I agree with Delta, bottles look weird. Nothing to do with resizing or anything, it's just it doesn't look.. right?

We may have to put it to the vote, because I still maintain that tallies are the best! ;P

Size issues aside, the tallies look suitable on the black background. Me gusta :3

I love ideas threads like these, I don't read them as much as they deserve to be!

 

-A grenade launcher that fires a kind of spike projectile, so when it hits a zombie, it sticks for a few moments before exploding like a Spikemore.

 

-A heat gun which crystalises the surface of the zombies, so they can't move. They must then be shot to destroy them, else they will crack and escape the 'shell' after time.

 

-A small pylon like device (kinda like motion detector from BO1) which has a time delay. Once it goes off, it emits a pulse of energy which explodes/ dematerialises anything within range, including players (who get downed immedately)

I like this!

 

 

But I think it would be better with the this instead. I mean, there's no real order to the perks, it's just based on opinion, so it doesn't really work in representing a rank system IMO. Can't go wrong with tallies ;P

 

Well I for one think the brains system is fine the way it is

Another idea I just had is have a row of Wunderwaffe lightbulbs, and they light up for each level of zombification.

I like the idea of being able to store more with a higher rank. What if you could spend money on upgrading your weapons locker too? Ooh I like the ideas going on in this thread, nice and juicy hahah

We need some kind of "save game on this round" feature because there's been so many games cut short because of d/c issues or people needing to leave.

I quite like that idea of having a special extra game mode on each map, I'm thinking like on Origins you could play as the robots, on TranZit you could drive the bus ala Crazy Taxi. Silly stuff like that

Well, they are implementing more of a story this time around, so I wouldn't put it past them.

from the looks of the trailer it seems like they're going all out on making a dark, gritty story, although it seems like theyll make it easy to uncover which might be nice.

Something more DayZ-esque in terms of scavenging stuff and then building weapons/ gear to help survive? I like it! Imagine if you started out in the city near Der Riese, and as you worked your way in, you could build more extravagant things using the 935 tech lying about.

There is a s a l e going on for xbox gold members 33% off. Yes extinction does get boring, but It's a nice experience away from zombies. If you moderately enjoy playing multiplayer then get it. Buying this only for extinction is probably not worth.

A s al e is tempting, but I think I'll wait for all the DLC to come out and make my mind up then. I'm not too fussed about the story or MP, so if Extinction is as disappointing as you say then I don't think I'll buy it any time soon

That Nightfall DLC looks pretty good, if the other Exctinction maps are any good I might actually pick up a copy of ghosts x)
