I think its Rictoven, but I have a theory. What if they all time traveled, but rictoven traveled the fartest in to the future, and maybe he worked for the russians in the future time, and was a test ( explains the suit) and also because he looks older, and different.

It's a good theory and you might be true! but time will tell maybe! if we get a Full Ascension trailer we could know more!
