    Does using the Cash Machines in Early Rounds Make A Difference?

    So every other day I get in a game with someone who says not to hit up the cash machines in early rounds because if you don't you'll get more random max ammo, security, insta-kill, etc. drops in higher rounds. I've also had people say not to pick up max-ammo and DNA bombs in early rounds cause you'll get more later. I think this is BS cause I've played both ways and don't see a difference. Any thoughts?
