any relevance here or not. Also the ToB was Completed in this game, Not just they had already had it completed?!
Also I confirmed that I still saw the Beams on the 360. That was in Solo so I should probably go check out Multi but I don't see what difference that would make.
The beams on co-op are deffinitally confirmed. Me and Kered were getting tons of them last night. We had done the Maxis side of the EE in the game that this happened. I personally didn't pay attention to the Insta-kill, so I can't confirm or deny if I had it or not. I'm going to go check theater and report back.
Zombies dieing out and not respawning?
in General Zombies Discussion

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone fully understands what causes a zombie to die out and not respawn. I've been trying to figure it out since Black Ops 2 was released and I just can't seem to wrap my head around it. So if you know how to keep a zombie from doing this please help.
