but other than the alleged "buzzcut" or whatever it looks just like rich... jawline, facial features, need i remind everyone that rich also has a scar on his face? what about the crescent moon scar around his left (our right) eye - the scar that Richtofen DOES NOT have? i can't believe i'm having to post these pictures again, but here we go. From the First Strike Poster From the Zombie Labs Trailer there is an obvious crescent moon scar next to his left (our right) eye. the guy from codzl has THE SAME scar. view of Richtofen, his left (our right) eye has no eclipse moon scar. EDIT: i'm not claiming Richtofen does not have a scar, he does have one under his right (out left) eye - which i do concede that the FS character has as well. but he has both scars. not just richtofens. not just codzl guy.

iiiiiiiiiii like it! totally makes sense too that he would be a bigger guy, in comparison to all the other scientists in the codzl trailer. the american's wouldn't have sent some scrawny scientist to infiltrate 935, it has to be some dude who can defend himself with military training if compromised.

for the argument against Richtofen, i think we're making some serious strides with this weapon maker questioning. indeed. i'll be back on in a little while, but i am really enjoying this thread. both sides of the argument are valid in respects, and i look forward to the responses i'll get to read here in a few hours!

Why would it be anyone but Richtofen? Explain that. Give me one good reason. And don't tell me that a character on an artwork looks like an actor in a video and that is why it can't be Richtofen. There is no way to explain why it wouldn't be Richtofen without personal bias. We're just working off of something we think was hinted at. As I said above, and as hammer said, the community has NEVER agreed on this and so why not keep talking about it? If you would like to come up with an explanation as to "why" it's Richtofen that doesn't involve the phrase "well, he's on the other maps and he's on this map - so it's him". WE ARE NOT SAYING YOU PLAY AS THIS SOLDIER IN ASCENSION, IT IS PERFECTLY CLEAR YOU PLAY AS RICHTOFEN. But this community should know that given all the time travel, intricate storylines, and discussion about the maps chronology - it's entirely possible there is something we missed regarding a 5th character. It's hinted at in kino, we have a random looking guy on the FS poster. That is what we are talking about.

So only because you are "the bigger number" means that you are right? I am sorry but THAT is ignorant. How can you possibly think that the guy is anyone other than Richtofen? Why would there be a completely different person. There are 4 people and you say that 3 of those are 3 of the heroes,they are all holding a Wunderwaffe,so does the 4th one,how could he not be Richtofen? No he's not saying that. He's just saying that we are actually trying to come up with points, new evidence - and the Richtofen side are just using things that are universal truths: "artist interpretation", "you play as them, so it's him". Points was not meant to be cumulative, rather quantitative. I don't think he was trying to say ANYONE is specifically right or wrong.

Totally not trying to shut down other people (unless, they were to think tommy and niko were the same person ) This goes both ways my friend. We're trying to put evidence to prove wrong your theory, while all you're really saying is... this isn't sudden. i've always wondered this. At the time we didn't have the CODZL trailer. But for anyone still confused, here's how we got to this point: 1. rez tweets book cover. syndicate retweets with photo of model wave gun in background. 2. we start thinking about who used the model wave gun. 3. that army guy used the wave gun. 4. the tweets have their own thread, so we set up one for the army guy. this also allows for the discussion of FS poster because it's possible it could be him.

EDIT: If you were intending for there to be a second picture of Nico to compare to then that picture did not come through. I thought, because you quoted Fitan about your first pic not working, you were using this pic to compare with Tommy V.

I get what you're saying Lenne - but you have to understand that none of these characters were SO far off that they were bald in one, and had a full head of hair in the other. We're not trying to like discover the meaning of life, we just don't want to settle for "oh it's artist interpretation. period. stop talking about it, shouldn't you be talking about the special editions?" I don't get how ANYTHING on this site can be "over thinking it" - this is a site for dedicated theorists, as i've been told. so either it's all being overthunk, or it's all fair game.

this is pretty sparse right meow because I don't have any good video of it, but I'm wondering if ANYONE knows why the pack-a-punch wobbles/shakes back and forth slightly when you first spawn in NML. I'm pretty sure it doesn't do that in other maps but I can't be certain because often we don't spawn so near the PaP. Will update with media and theories shortly.

Thank you sir! might I add that Richtofen is often snarling/smirking/looking somewhat demented and this dude looks pretty damn focused and well... not... "ze-doctah-esque" if you will.

okay so... all "artist interpretation" aside, all "his head is tilted up so you can't see his hair" aside, all "well he's not part of the O4 so he's not important" aside - the man can fit inside a blank portrait pretty damn well EDIT: for the first strike example I flipped the photo so it's backwards from what you would see in the actual poster - so don't try and say anything about his scars!
