  1. IMO Call of the dead has been completely ruined by george remero as a zombie boss.

    The map looks like a good map but i cant enjoy it because i'm constantly being attacked by him.

    I play zombies so that i can have fun while i kill endless amounts of zombies and bathe om their blood- but with an 8 foot tall seemingly invincible zombie boss attacking me at all times- its very hard to enjoy zombie killing. :(

    Idk, am i missing something with this map? Is there an easy way to get rid of this guy?

    This has really pissed me off because i was looking forward to a good zombie map with classic zombie killing- but instead ive been shoveled this shit.

    Just felt like i needed to post this somewhere. :)

    You're completely right about George being extremely annoying, but maybe you dont need to see it as a boss? just an other obstacle in the game. the purpose is maybe to make sure there wont be any campers in the game.

  3. I also heard him so when he is angry and runs in the water: 'soo cold'. then you see steam rising up and he calms down. maybe the water just calms him down? so when you want him to stop chasing you you just need to run in te water?

  5. Only the first days of CoTD there will be people who will make fun of the girl, after that everybody wants to get to higher rounds.

    besides if you're with 4 ppl who wants to get at high level, they don't even care about who is who. and if there are people who do make fun of her. you won't get high anyhow cause they will be annoying all the time

  6. Sorry i first made my own topic but then i saw this one so i copied it in here and deleted the topic:

    New perk is automatic aim to the head

    you can see in the trailers and the inside xbox video that when they have the new perk (wich happends to be a head surrounded by a crosshair, same icon as you get online when killing with a headshot) and they aim down the sight. the crosshair immediately aims higher than usual and aims right in the face.

    it's hard to show but if you look on the inside xbox trailer at:

    3:45 (i think its the most obvious one)

    3:48 (also pretty obvious to see that the crosshair is aiming at the heads of the zombies)

  7. This is a rant but its a valid 1, they say they listen to the fans right? Which retard asked for george remero?

    Hahaha love that line!

    But seriously who did asked for george remero? haha never heard anyone say that he wanted him in nazi zombies!

    I think we need to wait for the actual DLC. because maybe there are some great easter eggs in it wich have something to do with the story line

    before you read the topic, read this: i'm not saying this is the correct theory. i only think that this lighthouse fits in the context of the zombie story. and if it was already posted, i'm very sorry but i didnt know it.

    i was looking on the internet for some lighthouses where maybe call of the dead is based on and found this:

    the story in short is this:

    a couple of decades ago (i'm very sorry but i just couldn't find in what year the lighthouses were build) the soviet union decided to make a chain of lighthouses along the coast of Russia for transport per boat from east to west russia. they needed to be automated because they were laying a couple of hundred kilometers from the coast. there was long specilation about where they get there energy from (because it was a long way to the coast). and they found out that every light house was powered by nuclear energy.

    after the fall of the soviet union the lighthouses still worked for a couple of years. but because of looters wich were interested in metals like copper. they went in the lighthouses and destroyed the equipment where radioactivity was active (propably because there was copper in it or something). because of these robberies the nuclear chemicals spread out in the lighthouses and thats why everything was polluted.

    the lighthouse looks kinda like the lighthouse we see in the trailer (pretty obvious because lighthouses always look pretty the same) but what i noticed was that both lighthouses were build up in layers. you can see the horizontal lines in both pictures.

    So what do you think? and again, this is just a simple theory, and sorry if anyone posted this earlier.

  9. I just wanted to point out that 3arch has done a brilliant move.

    SECURE and CALL OF THE DEAD. that's the only 2 things of information they left us about the two maps. and look what happens, a whole new 'forum' went online only about these 5 words. that's what i call good advertisement and make people extremely curious

    PS: It would suck if it really would be the name of the map. unless there is a very very VERY good explanation

    Yep you're right. but still it's a weird title. maybe the title is irrelevant this time (wich would be weird)? and wanted to write it like "Call of duty"? but instead of 'duty' they wrote 'the dead'. i don't know i'm thinking and writing at the same time.

  11. Rds 1-5

    We stay in the main room for 5 rounds and stack points with pistol and m14 (one upstairs one downstairs). When rd 6 starts toss a few nades into windows making a crawly and leave through the UPSTAIRS door.(dont open door to jugg more on this in a sec.) kill the standing zmbs turn on the power, box is optional and you should have around 10-15k points combined at this point. while boxing is optional, grabbing flopper and mp5k is important. after turning on the power and grabbing flopper the monkey round usually starts within the next 2 rds. they will only attack flopper so flopping of the stage is a great way to get first monkey stage done. if they dont touch it obviously you will get a free perk. if the perk is stam,sleight of hand or jugg AND u havent opened the doors to the perks, the monks cant get to those perks thus making the next monk rd fairly easy as well. just flop off stage and dont let them touch flopper. if you havent received jugg for free by 20 or you have been downed then its pretty important to get it and protect it.

    Rds 10-35

    These rounds are crucial to the success of getting far. Not going down and protecting perks should be priority numero uno. (you waste 9500 getting all ur perks back). Your second priority is stacking points. if the box gives you an automatic...USE IT. everytime you dont take a good gun your throwing away almost 2 mp5k max ammos. (500 for more ammo.) The point that you should stop boxing is when you have this setup

    haha i think it's funny people make short words even shorter (Rds in stead of rounds)

The reason it doesn't fit in the storyline is because the maps doesn't come after each other. there will be a map filled in later wich puts all the pieces together. that's why it makes no sense right now. you can't say treyarch overlooked these spawns in the maps. i mean they got a HUGE story line with the smallest details. trust me, your questions will be answered. it's just a matter of time
