The next map location is beyond me, but as far as this story goes, things are quickly beginning to unravel here. Notice how Richtofen seems on-edge about activating the teleporters in Der Riese, his quotes clearly try to cover any signs of him being there (Or in the very least, act like he doesn't remember either, just like how the other three have forgot things)

Then in Ascension, almost every time you PaP, Tank, Nikolai and Takeo all have something to say about each other, or some memory they forgot and seem to have a feeling about. So in other words, we're starting to hit a climax here between Samantha and the four. The further we get, the more is known about Sam, and the more things become clear with the three, leaving Richtofen more and more uneasy and insane, of course.

Ascension has got to be the biggest chunk in the storyline that we've gotten in a while. I'd say it's actually one of the best maps yet. (assuming this is partially about the story anyways).

Think this whole easter egg is a hint telling us death machines will be available in the box eventually?

Not sure if this means anything or not. But notice how the mechanism on Ascension has sparks coming from it? Most of the generators in Kino do the same thing.

What if destroying all the power boxes, plus shooting the generators with something PaP'd effects where you teleport? A secret room perhaps? Another radio?

Maybe not easter egg related, but do anymore radios spawn by chance?

I wish the MG42 were still in the old maps. That PaP'd was amazing!

I doubt we're missing any steps or there is something we have to do first since the entire easter egg is hinted by that whistling echo. Once you get the death machines, it stops.

I for one believe there WILL be more to this easter egg, but isn't available just yet. Either, it'll become a patch once the DLC is available to PS3, then everyone gets a chance to find it. Or it's simply over, perhaps a clue for the next map.

All of these "try this! Shoot X, Y and Z" theories are WAY too complicated, and I think we're looking a bit too far into this one. So, more is definitely on the way. That, is our clue IMO.

what square 3 and 4 mean, has 0 definition to it.

square three could mean that theres somethings behind a closed door?? pack a punch

or square 4 could mean that your upgraded (weapon) is the final step to beating ascension..

step 4 could be that only 1 out of the 4 characters is the key/capable of accomplishing something.

I believe the first two panels explain what they were doing on ascension, and the blueprints look the the schematics for the Kassimir (sp?) device. Then, it jumps straight to him being held there against is will, trapped. Hence the cage or cell, then the final panel is his freedom.

Now, don't quote me on this, but so far, that theory makes the most sense.

It's probably what Treyarch things of it's so uninformed community about there heaping mounds of easter eggs we've yet to solve. :D

No offense, but Treyarch wouldn't let an easter egg this huge be solved through leaks of coding in the map.

People have claimed that having a death machine around the PaP causes some sort of 'reaction'.

However, people have claimed a lot of things that weren't necessarily helpful.

First thing that comes to mind for potential easter egg find here is that could also be a password to one of the login users on the computer at the main menu.

Has anyone actually tried getting through the next round with all four death machines before they expire?

If anything happens, it could trigger some special boss round or something.

People seem to suggest riding the lunar lander in the scrapyard just before you get your death machines and seeing if that helps any.

I believe we might have written the evolution of PaP, folks. :D

Perhaps the last step is to PaP your death machine?

Highly doubt it obviously, but that would be sweet.

There's a number of possiblilites, but one thing that should practically be a fact is that you shouldn't have to go through so much trouble just to get a death machine for a longer amount of time. There HAS to be some use to continue the easter egg with the death machines.

If death machines were all you got, in the very least, they should've been unlimited. Otherwise, even with more time, they're useless because no one would do all this in the middle of a round.

Something just occured to me recently, has anyone else thought it was a little suspicious that Sam, a little girl, would be with her pops at a highly concealed facility while a bunch of scientists are working on a highly confidential experiement?

Doesn't sound like the best place for a "bring your daughter to work" day, obviously.

Which, lead me to remember about the 'super soldier' theory with out beloved four survivors. Is samantha also a subject? Or next in line? Or, is she a subject gone wrong?

If I didn't know better, I'd say that square bit underneath the cell is the mechanism/generator you teleport with the Geresh to activate the easter egg.

New guy here, but definitely familar with this easter egg and everything people have had theories about so far.

Shooting these batteries seem to be the next step. Someone confirm please! I had a feeling that there were too many batteries just lying around.
