They probably didn't tell Richtofen he was being monitored. The all seeing eye that watches us doesn't tell us were being watched does it? We only suspect it.

And about the note on the Der Riese board. I think HYENA and the edward, I know it was you thing were written at seperate times. Writing "Edward I know it was you, HYENA" Seems like a stupid note in my opinion. No reason to write HYENA. What I think is Dr.Maxis wrote the edward note.

Ok, Harvey Yena. He created the Pack-A-Punched version of the Scavenger, is a 935 spy and works for MJ-12/OSS. I believe it is him hanging himself in the Der Riese radio. He says good bye friend, so the person is a colleague. If he is in the Illuminati, which I don't think he is because why would he say he knew it was him if he wrote the note to kill Maxis, then the friend would be Richtofen. What if the friend is Peter?

And I lost you Mac, what do you mean "the edward note". Maybe Yena found out about how he killed Maxis?

"Why won't it work" Also written by Maxis.

The board belongs to Maxis and nobody else. All the notes on this was written by him. In my opinion HYENA was written in reference to the Scavenger.

I feel that Richtofen wanted to kill Maxis without the Iluminati now that I think of it. Maybe, he killed Maxis BEFORE the Iluminati sent the letter and that is when he tried to escape them.

I think the Illuminate notified him that they wanted Maxis dead, and asked him to get a plan ready. That was the CoTD radio, and then he waited for the final signal to go ahead with his plan, which was the killing. I feel that he was under complete control of the Illuminati at that point

In that case could that mean that the main SNN radio could be after Maxis' death. Containing Der Riese at all costs. Although that doesn't make much sense I guess since he says to find Dr. Maxis.

I think he means Der Riese must be contained as in it can't get out of control like Verruckt... and Peter couldn't find Maxis... so he found Richtofen in Shi No Numa! In which he was shortly killed.

Ya let's see: Pernell tells Peter to find Maxis. So I would assume both are alive. He says to contain Der Riese, so that means that the crew hasn't left for SNN yet. So that puts all this POST Oct 1, 1945 but not to far after? I believe that Maxis died in the month of October because Steiner defects to Russia on the 29th, so maybe he knew Maxis died, and found no reason to try and stay.

To Mac: He was lured into Richtofen, remember that.

And Agartha! But that would be REALLY cool. So Maxis and Sam are sent to Aether in.... wait. How did we even find out what Aether was? I know there is a note that says Aether, but how did we connect that it was between teleporter and mainframe? What proof is there of that?

Sadly that is true, we have the general knowledge of everything and we kind of know what will happen. But I think there are too many loopholes for them to stop, I think that it's all done after next 3arc game. They will wrap up the thief, peter, and do the whole story.
