  1. Fun map to just play and have fun on, but if you wanna do serious business, it's horrible. Wonder Weapon is worse than the Jet Gun IMO. Extremely slow. What could've been an awesome piece of equipment is reliant on the evil, insidious turbine, and thus its practicality is extremely finite. The Head Chopper could be cool, though—I think there's definitely a high round strategy there. I've found some interesting spawn control methods, but overall I can tell that, for high rounds at least, this map and I will not be getting along.

    Again, though, it's a fun map to just run-and-gun and kill zombies. I like the chalk and I do hope they bring it back. But relying on Leroy to open up vital parts of the map is almost as tedious as the volt meters on Mob. Oh well. It will be fun for the first couple weeks, then I'll probably do a 70 or something (who knows, though, maybe there will be some awesome strategies found soon) and call it quits until next DLC.

  2. The scenes of them in the bus could have been taken before they got to the Hanford site. Or they could have been teleported back, and from there they walked to Buried.

    I'm beginning to think the planet as a whole is turning back into "Pangea".

    You could, in theory, get from Shanghai to the Horn of Africa on foot. It's not like there's any oceans anymore, anyways—the whole Earth is just a huge hellhole of lava and destruction now.

  3. Vulture Aid looks like a good perk for the first week, but once you get to know your way around, I think it will become pretty pointless. It would be good for bullet-based weapons though.

    Time Machine, on the other hand, looks useless. I mean, I seriously have no idea why anyone would ever want to go BACK a round.

    And as for the EMP, if you find a corner, I assure you that when they get close to you, they'll just turn back the way they came. I have never, ever, ever had a zombie run into me when I was stationary and in a secluded portion of the map.

    Is there even an option to? The world record is like 30.

    I have them run into me all the time. But you're better at the game than I, so maybe you would know better than I.

    I will ask the team about implementing a DS map leaderboard. If we think there will be enough submissions, we'll add it.

    And as for the EMP... eh. It just takes practice to get used to how it works and how the zombies behave when pacified.

  5. It's too bad no one keeps track of Zombies records anymore. Can't ever tell anymore when a record is broken.

    It's not perfect, but it's the best site out there for up to date records in Zombies. Most records will be added within 10 days of submission, but with stuff as big as this, it'll be added once the Youtube video as up (we don't add Twitch videos because they're often subject to deletion).

    Oh? That looks cool. But they don't have the Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies DS maps. So it isn't perfect, but I suppose it'll do.

    And perfect, you shouldn't rely on the EMP. EMPed Zombies still stumble around.

  6. Ok sorry about to rain down with some stupid questions. Can you pasue the game in long sessions like that? That would be insane to go that long, plus I know some record keeping for games says you have to do it straight thur. I just couldnt do it. I prefer the element of mess ups so thats why I like online. Solo becomes to much relying on patterns. Just my prefence but cool as shit a guy is at a level Ill never be. Lol

    Yeah you pause overnight. There are no records that require you to play straight through. Co op, eh, maybe. But a lot of guys take sleep breaks by trapping a zombie behind a window. :)

    How would you trap a zombie behind a window?

    It's kind of confusing, but when a zombie is behind a window, he will never bleed out. Ever. So what you have to do is wait until one bleeds out then respawns at a window. Then you have to keep repairing the window (or, as I call it, windowlick). It will hit you through the boards but never down you. The safe way of doing this trick for sleep beaksis to take like 3 hours each to sleep and trade off windowlicking, but the faster way is to mash down the 'X' button on your controller (square for PS3) with something heavy, like a table leg or something, then both of you go AFK.

    Of course, in Green Run, the same thing can be accomplished by the EMP lol.

  9. George I can understand, but you can make him a nonfactor by doing the no-shock trick (knife one and only one electrified zombie on Insta Kill—George's groundpound thing will not hurt you). Keep him with you, and you'll be fine.

    Brutus is a bit tougher, but just carrying Claymores or a Ray Gun can kill him or put a major dent in him.

    The ghost lady drops a free perk. I think that is a HUGE reward—I mean I know Die Rise has spoiled us with the free perk thing, but think back to Ascension. When you got a free perk from the monkeys you were ecstatic. It's a big deal. I like her already.

  10. Yeah, i dont believe this is the actual dlc... NICE EFFORT! but it throws off a few things:

    1: That zombie is wearing a top hat.... Layton zombies are just NOT happening I wouldn't think....

    2: Buried does NOT seem like the map they would name i mean: DIE rise, Mob of the DEAD, tranZit, they all have a bit of undead in their names, buried?.... no...

    3: The ray gun mark 2... We've all ready got the Porters X-2 Ray gun, so this would be the ray gun mark 3 technically.... AND what would it do? You can't upgrade the ray gun's features... That's madness.....

    4: The dlc name doesn't make any sense.... RUV? watch:

    There is no word one can form from this... I think its fake... But if it's real.... Trayarch what are ya doin? Its a very elaborate troll if it isn't real however... We'll know soon enough, as we SHOULD be getting some dlc info tomorrow! :);):D

    I feel like it would take longer becaus you have 2 reroll the zeus cannon.

    Yeah there's one. Lemme find it.

    It's not as fast as rereolling, though. But I think it would work better if you only stayed at one trap, and instead of walking all the way to the other side of the map, you just ZeusCannoned them. You're still using Cannon ammo, but not as much.
