Hmm, I haven't tried holding down X (intentionally), but here's what does work:

- Uninstalling / Reinstalling the game seems to fix it ONCE, after that it happens again

- Aiming down slightly, then jumping at the printer while pressing X while coming down on top of it. Basically, trying to pick it up from slightly above the printer. That seems to work pretty consistently.

It could be that I'm inadvertently holding down X when I try that and it's working. But that's working for me consistently now.

Yup, this is on solo. I just had it happen with Lilith on solo as well. The printer is definitely showing me the card, I can see it. I just can't pick it up. Tried switching weapons, zooming in, everything. Even completely quitting out of AW on my Xbox.

Really weird.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but it's happening to me pretty consistently on XBOne.

I get the EM1, buy something from the 3d printer, shoot it with the EM1, and Liliths keycard appears. However, when I go to pick it up, I can't. I've tried spamming the X button, moving around, walking away and coming back. No dice. A couple of times it happened, I also had an upgraded S12 in my other slot.

Anyone?
