Guest AlphaSnake Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Yup. He called them Zombie terrorists. Regards Alpha.
Guest football5699 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 World English Dictionary tacit (?tæs?t) — adj 1. implied or inferred without direct expression; understood: a tacit agreement 2. created or having effect by operation of law, rather than by being directly expressed [C17: from Latin tacitus, past participle of tac?re to be silent] 'tacitly — adv 'tacitness — n Is definition 2 relevant?
Guest Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Has anyone considered the importance of him calling the machine "Charlene" yet? It may help with this, or perhaps further complicate it. Just some food for thought That would be a Full Metal Jacket reference I believe. Regards Alpha Why would they reference a different media in this viral though? It seems to cross lines that they need to be careful not to cross.
Guest ZombieChaos23 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Charlene Corely was a defense contractor of C&D Distributors, a supplier of small hardware components, plumbling fixtures and electronic equipment to the military. She was convicted of fraudulent invoices from the DoDand on two accounts of conspiracy. It seems a bit relevant, and there could be a deeper conspiracy. This could go with the production of the quadrocoptor, and they would be some evil compnay just like the Project NOVA. I have my doubts though and is probably just a coincidence and means nothing, but I thought I would post it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlene_Corley
Guest Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 1. implied or inferred without direct expression; understood: a tacit agreement This is.... interesting.
Guest SizMatics Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 I think we are over thinking this...There has to be hints somewhere...
Guest football5699 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 wow I just realized that this whole viral is implied and inferred without expression....wow could that be it?
Guest SizMatics Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 wow I just realized that this whole viral is implied and inferred without expression....wow could that be it? Maybe...Sounds pretty good
Guest Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 OH my god! Thats at least two confirmed zombie references in a video Treyarch linked us to.... AAAAHHH. *pulls himself together* I knew the zombies would be thrown in there. It just took someone with [brains] to find it. Isn't that right BusDriver.
Guest football5699 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 wow I just realized that this whole viral is implied and inferred without expression....wow could that be it? Maybe...Sounds pretty good Not to mention the entire non-radio backstory of zombies :o
Guest SizMatics Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 Gosh, This is MINDBLOWING...I can't think straight. No hints at all as to what TACITUS is...except for what it is not, IS IT NOTHING? IS IT JUST A RANDOM WORD THEY DECIDED TO THINK UP?
Guest InfidelWaffle Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 hmm, tacticus, i have a feeling its some company featured in the campaign Oh no. It's Kriegler all over again.
Guest football5699 Posted April 24, 2012 Posted April 24, 2012 IDK i feel like we have to have found it by now between the definition of tacit and its origins going back to tacitus and the confirmation its not a person or site....Tbh they are being pretty clear about this. At least more than usual...
Guest Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 How do. Any possibility TACITUS has anything to do with static? (couldn't think of anything else when I was rearranging the letters, and I'm far too tired to think) Only thought I'd mention it because the windows on the COD website aren't stationary, they have rolling static. Yes, it is a wild stab in the dark but you never know. Or they could be the initials for a common phrase (-Touch A Car It Tastes Unusually Soapy- or something, but I hope you get the idea, perhaps rearranging the letters again for a different phrase -Since I Thought The Cats Are Undone- These make no sense, but maybe somebody can twist it into something useful). One other thought is changing the letters to numbers, see if they coincide with certain dates, perhaps the dates of an eclipse seeing as it is mentioned so often. Maybe the numbers become a code, similar to the code in Black Ops (and maybe there are more words to come soon to alter/add to it). I remember reading that somebody figured it out, but I can't remember where I read it. Apologies for rambling on, this isn't how I wanted my first post to be (have been 'lurking' on here for over a year now, honestly don't know why I've only just joined up). Absolutely knackered and I know my post might not make much sense, all I can hope for is that it might stir up an idea that clicks for someone else. Night all, good hunting.
Guest Blo0d_SMeaR_ Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 Woody reckons he might be on to something. He found a website that went up recently and thinks its tied into CoD in some way. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z70DLRZK ... AAAAAAAPAA
Guest football5699 Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 It has been confirmed it isn't a website or historical figure

The site isn't related to CoD.
Guest SizMatics Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 WHAT THE? Look at FPSRussia's latest tweet https://twitter.com/#!/TheFPShow He said : "Oh well Im gonna go play some BO2 on my old PC" Is he talking about the same BO2 I am thinking of?
Guest jimirmixes Posted April 25, 2012 Posted April 25, 2012 I encrypted the letters of Tacitus and this is what came up. 20-1-3-9-20-21-19 Could this mean anything? If it has something to do with zombies, then it could be something referencing the Illuminati, since apparently they are hooked into numerology. They could also be coordinates. It might be nothing, maybe someone could further investigate this.
