Glitch in the MP40 room?

ok so i got a monkey bomb and i threw it standing at the doorway of the dressing room

It landed on the top stairs balcony thing

and zombies went up the stairs and tried to get to the monkey like they usually do....all except for one zombie

This zombie was lazy, instead of walking up the stairs like everyone else, he floated up the wall next to the speed cola and then went through the railings until he got to the monkey

i was like

then i got killed from behind

would someone try to replicate it if they can?
