  1. Its not that I play with randoms, I play with a party every chance I get but if I cant get a party goin, solo seems to be my safety-net. There are special pros when it comes to solo, for example; I made it to round 26 in party and party games usually end around 20-25 but on solo, my first solo game on Mob, I made it to 36. Training doesnt get tedious on solo and if it does you dont have to worry about panic-crossing trains.

  2. Obviously this thread is all based on opinion and individual thoughts, but my question is do you think solo mob of the dead is better than multiplayer mob of the dead or vice versa? explain your thoughts.

I have a couple opinions on advantages i believe make Solo MotD better than party MotD.

    1. No randoms trying to troll.

    2. Can carry all plane parts at once.

    3. 3 Afterlife chances.

    4. No random lag-outs/rage quits

    But there can also be some advantages to Party play on MotD, such as;

    1. Can work on individual hellhound heads for tomahawk.

    2. Can work on opening things individually.

    3. Players can revive you if you are not close enough to body and are running out of afterlife and/or if you are out of afterlifes and are legitimately down.

    4. Basically overall good team-work.

In return, there are pros and cons to each way the game can be played, but what do you prefer and why?

  3. Oh ok I thought a subject heading actually meant something as Liams subject is clearly "Mob of the Dead Soundtrack Released"

Not trying to sound like an ass but perhaps you should change your thread title to be more clear on what contents that thread holds... ;)

PS. Ryan, stop trying to flame. Your double posting just makes you look retarded and needy.

My thread was about the soundtrack, I have no problem with this, I have no idea why everyone is complaining

    Thank you Liam :]

    Now back on topic anybody?

  5. Turned is not the greatest mode, yeah, but it shows innovation and the power of what can be done with the multiplayer engine with zombies. The idea is good, but the delivery was not all there. I think the zombies shouldn't be as fast as they are until progressive rounds, speaking of which is another thing they can have instead of a set time. Make the game max at 10 rounds and who ever had the best score overall wins, simple as that. I also like the idea of 2 humans being able to fend off in team-work (or not ;)) and i do overall like the idea of player controlled zombies, but the way we play as the undead now is not what i had in mind.

  6. Hey man, id be down to do Tranzit (Either side), Die Rise (Maxis side), and Mob of the Dead!

The only one i have completed so far is Richtofen's Die Rise EE. I was one step away from the Mob of the Dead EE last night, but our one teammate had to leave his controller and we all got ate.

  7. Not sure if anybody noticed this yet, but you can wield claymores in Purgatory mode!

To do this all you have to do is buy claymores. The best way to use the claymores to your advantages in purgatory is to just start farming them around. You actually CAN equip the claymores in Purgatory via D-Pad (if you have any claymores in the slot when you go down, but, you CAN also pick up previously laid claymores while in Purgatory and you can place them. This is just something i stumbled upon playing and thought would be a nice helpful tip for others being you can not actually kill zombies in purgatory mode, but now, you kinda can! Enjoy!

UPDATE! Ignore the last update. It seems as if the proxies only come back when trying to place a claymore in the portal areas where the proxy would be. Other words, you can place claymores in afterlife portal areas but not in the thresholds!

  8. A friend of mine recently had his privileges of the emblem editor revoked. You'll see the occasional inappropriate emblems but trust me, Treyarch is watching. They may not be ultra-fast when it comes to bans/patches, but, when they get the time, they deliver.
