Well I just translated the message to RNA and then replaced the string with the codons it would generate:

Tyr-Gly-Pro-Gln-Arg-Pro-Arg-Lle-Asp-Glu-Ser-Thr

Then changing the uppercase-lowercase distribution to that shown in the video:

tyR-GlY-prO-gln-aRg-pro-aRg-Ile-asP-glu-Ser-thr

And separating that into uppecase and lowercase respectively:
