Hey everyone. The 3rd DLC pack and information from the EEs have started to apear with some foreshadowing of the next Zombies map has gotten a few people talking about the final DLC (assuming there isn't going to be a 5th one that is rumored to happen). I'm not interested in what the new map is going to be, but I am interested in seeing if they bring back the old maps from WaW and BO like they did in the final DLC for BO. I have been wanting this to happen pretty much since the game first came out. Wouldn't it be amazing if we could play our favorite maps with the ability to "customize" the game play? My favorite map in Accession but the space monkeys are a real pain in the butt to deal with. It would be awesome if I could have to option to turn off the space monkeys like you can on Town (of course its dogs instead of monkeys).

What do you all think about this? Would you like to see Treyarch bring the old maps back with the option to edit gameplay/ and do you think it will happen?

I strongly believe a final DLC pack wont have only zombies. It worked for BO1 but the way that DLC sales are going for BO2 I don't think it will happen. It would be a step back in the direction we are going. I also don't want to pay for anymore maps that I already have. If they did this then they would have to sell the one map at a low cost like 400 Space Alards/$5 than bundle the rest of whatever shit they would push with it.

I also firmly believe that if they do bring back some maps it needs to be redesigned like how Halo does there MP maps. I don't want to pay for a port like GH did with there songs. Either way I think they see this and they wont do another all Zombies pack.

Since the game is set in 2025... then zombies it too. There is no reason to discuss something so pointless over and over. We have 2025 gun in zombies so that should be the final argument that it is set in the future. Ever since BO2 came out people have been arguing over it. Just use your minds in the most logical way and WALLA!

Good idea for a map honestly. I just think this would be a waste of time though. Why would you want to play as Avenged Sevenfold? I would love to play as more compelling characters who have a purpose (Even the Five characters had one). Sure, granted it would be kinda fun to play as a band member from a popular Metal band, but it wouldn't be a very interesting thing to do. Plus most of the things listed are gimmicky in nature. If this were to happen it would be more subtle.

I like the idea of when completing all easter egg on all maps you get a new map. But it would be expensive to do. I also think A7x is currently busy finishing and promoting Hail to the King so they wouldn't have time to do something as time extensive as doing mo-cap is.

Good idea though.

Anything you said more than likely wont happen. It would be kinda dumb to release a new map and 3 other older maps. It worked one time, but the current way Black Ops 2 DLC is selling that wont happen. It is also a step back is a progressive direction. I expect something that will be totaly new, like Moon was. I think the characters we have now are honestly interesting enough and a little less repetitive when it came to the original guys.

What anyone should expect is to see 3 new MP maps that are going to be advertised well made but are very boring to play on. Then the one zombie map that is better than the last. I also don't agree with us going to "paris", it was an old idea that more than likely was scrapped because it wasn't a good idea. If anything we will continue to see a trend in complete original map designs and newer features that keep us tied in for maybe a month or two.

Just my thoughts, but I think that they will do this.

I'm guessing the following things:

1. It'll feature a campaign centered around the popular character "Ghost."

2. Chaos Mode and Survival Mode will be making a return along with the classic Spec Ops Mode.

3. Multiplayer will not have dolphin diving and will not be Pick 10. This I really don't mind about because I rarely go outside of the normal system anyway.

4. Assault/Support/Specialist will make a return in some form or fashion.

Completely wrong it is a brand new series not releated to anything MW.

I just watched the intro for Dies Rise and it is awesome better that any other intro that zombies has ever had.

Ok so at the beginning we see stulinger talking to himself or.... Aliens? I don't think its zombies but it may be. What caught my attention was when he was talking about him eating flesh and keeping it a secret from the group.

Then we see Russman getting.. Killed? I'm not sure what happens here at all. Then they get teleported to the same place again? This confused me also and Russman is alive again. This may be a node to the new perk but I'm not certain.

Just some weird things I noticed thats all. But a question I do have is if what he is talking to Alien or is it zombies?

There isn't going to be the Dev Kit we saw in WAW, I think but I think they will bring it back but there is high chance they won't because they haven't really talked about it at all.

I people think Marlton is dead then the Zombies are actually bananas.

Ok first I have to say I haven't been on the forums for a while so I don't know if this is proven.

Anyways, so I have been thinking a lot recently and since Green Run is in 1900's (1980-1990

), and Moon is in 2012 I believe does that mean the original four are.. well dead. I know that they wouldn't just kill off the Four just for lolz. But if I have my time travel right that means they ceased to exist after they launched the bombs.

Another interesting thing is that how does the bombs effect the past.

As a Musician I think they are intense. They kinda drag on ends but I think this new guy is good he seems like he has the intensity that it takes and the passion. But I do agree that it's titled similar but I can't wait to hear more!

My theory is that Green Run is the start. I think this because in the start you would want to run to the bus or however it will work. Also in the trailer I think that map is Green Run. Other than that Green Run isn't anything special we should make theories about. Just a map. :)

They say they will keep updating the page, but it seems stocks are low when it comes to the hardened edition. I got my order in 4 days ago when they suddenly offered the pre-order again before taking it down the same day.

P.s Someone tell me why the PS3 version of the game is more expensive than Xbox.. Is this common amongst most games?

I think there will only be two maps. Nuketown and The map. I believe the one with the zombie is the map.

Very good point but we do get a map for beating the campaign. So my theory is since Nuketown is DLC we will be getting 3. I think we will have "The Map" and what I'm dubbing the "Poster Map" which is the chick standing on the rubble, and the bonus for beating the campaign. So if we add all of those together we get 4!
