Hey guys,

on saturday i´ve been on gamescom. After aprox. 2 hours waiting time I finally entered the Black Ops exhibition.

Josh wasn´t there because he was already on his way to London. :-( All other guys there were german employees of Activision Germany. They didn´t give any information of the game.

Inside the black ops exhibition, a developer of Treyarch played a whole Campaign mission. I forgot the name, but it was the mission from one of those Trailers. (with the Window jumping scene) The game really looks nice and has a very very detailed world. We really got cold war feeling.

by the way: The mission starts at the "NOVA-Airbase!"

Unfortunatly thats all i can say. No further MP info, no co-op...

"nova airbase"!!!- maybe their trying to save their man from testing like in the first trailer?

Why would Treyarch (If this even is related to Treyarch and not some Hoax) put so much work into a side mode rather than the main story.

I'll update as I think of more.

Anyone else have anything else to add to this theory?

the two modes (campaign and zombie) may meet somewhere and you and your black ops squad will have to fight off the undead.

id love to be fighting the zombies alongside reznov. :)

By a mapmaker i dont mean forge or the far cry2 mapmaker, i mean one like in timesplitters.

The mapmaker in timesplitters would work well for cod becuse they are both fps's and both console games.

The idea of being able to make your own zombie maps and play them with your friends would be pretty epic to say the least.

If you havnt played Timesplitter mapmaker it was a pre made (quite big) selection of tiles and items and you had an open space which was about 5 stories high.

Bit late for black ops maybe but plans for the future perhaps? I'd like it. :ugeek:
