  1. Very interesting videos there.

    It gives us an insight into the game.

    I knew the drones played a big role, but I didn't think it would our own turning against us.

    I did notice that they gave away many elements of the game.

    First off, I noticed they kept showing that time lapse video of the US NAVY Rail Gun test.

    A Rail Gun is a weapon which uses magnetics to fire a projectile, by using magnetics to toss it out of the barrel. Recent tests show that it can fire a projectile at Mach 7. And the craziest thing, is it can work in space. And if you put it on a satellite, and arm it with nuclear artilery, you can fire a nuke from space :shock:

    The other thing was the planes, in the video I noticed that propellers, except on that one blue craft, are extinct.

    Jet's are taking over, and thrust vectoring nozzles are on almost every aircraft, and by the design and maneuvers, it seems they've combined super-manueverability AND stealth, an engineering anomaly in modern avionics.

    The other thing was the hacking part, and hacking missiles and such. Seems like much of this was inspired by the capture of Northrop's RQ170 drone (which SHOULD have had a self destruct :facepalm: )

    But the focus on how fast technology advances and how we can't react or keep up, makes me think of the terminator. It's an obvious inspiration, that jet osprey was inspired by one of the Skynet drones. The tank with the 3 barrel metal storm cannon was inspired by that tank-like on in T3: Rise of the Machines. Maybe we should look back for more evidence?

    But as for the overall summary of the game. It seems that we have become almost entirely independent on our unmanned technology and our enemy is hacking it to use back against us. And the black ops in the middle east, look like we're hitting our enemy, by taking out their hackers at the source.

    Pretty sure the UGV is based on this and not T3:

  2. I am sorry to say but it is in no way GRFS Kard. Look at the trigger guard of the pistol in the picture. It is not surrounded by the body of the gun like the kard. It is more likely either Walther PPQ with accessory rails or another gun I can't find said in the main thread:

    Walther PPQ plain

    accessory rails

    the 2 of them together

  3. This is a great find but I don't understand what drones like the TALON have to do with either of the quotes.

    Ps could you highlight the part of the drone you think the cod pic is because I Don't see a iron gate and the barrel is almost as thick as the second Cylinder (don't konw what to call it)

    as you can see by the same talon in this pic

  4. Look, Im sorry to say this. ITS NOT A GUN!!! For christ sakes, when have you ever seen any attachment to a gun with an Iron gate! Not even a hundred years ago would they, and they certainly arent going to in the future!

    Plus WHEN has a CoD game ever have the player using his/her gun lefthanded! They are not going to reverse the picture either, plus have you seen the "fingers", pretty square fore-finger don't you think?

    Those are some pretty square finger if they are fingers

  5. After Enough searching I may have just fount it.

    There is a weapon's manufacture named Metal storm (that I am sure many of you have heard of) that invented stacked electronically igniting ammunition systems for weapons.

    The picture strongly resembles the Maul which is a under barrel semi automatic shotgun.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MAUL_(weapon)

    This weapon fits the 2023 timeline perfectly as well. Maybe the picture is of a prototype model which would explain the slight differences.

  7. Guys I think it is an intercontinental ballistic missile:

    Look at the one on the far right, I think it looks pretty similar to the longer, thinner object in the distorted picture. What do you guys think? The "Taepo Dong."

    No I don't think so because on the BO2 image the thinner tube is skinny at the very base unlike the Taepo Dong 2 which has a thinker base.

    the missile is:

    ===------

    while the picture is:

    -===----
