Here is my guess on how to PaP on Moon.

I found it in the PC files after the Shangri-La Update.

There is something called a "Power Cell." It is an item in you inventory, like the Golden Rod or Focusing Stone.

You can pick it up when you find it (probably by holding X). It shouldn't be too hard to find because it glows.

If you go down, you loose the "Power Cell."

I do not know how you use it to PaP, but it is (probably) involved somehow.

I do remember seeing these, but they aren't in the shangri la files, it was in the files since the beginning, so I'm talking kino/five here, I think it was just a cut feature.

I didn't have much time to look threw the new files that I downloaded here. (I'm in Rome on vacation and its a tight schedule)

I only had 5 minutes to download the files, look threw them, find "_zombiemode_powercell.gsc," and post here. But after taking time to take a deeper look at them, you seem to be correct.
