At what time does Die Rise comes out in Brazil?

I live in Brazil, i dont know the exact time that Die Rise comes out, any one now?

I don't think there is usually ever an exact time at which the DLC drops come out. I'm in the Eastern Standard time zone in the US and it seems to be available around 5 or 6am that day (which would be this Tuesday). Brazil is three hours ahead of my time so if we're being safe I would say to look out for it around 9am your time Tuesday morning.
