Lol its 3arcs response to the fact that the 360 players get First Strike first! OMG they actually DO care about us...honestly, this is the first time i've ever heard anybody say "I'm Jealous" about the PS3 when they have a 360.

Apparently, Ascension was supposed to be on the Black Ops disc, but was later removed, and Kino Der Toten was put in it's place. That is why no new weapons (excepting the Gersch Device and the Matroshka Dolls) appear in Ascension, as Kino Der Toten was supposed to be in "Map Pack 4 (Never Released)". Hopefully in the NEXT zombie map, Treyarch will actually add guns you can shoot (my hope is the PPSH, as that gun is AMAZING!)

"Ascend from Darkness"..."Raise Hell"...both involve going up right? And the step after getting a death machine (Wield a fist of iron) is "Raise Hell"...now this is just a theory, but what if continuing the easter egg has something to do with getting on a lunar lander and using the death machines somehow? Just a thought...

Again, this is just a THEORY! I have NOT tested this as I have a PS3, so it would be nice if somebody could try this and then post results.

Wait, what about that one thing in the Terminal "The Test subjects are showing a remarkable resilliance to 115 or something? Is 115 part of the testing, or what? Also, those weapon files and the ray gun in Little Resistance from WaW make this a little less believeable, but excepting the Little Resistance as the Ray Gun was put there for fun, this is one of the best theory's ive seen yet! :D

The Kino we play in happens after Der Riese, but Kino's story events happen before der riese, due to that secret radio addressing new 935 members (it was never in der riese, just pc files), there is a post here (sorry I don't remember your name D:!) that was a really good theory, stating that the podium turrent was originally just a podium and the teleporter there was for show just so they could see the things 935 was working on...

resilliance is just having the effects reduced on them...they arent immune, they are only resilliant towards it lol

0:48-ASCENSION on the turret. Unknown if it's an automatic or self-controlled turret.

0:49-[found by gryfo]Near the left of the screen, you'll see a monitor like "FIVE"'s. Confirming "FIVE"'s box system.

0:49-(within the same second, but during a different scene) Zombies comming out of water, being shot at by Tank. Look at his uniform, hair, and rolled up sleeves (to the elbow).

0:50-Nikolai in the center. Quick Revive to your left. Next to the QR is the infamous "Grim Reaper" blood stain found everywhere in Kino. QR also indicates a possible spawn point for the map. Then on the far left is the lightning arrow. Thus confirming Power.

0:51-Nikolai, Richtofen, and someone behind Nikolai, being fenced in. Nikolai has a Stakeout, Richtofen has an HS-10. Best bet on the person behind Nikolai is an M16.

0:52-Near the bottom right I believe is a Claymore chalk drawing (Claymores confirmed). Now, follow me here. On your bottom LEFt there's some type of satelite dish, right? Well, what's just near that? It's a brownish/yellowish machine. Possible one of the new perks. My bet is the PhD Flopper...or it could just be Double Tapp.

0:53-The gang's in the same place...it's just in the air...so this must be something like the zipline in Shi No Numa.

0:54-Space Primapes. Deconfirming the Cosmic Silverback's appearence? Don't know.

0:56-We're back at the QR area...only this time with these primapes everywhere. BUT. Notice the fog. What does this mean? Easy enough. These monkeys (don't judge me. For all we know thier monkeys. NOT BABOONS, NOT CHIMPANZEES. UNTIL I SEE PROOF, THEY ARE MONKEYS) are replacing the HellHounds/Thief Rounds. Hellhounds were regular fog. Thief's were blue, and the monkey's are red.

all right, i think that the sickle might replace the bowie knife or the balistic. oh and if you look closely at the balistic knife it has a russhin (mind the spelling) symbol on it. or who knows. the ballistic knife may be More powerful.

That would be because the ballistic knife was made by the russians haha :lol:

WHat should be added:

1. Add the Wunderwaffe DG-2

2. The box should cost 940 points

3. They should add a combination of a Ray Gun and a Freeze Ray

4. A water gun should be added

whats the difference? it would only be 10 points of a change from the normal cost

And I definitely agree with this one, unless they put even half decent sniping spots in ascension (lets face it, the only place that was ever good for sniping in zombies was and is the Theater Room in Kino), the sniper rifles are absolutely worthless zombies

before anybody flames me, While i'm partial to 3arc, I love what both companies do (IW and 3arc)...unfortunately, the IW we once new (the ones who made COD4 and MW2) no longer exist. IW is just a name now, thats why Sledgehammer games is coming in with Raven to help make MW3, because IW still needs to be credited with making the Modern Warfare series. All the people who designed IWs amazing games (West, Zampella, and all their designers) now work for EA. And, while Sledghammer is helping with this, their "COD Spinoff" rumored game is still going to happen, their just going to finish MW3 first because Activision told them to as it is a higher priority, so while we can still defend IW and all, please note that its no longer an actual company, just a name (and before anybody says its still a company, yes I know that, just not one that is capable of doing anything to make COD's by themselves anymore)

It would have been better if they named it Doctor Flopper, or a play on words of Dr. Pepper, a popular soda, as most of the other perks have been named after real life sodas (excepting quick revive) and PhD is a high degree/doctor in a subject

spy eye is basically a uav/spy plane

why the hell would you want a uav in zombies

so you could see on a mini map if there are any zombie still coming so you know when to make a crawler or if there are zombies sneaking up behind you

I just realised another thing that makes me not believe this.... Apparently the map pack is being made by a different company to treyarch, so how would you accidentaly download ascension with the original treyarch maps... sorry man id like to believe you but the evidence stacks up against you at the moment. japattacks pics dont help either coz they are all blurry and barely relate to the things the both of you have said. but go ahead and prove me wrong when the dlc is released

you're arguments are nil because Raven Software is only making the MP maps...3arc is still doing zombies ...Also, the map is in England, it said so on the third guy's thread

Actually, Modern Warfare 2 WAS a really good game...Campaign was dynamic, Graphics were amazing, there was little to no lag/connection issues (only bad part of Black Ops), and the weapons were good too...the only problem was lots of d*ckholes in the community used a lot of cheap tactics, such as OMA/Scavenger Noob Toobs, boosters, some gamebreaking glitches, OP shotguns (if they were primaries it would have been all right), death streaks and stopping power...If IW patched these things, this MIGHT (repeat, MIGHT for some of you trolls out there who are slow on the uptake ) have been a better CoD than Black Ops...while I am personally a fan of 3arc (I started playing CoD on WaW) I personally see nothing wrong with IW as without it, we'd be stuck playing Medal of Honor or Battlefield (great game btw). Only other problem is the people in Activision are greedy corporal fatcats who only care about the money (see exclusive deals with Microsoft)...while I do also admit that 360 owners kind of deserve the extra perks because they pay for it online, they should be for games that are only made for the 360 (i.e. Halo, Gears of War, etc. etc.). Sorry for my rant, if you did bother to read through it, try to read my points.

Very interesting theory, but it's highly likely that the DG-2 was lost in the time travel from Der Riese to Kino. Richtofen's transmission at the beginning when you play on solo, refers to the "MGT being capable of time travel". Likely because the DG-2's huge source of 115 power overloaded the MGT.

But still, interesting theory.

well they also reset you if you report somebody who has no fault, so maybe they thought that you were reporting too much and demoted you? thats the only thing I can think of, sorry i can't help much :(
